Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heating non-combustible tobacco products, in particular to a low-temperature heating cigarette with mint taste.
Background
The non-combustible cigarette is heated to 200-400 ℃ by an electric heating device, so as to generate smoke similar to the traditional cigarette for a consumer to smoke, and the using mode of the non-combustible cigarette introduces a problem that: the temperature of the smoke is too high, and the temperature of the smoke entering the oral cavity can reach more than 70 ℃ or even higher under the condition that the filter stick section does not adopt a cooling means, so that the consumption experience of consumers is seriously influenced. Therefore, the novel low-temperature heating cigarette is designed, can obviously reduce the temperature of the smoke inhaled by a consumer, and is very desirable.
The mint-containing essence for cigarettes is one of the most common flavors in food, daily chemical and tobacco, has pure mint flavor, strong cool feeling, fresh and clear aroma and is refreshing and refreshing, consumers can enjoy the taste, the cool taste in the smoking process can not indirectly feel the temperature of smoke inhalation in the sensory experience, and the sensory cooling effect is better.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the existing problems, the invention provides the low-temperature heating cigarette with the mint taste, and the cigarette filter tip can obviously reduce the smoke temperature and increase the mint fragrance by reasonably designing the cigarette filter tip.
A low temperature heated cigarette with mint flavor comprises an atomizing matrix section and a cooling tip rod connected with each other, wherein
An atomized matrix section for generating aerosol after heating;
the cooling filter tip is of a hollow cylindrical tubular structure and sequentially comprises a shell, an adhesive layer and a cooling layer from outside to inside, wherein the adhesive layer is internally provided with a thermosensitive microcapsule containing a dissolving agent and tobacco essence, and the thermosensitive microcapsule starts to release the dissolving agent and the tobacco essence after reaching a response temperature, so that the bonding state and the fragrance state between the shell and the cooling layer are changed, the surface area of the cooling layer is increased, the flue gas airflow path is changed, and meanwhile, the fragrance is sucked.
Further, the response temperature of the heat-sensitive microcapsule is 55-100 ℃, and the heat-sensitive microcapsule starts to release the dissolving agent after the response temperature is reached.
Further, the dissolving agent is a fat-soluble solvent, including but not limited to, one or a combination of several materials selected from the group consisting of millet oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, hemp seed oil, corn oil, olive oil, camellia oil, palm oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, sesame oil, linseed oil (linseed oil), grape seed oil, walnut oil, peony seed oil, and the like.
Further, the mint-containing tobacco flavor includes but is not limited to one or a combination of mint flavor, menthol, menthane amide and dementholized peppermint oil.
Furthermore, the heat-sensitive microcapsule accounts for 10-25% of the total amount of the adhesive, so that enough dissolving agent is released after the microcapsule is broken to reduce the viscosity of the adhesive.
Further, the material of the shell includes, but is not limited to, fiber paper, plastic, and ceramic.
Further, the cooling layer is a film or a sheet with a phase change function, and comprises one or a mixture of polylactic acid, polyethylene terephthalate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, polyethylene and aluminum foil.
Further, the adhesive force generated by the adhesive layer for bonding the housing and the cooling layer is designed to be 0.5N-2N, so that the cooling layer does not easily fall off from the housing in a natural state or during a machining process.
Further, the preparation method of the heat-sensitive microcapsule comprises the following steps:
(1) taking gelatin, ethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and PEG (1000-;
(2) adding a dissolving agent which accounts for 1-6% of the weight of the wall material aqueous solution into the wall material aqueous solution, simultaneously adding tobacco essence which accounts for 10-45% of the adding amount of the dissolving agent into the wall material aqueous solution, and fully stirring at the temperature of 60-75 ℃ to form an oil-in-water mixed suspension;
(3) and drying the mixed suspension by a spray dryer to prepare powder, wherein the hopper and the nozzle of the spray dryer are required to be heated, and the temperature is controlled to be about 60-80 ℃, so that the mixed suspension is prevented from being condensed at the hopper, the nozzle and the like after being cooled.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the contradiction between the flue gas cooling and the mechanized production is solved by introducing the heat-sensitive microcapsule, namely: the adhesive layer in the cooling tip rod has enough adhesive force, so that the shell and the cooling layer are combined firmly, and the cooling layer cannot fall off when an equipment blade cuts the cooling pipe in a natural state, particularly in a mechanized production process, and the blade is difficult to cut off the cooling layer if the falling off occurs, so that the equipment can be shut down; in the process of smoking and heating the non-combustible cigarette by a consumer, the adhesive force of the adhesive layer is required to be small, and the cooling layer can fall off from the shell, partially fall off and generate a fold or wave structure, so that the surface area is increased, the airflow path of smoke is changed, and the obvious smoke cooling effect is achieved. In the scheme of only adopting the adhesive for bonding, the balance is difficult to control, and by introducing the heat-sensitive microcapsule, in the process of smoking and heating the non-combustible cigarette, the smoke temperature can lead the PEG skeleton in the heat-sensitive microcapsule to collapse and break, so that the dissolving agent is released, the viscosity of the cooling layer and the shell is reduced under the influence of multiple actions of the dissolving agent on the lubrication, the dissolution and the like of the adhesive, the effects of the cooling layer falling off from the shell, partial falling off and generating a fold or wavy structure are achieved, and the smoke cooling effect is obvious.
(2) This technical scheme introduces the cigarette essence that contains peppermint simultaneously, the parcel of heat-sensitive type microcapsule on the one hand, and the enclosure space that forms between casing and the cooling layer, can effectively reduce the cigarette and deposit the escape of in-process peppermint fragrance, the suction in-process, the microcapsule skeleton collapses, and the cooling layer drops, make the sufficient escape of peppermint fragrance, fragrance is more lasting, more strong, on the other hand contains the cigarette essence of peppermint and can provide cool suction for the consumer and experience, although can not directly reduce the flue gas temperature, but can let the consumer experience the indirect temperature that can not experience the inhaled flue gas in the sense organ, the sense organ cooling effect is better.

TABLE 1 analysis result of comprehensive performance of cooling tip
Sample (I) | Processability (M-Y-Y | Cooling effect | Mint fragrance |
Control sample | 14 | 54.5℃ | Is free of |
Example one | 8 | 45.2℃ | Is preferably used |
Example two | 10 | 44.6℃ | Is preferably used |
EXAMPLE III | 12 | 46.1℃ | In general |
Wherein the control sample does not contain the heat-sensitive type microcapsule, and the adhesive force generated by the adhesive layer 302 for bonding the case 301 and the temperature decreasing layer 303 is designed to be 0.5N.
From the above results of the performance analysis, it can be seen that the control sample, without the addition of the heat-sensitive microcapsules, even if the processing performance is reduced, the cooling effect cannot be well satisfied, and because the heat-sensitive microcapsules are introduced in the three embodiments, in the process of smoking and heating the non-combustible cigarette, the temperature of smoke can collapse and crack the PEG skeleton in the heat-sensitive microcapsule, thereby releasing the dissolving agent, reducing the viscosity of the cooling layer and the shell under the influence of multiple actions of the dissolving agent on the lubrication, the dissolution and the like of the adhesive, enabling the cooling layer to partially fall off, increasing the surface area of the flue gas contacting the cooling layer, prolonging the path of the flue gas, having certain cooling effect, higher content of the heat-sensitive microcapsules in the second embodiment and better cooling effect, but the processing performance is slightly poorer than that of the first embodiment, and the first embodiment and the second embodiment have better comprehensive effects in view of combination.
