技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于病态窦房结综合征治疗的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
病态窦房结综合征简称病窦综合征，又称窦房结功能不全，是由窦房结及其邻近组织病变引起窦房结起搏功能和（或）窦房传导功能障碍，从而产生多种心律失常和临床症状的一组综合征。病窦综合征时，除窦房结的病理改变外，还可合并心房、房室交界处及心脏全传导系统的病理改变。其中，大多数患者在40岁以上出现症状，60～70岁最多见。
病态窦房结综合征大多老年人为冠心病所致，而中医辨证多见为心肾阳虚、痰淤交阻。中医学一整体观念为指导思想，认为本病病位在心，与肝、脾、肾关系密切，在正虚的基础上，痰浊、血瘀、寒凝、气滞阻于心脉而成，常因饱餐之后，情绪激动，劳累过度，寒冷刺激而诱发，总属本虚标实证。我们经多年临床观察及不断经验总结，认为肝肾亏虚、痰瘀互结，阻于心脉，是心脉失养，为本病的病机关键，在临床上主要 表现为气阴两虚夹痰瘀。主要责之于肝脾肾的功能失调。由于饮食不节，过量饮酒及过食肥甘厚味，伤及脾阴、脾阳，脾阴伤化热则灼津为痰，脾阳伤则健运失常，聚湿生 痰。长期饮食不节，脾阴阳皆虚，生化之源渐不足。由于情志内伤，主要为怒和思。怒伤肝，肝气内郁，横逆犯脾，脾运呆滞，聚湿生痰；思伤脾，脾气郁结，噫气不伸，升降受阻，运化呆滞，聚湿生痰。长 期情志内伤，肝郁脾虚，生化之源亦渐不足。
本发明用于病态窦房结综合征治疗的中药配方，针对病态窦房结综合征病因病机，通阳益气，化痰祛瘀，使患者阳气恢复、血畅痰化、心脉复振，全身气血健旺。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述问题，弥补现有技术的不足，提供一种成本低、疗效确切的用于治疗病态窦房结综合征的中药配方，同时提供此配方的制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：桂枝13g，黄芪16g，丹参16g，细辛3g，制附子（先煎1小时）9g，红花9g，川芎9g，郁金13g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：先将附子放入砂锅中煎制1个小时，再将其余药材安重量放入，沸腾后改用文火保持微沸状态，第一次煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2-3cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，第三次煎煮加入以淹没药渣2-3cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将3次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分3次温服。
发明用于治疗病态窦房结综合征的中药配方，选择天然药物，针对病态窦房结综合征病因病机，各味药材各具其效，互相协调，黄芪升阳补气，利湿健脾；附子补气助阳，温阳利水，强心利尿；人参性味大补元气，益智安神；桂枝性味辛能通、温能散；细辛祛风散寒，通窍止痛，温肺化饮；红花、丹参、郁金化瘀活血养血；茯苓性味甘淡平，渗湿利水，安神健脾。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗病态窦房结综合征的中药配方，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：桂枝13g，黄芪16g，丹参16g，细辛3g，制附子（先煎1小时）9g，红花9g，川芎9g，郁金13g。
实施例2：如果患者月经过少心烦失眠，在上述组分中加柏子仁13g，酸枣仁13g，首乌藤13g，远志9g，炙甘草9g。
实施例3：如果患者腹胀食差，在上述组分中去黄芪，加砂仁6g，炒枳壳6g，厚朴9g，山楂13g，茯苓11g。
实施例4：如果患者气阳虚甚，在上述组分中加红人参6g（另煎兑服），淫羊藿13g，补骨脂13g。

1、临床资料
336例心律失常患者，其中男性共183例，女性153例，年龄在39-71岁，病程最短半年，最长7年，症见：心悸、气短、胸闷、头晕、自觉乏力、脉结代或凝涩细弱，舌质淡紫或暗紫色，舌苔白腻，患者自觉有漏搏感；并经心电图检查确诊。
2、疗效标准
痊愈：临床症状及体征全部消失，心电图恢复正常，半年后回访无复发者；显效：临床症状及体征显著改善，心电图恢复至正常或大致正常；
有效：临床症状及体征明显减轻，心电图有效改善；
无效：临床症状及体征无改善，心电图与治疗前无明显变化。
3、治疗结果
服用本发明配方3个疗程后，临床痊愈157例（72%），显效39例（17.9%），有效18例（8.3%），无效4例（1.8%），总有效率98.2%。
典型案例：
张某，女，58岁，几年以来患者气短、心慌、头晕（未发生晕厥），心电图：窦性心动过缓，ST-T异常，经食管调搏确诊：病态窦房结综合征，因经济条件有限，未能安装永久人工心脏起搏器，近几天症状加重，心慌、气短、头晕，甚则欲仆，舌质黯红，舌体胖大，苔白腻，脉沉缓，服用本发明配方15剂后诸症大减，偶有心慌，无头晕、气短，腻苔转净，舌仍黯红，继服1个月，已无心慌，复查心电图：窦性心律，ST-T未见异常。

5.如权利要求1所述的治疗病态窦房结综合征治疗的中药配方的制备方法，其特征在于：先将附子放入砂锅中煎制1个小时，再将其余药材安重量放入，沸腾后改用文火保持微沸状态，第一次煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，第二次煎煮加入以刚淹没药渣2-3cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将药液倒出，第三次煎煮加入以淹没药渣2-3cm的热水，煎煮30分钟，将3次药液混合为1剂，每天1剂，分3次温服。
