the method comprises the following steps: putting the nine decoction pieces of isatis root, forsythia, patchouli, grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, gypsum, turmeric root-tuber, common anemarrhena rhizome, reed rhizome and rehmannia root into an extraction tank, adding water, boiling and decocting the decoction pieces twice by using boiling water, wherein the time for boiling for decocting for the first time is 3.2 hours, cooling for 1.5 hours, precipitating the decoction dregs, and decocting for the second time;
step two: pouring the decocted mixture into a straight barrel extraction tank, extracting volatile oil and hair oil emulsion, pouring the residual liquid into an alcohol precipitation tank, precipitating solid residues by using the alcohol precipitation tank, filtering out liquid medicine residues after liquid medicine is precipitated, concentrating the liquid medicine to 55% by using a double-effect concentrator, adding a volatile oil inclusion compound and a proper amount of honey, cane sugar, orange essence and xylitol into the liquid medicine, and removing the bitter taste in the original liquid medicine;
step three: adjusting pH with 12% sodium hydroxide solution, filtering with filter to obtain concentrated medicinal liquid, adding water to 1100ml, mixing the liquids, bottling with oral liquid bottle filling machine, and sterilizing with sterilizing cabinet to obtain the final product.
