1. the acetaminophen can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandin and has the effects of relieving fever and easing pain; coffee can enhance antipyretic and analgesic effects of acetaminophen due to central stimulant, and relieve central inhibition of lethargy and dizziness caused by other medicines; chlorphenamine maleate is an antihistamine and can relieve symptoms of watery nasal discharge, nasal obstruction and sneeze; the artificial bezoar has antipyretic and convulsion relieving effects;
2. the groove-shaped mixing machine in the preparation method of the Paracetamol-caffeine and chlorphenamine maleate capsules can add the filtering mechanism 2 into a stirring hopper to filter raw materials, acetaminophen, chlorphenamine maleate, caffeine and artificial bezoar are poured into the storage box 201, the vibration of the vibrator 206 is controlled through the control panel 205, then the raw materials fall into the groove-shaped mixing machine main body 1 from the filtering hole 207, impurities are eliminated as much as possible from being mixed into the groove-shaped mixing machine main body, the drug effect is influenced, meanwhile, the mounting seat 204 of the filtering mechanism 2 is mounted between two clamping plates of the mounting groove 101, when the vibrator 206 vibrates, the vibration is prevented from being transmitted to the groove-shaped mixing machine main body 1 below through the buffer absorption of the springs 103 on two sides, and the groove-shaped mixing machine main body 1 is conveniently and practically protected; meanwhile, after the soft materials are successfully manufactured, the groove-shaped mixing machine main body 1 is placed into the stirring hopper to reversely rotate so that the soft materials fall into the conveying box 301 of the conveying mechanism 3, the rotating handle 303 is pulled to drive the roller 305 to rotate, the materials can be conveniently taken and conveyed, and the manufacturing efficiency of the Paracetamol-Amurensis Georgi capsules is improved.

A preparation method of an Ankahuangmin capsule with antipyretic and analgesic effects is characterized in that the Ankahuangmin capsule comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-65% of acetaminophen, 3-4% of caffeine, 0.2-0.3% of chlorphenamine maleate, 2-3% of artificial bezoar, 1-1.5% of dextrin and 28-33% of corn starch;
the preparation method of the Paracetamol, Caffein and chlorphenamine maleate capsules comprises the following specific steps:
the method comprises the following steps: weighing and preparing: weighing appropriate amount of acetaminophen, caffeine, chlorphenamine maleate, artificial bezoar, dextrin and corn starch according to weight percentage, putting the corn starch into a clean container, dispersing the corn starch with cold water, adding boiling water, and stirring while adding, wherein the ratio of the corn starch to the water is 1: 9;
step two: preparing a soft material: acetaminophen, chlorphenamine maleate, caffeine and artificial bezoar are respectively added with a cover and stirred in a trough type mixer for 20 +/-5 minutes, a mounting seat (204) of a filtering mechanism (2) is clamped between two clamping blocks (104) of a mounting groove (101) to complete mounting, then the acetaminophen, the chlorphenamine maleate, the caffeine and the artificial bezoar are poured into a storage box (201) in sequence, a control panel (205) controls a vibrator (206) to vibrate, then raw materials fall into the trough type mixer main body (1) from a filtering hole (207) to remove impurities in the raw materials, the raw materials are added with a cover and stirred in the trough type mixer main body (1) and are stirred uniformly to prepare soft materials, then the stirring hopper is reversed, the soft materials fall into a transport box (301) of a transport mechanism (3), the transport box (301) is drawn out from a T-shaped chute (102), a rotating handle (303) is pulled, soft materials in the transport case (301) are transported through the rollers (305), so that the transport case is convenient to use;

step five: total mixing: putting the whole granules and dextrin into a two-dimensional motion mixer to mix for 25 +/-5 minutes;
step six: and (3) filling capsules: respectively placing the granules and the hollow capsules in a hopper of a full-automatic hard capsule filling machine, starting the machine, controlling the vacuum degree to be-0.010 to-0.080 Mpa and the filling rate to be 1100 plus 1200 granules/min, and formally operating after adjusting the capsules;
step seven: polishing: putting the filled capsule into a polishing machine for polishing treatment;

mounting grooves (101) are formed in two sides of the top of the groove-shaped mixing machine main body (1), T-shaped sliding grooves (102) are formed in two symmetrical walls of the inner side of the groove-shaped mixing machine main body (1), a plurality of springs (103) are symmetrically mounted at two ends of the inner side of each mounting groove (101), and clamping blocks (104) are mounted at one ends of the springs (103);
the filter mechanism (2) comprises a storage box (201), a feeding port (202), a cover plate (203), a mounting seat (204), a control panel (205), a vibrator (206) and filter holes (207), wherein the feeding port (202) is formed in one side of the top of the storage box (201), the cover plate (203) is hinged to one side, located on the feeding port (202), of the storage box (201), the mounting seats (204) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the storage box (201), the control panel (205) is arranged on the other side of the top of the storage box (201), the vibrator (206) is arranged in the center of the top of the storage box (201), and the filter holes (207) are formed in the bottom of the storage box (201);
