More importantly, the perfuming capsule 11 is arranged at the end part of the downstream supporting section 2 of the smoking core section 1, which is close to one end of the smoking core section 1, so that the forming paper 5 is provided with an impermeable layer at one side close to the supporting section 2, and in the smoking process, after the capsule wall is broken, the fragrant substances in the perfuming capsule 11 can possibly permeate into the tube wall of the supporting section 2, and the impermeable layer can avoid the problem that the essence and the perfume permeate into the forming paper.

The support section 2 of the utility model is provided with a flavoring small hole 21 and a hollow big hole 22, wherein the flavoring small hole 21 is used for flavoring, and the hollow big hole 22 is used for gathering smoke. Meanwhile, the cigarette supporting section 2 is provided with a cavity, the ventilating hollow section 3 is also provided with a cavity, and introduced air can be better contacted and mixed with smoke, so that the smoke temperature is further reduced. The utility model punches holes on the cooling section instead of the supporting section, thereby further utilizing the change of the suction force to increase the air inlet quantity and reduce the temperature of the flue gas.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples and drawings, which are given by way of illustration and not by way of limitation.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a core segment flavoured aerosol-generating article comprising a smoking core segment 1, a support segment 2, an air-permeable hollow segment 3 and a filter segment 4 arranged in sequence, the support segment 2, the air-permeable hollow segment 3 and the filter segment 4 being wrapped by a plug wrap 5 to form a filter rod, the smoking core segment 1 and the filter rod being tipping by a natural air permeability tipping paper 6;
the smoking core material section 1 is formed by wrapping anti-seepage cigarette paper 12;
the support section 2 has a perfuming function and is provided with a hollow big hole 22 and a plurality of perfuming small holes 21; the plurality of the perfuming small holes 21 surround the outer side of the hollow big hole 22, and a perfuming capsule 11 is arranged at the end part of one side of the perfuming small hole 21 close to the smoking core material segment 1;
the forming paper 5 contains an impermeable layer;
the air-permeable hollow section 3 is provided with vent holes 31 which radially penetrate through the air-permeable hollow section 3.
The smoking core segment 1 may be filled with filamentary tobacco material; the walls of the perfuming capsules 11 rupture at an ambient temperature of 120 ℃ releasing the perfume inside the perfuming capsules 11.
The capsule wall of the aromatized capsule 11 is selected from gelatin wall materials.
The anti-seepage cigarette paper 12 is a cigarette paper with an anti-seepage layer on one side close to the smoking core material; one side of the forming paper 5, which is close to the supporting section 2, is provided with an impermeable layer;
the anti-seepage layer comprises a waterproof layer and/or an oil-proof layer; the inner wall of the cigarette paper pipe is coated with the coating by a spraying mode; the waterproof layer adopts alkyl ketene dimer AKD, cationic rosin size or non-iron aluminum sulfate mixed and paraffin material; the oil-proof layer is made of fluorocarbon organic matter, modified starch, AKD and paraffin mixture, and AKD and modified starch mixture;
the support section 2 comprises two materials, a first material and a second material, wherein the perfuming apertures 21 are defined by the first material, the second material or a combination of the first and second materials, and the hollow macro apertures 22 are defined by the first material.
The first material is selected from paper; the second material is selected from a nonwoven fabric.
The hollow big holes 22 are positioned at the center of the filter rod, the cross section area of the hollow big holes is 1/4 of the cross section area of the filter rod, and the number of the hollow big holes 22 is 1, and the shape of the hollow big holes is triangular.
The perfuming apertures 21 are dispersed outside the hollow big aperture 22, and the number of the perfuming apertures 21 is a plurality, the total cross-sectional area of the perfuming apertures 21 is 1/2 of the cross-sectional area of the mouth-piece, and the perfuming apertures 21 are circular. The diameter of the perfuming capsule 11 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the inscribed circle of the perfuming small hole 21; the end part of one side of the 2 perfuming small holes 21 close to the smoking core segment 1 is provided with a perfuming capsule 11, and each perfuming small hole 21 is internally provided with 2 perfuming capsules 11. As shown in fig. 2. Between adjacent fragrancing apertures 21 are solid.
The air-permeable hollow section 3 is made of acetate fiber tows, and the wall thickness of the air-permeable hollow section 3 is 1.0 mm.
The total length of the aerosol generating product is 64mm, the diameter of the aerosol generating product is 6.4mm, the length of the filter rod consisting of the support section 2, the air-permeable hollow section 3 and the filter section 4 is 30mm, the length of the support section 2 is 10mm, the length of the air-permeable hollow section 3 is 10mm, and the length of the filter section 4 is 10 mm.
The filtering section 4 is solid acetate fiber tows.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3, this example is the preparation of a sample 2 of an aerosol-generating article which is similar in structure to the sample 1 of the aerosol-generating article of example 1, except that the structure of the support section is different. The support section of aerosol-generating article sample 2 was a combination of corrugated structure of fragranced small holes and hollow large holes in the inner cavity.
The support section 2 comprises two materials, a first material and a second material, wherein the perfuming apertures 21 are defined by the first material, the second material or a combination of the first and second materials, and the hollow macro apertures 22 are defined by the first material.
The first material is selected from paper; the second material is selected from a nonwoven fabric.
The hollow big holes 22 are positioned at the center of the filter rod, the cross section area of the hollow big holes is 1/5-1/2 of the cross section area of the filter rod, and the number of the hollow big holes 22 is 1, and the shape of the hollow big holes is circular.
The perfuming apertures 21 are dispersed outside the hollow large aperture 22 and are in a plurality, and the total cross-sectional area of the perfuming apertures 21 is 1/2 of the cross-sectional area of the mouth-piece. The perfuming small holes 21 are grooves of groove corrugated structures and are V-shaped. The diameter of the perfuming capsule 11 is smaller than or equal to the diameter of the inscribed circle of the perfuming small hole 21; the end part of one side of the 2 perfuming small holes 21 close to the smoking core segment 1 is provided with a perfuming capsule 11, and each perfuming small hole 21 is internally provided with 2 perfuming capsules 11. As shown in fig. 3.
Example 3
Respectively smoking the aerosol generating product sample 1 and the aerosol generating product sample 2 with a matched heating non-combustion cigarette smoking set under the same condition, wherein the temperature of the aerosol generating product smoking core material section 1 is about 200 ℃ in the smoking process. A plurality of sensory evaluation personnel perform sensory evaluation on the aerosol generating product, and mainly examine 6 indexes of the amount of the aerosol, the aroma, the fragrance, the strength, the harmony, the irritation and the taste; the scoring values of the 6 quality detection indexes are respectively as follows: the total score of 6 evaluation indexes is 100, the higher the score of 5 evaluation indexes, the stronger the feeling of the evaluation index in the smoking process, the higher the score of the irritation evaluation index, the less obvious the feeling of the evaluation index in the smoking process, and the higher the total score of 6 evaluation indexes, the better the smoking feeling of the aerosol generating product. The sensory evaluation scores of the aerosol-generating article sample 1 and the aerosol-generating article sample 2 are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the aerosol-generating article sample 1 and the aerosol-generating article sample 2 both have different increases in aroma, flavor, irritation, taste, etc., and the aerosol-generating article sample 1 and the aerosol-generating article sample 2 generate sufficient smoke during heating to satisfy the needs of smokers.
In addition, the smoke temperature of the sample aerosol generating article 1 entering the mouth of the smoker was 41.2 ℃ and the smoke temperature of the sample aerosol generating article 2 entering the mouth of the smoker was 38.9 ℃ because the ventilation holes 31 of the present invention were located closer to the mouth of the smoker, and the suction at the ventilation holes 31 were significantly greater than the suction at the holes of the prior art perforated in the support section, both in the case where the ventilation holes 31 of the present invention and the prior art perforated in the support section were of the same shape and size, so the ventilation effect of the ventilation holes 31 of the present invention was better, and the amount of ambient air introduced was greater, thus facilitating the reduction of smoke temperature. Meanwhile, the cigarette supporting section 2 is provided with a cavity, the ventilating hollow section 3 pages is provided with a cavity, and introduced air can be better contacted and mixed with smoke, so that the smoke temperature is further reduced.
Claims (9)
1. A core segment flavoured aerosol generating article, characterized in that it comprises a core segment (1), a support segment (2), a gas-permeable hollow segment (3) and a filter segment (4) arranged in sequence, the support segment (2), the gas-permeable hollow segment (3) and the filter segment (4) are wrapped by a plug wrap (5) to form a filter tip, the core segment (1) and the filter tip are tipping by a tipping paper (6); or the smoking core material section (1), the support section (2), the air-permeable hollow section (3) and the filter section (4) are directly compounded through the forming paper (5) to form an aerosol generating product;
the smoking core material section (1) is formed by wrapping anti-seepage cigarette paper (12);
the supporting section (2) has a perfuming function and is provided with a hollow big hole (22) and a plurality of perfuming small holes (21); the plurality of the perfuming small holes (21) surround the outer side of the hollow big hole (22), and a perfuming capsule (11) is arranged at the end part of one side of the perfuming small holes (21) close to the smoking core segment (1);
an impermeable layer is arranged in the forming paper (5);
the ventilation hollow section (3) is provided with a ventilation hole (31) which radially penetrates through the ventilation hollow section (3).
2. A smoking core segment flavoured aerosol-generating article according to claim 1, wherein the smoking core segment (1) is provided with one of filamentary, rod and block tobacco materials.
3. A smoking segment perfumed aerosol-generating article according to claim 1, wherein the wall of said perfumed capsule (11) ruptures at an ambient temperature of 80-200 ℃ releasing the perfume inside said perfumed capsule (11); the capsule wall of the perfuming capsule (11) is selected from one of gelatin, sodium alginate, chitosan or beeswax wall material.

A smoking segment flavored aerosol generating article according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the flavored capsule (11) is less than or equal to the diameter of the inscribed circle of the flavoring aperture (21); a perfuming capsule (11) is arranged at one side end part close to the smoking core segment (1) in part of the perfuming small holes (21), and one or more perfuming capsules (11) can be arranged in each perfuming small hole (21).
5. A core segment flavored aerosol generating article according to claim 1, wherein the barrier wrap (12) is a wrap having a barrier layer adjacent one side of the smoking core; one side of the forming paper (5) close to the supporting section (2) is provided with an impermeable layer;
the impermeable layer is selected from an aluminum foil layer and is added to the inner wall of the cigarette paper tube in a sticking mode; the aluminum foil layer can play a role in preventing water and/or oil, and meanwhile, the aluminum foil layer also has a heat preservation function, so that smoking materials on the inner wall of the cigarette can be uniformly heated.
6. A smoking article according to claim 1 wherein the support segment (2) comprises both a first material and a second material.
7. A smoking article according to claim 6, wherein said first material and said second material are selected from one of cellulose acetate, polyethylene, paper, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polylactic acid, non-woven fabrics.
8. A smoking article according to claim 1 wherein the hollow macro-apertures (22) are located centrally in the mouthpiece and have a cross-sectional area of 1/5-1/2 of the cross-sectional area of the mouthpiece, the hollow macro-apertures (22) being 1 in number and being circular, square, triangular or star-shaped in shape.
9. A smoking article according to claim 1 wherein the total cross-sectional area of the fragranced apertures (21) is from 1/4 to 3/5 of the cross-sectional area of the mouth-piece, the fragranced apertures (21) being circular, square, triangular, arcuate, trapezoidal, "U" or "V" shaped.
