Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heating non-combustible tobacco products, in particular to a heating non-combustible cigarette holder rod containing a cooling agent.
Background
The non-combustible cigarette is heated to 200-400 ℃ by an electric heating device, so as to generate smoke similar to the traditional cigarette for a consumer to smoke, and the using mode of the non-combustible cigarette introduces a problem that: the temperature of the smoke is too high, and the temperature of the smoke entering the oral cavity can reach more than 70 ℃ or even higher under the condition that the filter stick section does not adopt a cooling means, so that the consumption experience of consumers is seriously influenced. Therefore, it is highly desirable to design a cooling filter rod for heating a non-combustible cigarette, thereby reducing the temperature of the smoke inhaled by the consumer.
The cooling agent can provide cool taste for consumers in the smoking process, the smoking experience is good, the cooling agent is often used in the traditional cigarettes, the application of the cooling agent in heating the non-combustible cigarettes has not been reported, the cooling agent not only can provide cool feeling, but also can not indirectly sense the temperature of smoke inhalation in sensory experience, and the sensory cooling effect is very obvious.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a cigarette holder rod containing a cooling agent and capable of heating and non-combusting, and the cigarette holder rod can obviously reduce the temperature of smoke by reasonably designing the holder rod.
A heating non-combustion cigarette holder rod containing a cooling agent comprises a shell, an adhesive layer and a cooling layer, wherein the shell and the cooling layer are bonded together by the adhesive layer to form a hollow cylindrical tubular structure, the adhesive layer contains a swelling agent and the cooling agent, the swelling agent is composed of an acidic substrate and an alkaline substrate and is used for generating gas through reaction of the acidic substrate and the alkaline substrate in a smoking process, the bonding state between the shell and the cooling layer is changed, the surface area of the cooling layer is increased, the airflow path of smoke is changed, and therefore the cooling efficiency of the smoke is improved, and the cooling agent is used for providing a cool feeling.
Further, the acid matrix is a thermosensitive organic acid microcapsule, including but not limited to one or a combination of several of thermosensitive citric acid microcapsules, thermosensitive malic acid microcapsules and thermosensitive tartaric acid microcapsules.
Further, the response temperature of the heat-sensitive organic acid microcapsule is 55-100 ℃, and the microcapsule starts to release the organic acid after the response temperature is reached.
Further, the basic substrate is salt powder containing carbonate, bicarbonate or oxalate ions.
Furthermore, the amount of the leavening agent accounts for 5-30% of the total amount of the adhesive, so that enough gas is generated during chemical reaction, and the viscosity of the adhesive is not influenced.
Further, the cooling agent is prepared from the following powder materials in parts by weight:
further, the amount of the cooling agent accounts for 1% -10% of the total amount of the adhesive, so that the adhesive is not influenced while sufficient cooling feeling is provided.
Further, the shell material includes, but is not limited to, fiber paper, plastic, ceramic, and the like.
Further, the cooling layer is a film or a sheet with a phase change function, and comprises one or a mixture of polylactic acid, polyethylene terephthalate, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, polyethylene and aluminum foil.
Further, the shell and the temperature reduction layer must have a gas permeability of less than 20CU, so that the gas generated by the chemical reaction between the acidic matrix and the basic matrix in the leavening agent can generate sufficient escaping force.
Further, the adhesive force generated by the adhesive layer for bonding the housing and the cooling layer is designed to be 0.5N-2N, so that the cooling layer does not easily fall off from the housing in a natural state or during a machining process.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the technical scheme solves the contradiction between the smoke cooling and the mechanized production by introducing the leavening agent, namely: the adhesive layer in the cooling tip rod has enough adhesive force, so that the shell and the cooling layer are combined firmly, and the cooling layer cannot fall off when an equipment blade cuts the cooling tip rod in a natural state, particularly in a mechanized production process, and the blade is difficult to cut off the cooling layer if the falling off occurs, so that equipment can be shut down; in the process of smoking and heating the non-combustible cigarette by a consumer, the adhesive force of the adhesive layer is required to be small, and the cooling layer can fall off from the shell, partially fall off and generate a fold or wave structure, so that the cooling surface area is increased, the smoke airflow path is changed, and the obvious smoke cooling effect is achieved. In the scheme of only adopting the adhesive for bonding, the balance is difficult to control, and by introducing the swelling agent, in the process of smoking and heating the non-combustible cigarette, the smoke temperature can lead the heat-sensitive organic acid microcapsules in the swelling agent to be broken so as to release the acid matrix, and accelerate the release of gas through the chemical reaction with the alkaline matrix, and tear the shell and the cooling layer under the pressure of the gas, so that the effects of falling off, partial falling off and generating a fold or wave structure of the cooling layer from the shell are achieved, and the smoke cooling effect is obvious. (2) The cooling agent is introduced simultaneously in the technical scheme, cool smoking experience can be provided for consumers, the smoke temperature can not be directly reduced, the temperature of the smoke sucked by the consumers can not be indirectly sensed in sense organ experience, and the sense organ cooling effect is good.
