That is, the air flow passage of the support section 2 is divided into two types, the first is a hollow air flow passage located in the center for the circulation of aerosol, and the second is a perfuming passage located on the peripheral side, which is blocked on the side close to the smoke core section 1, that is, aerosol generated by heating the smoke core section 1 cannot enter the perfuming passage. (3) The explosion beads in the perfuming channel 21 are heated and ruptured to release the fragrant substances and flow to the ventilation hollow section 3 along the perfuming channel, as the ventilation hole 31 penetrating the wall of the ventilation hollow section 3 along the radial direction is arranged on the ventilation hollow section 3, the external air enters the ventilation hollow section through the ventilation hole, the external air firstly contacts with the fragrance vapor on the peripheral side to condense the fragrance vapor into small droplets, then contacts with the more central main stream smoke, the small fragrance droplets can serve as condensation nucleation points to promote the condensation of the smoke droplets around the fragrance droplets, a core-shell structure of the smoke droplets wrapping the fragrance droplets is formed, and the unordered mixed structure of the fragrance droplets and the smoke droplets is not formed, so that a user feels long and lasting in fragrance.
2. According to the invention, the flavoring capsule 11 is firstly placed at the end of the downstream support section 2 of the fuming core section 1, which is close to one end of the fuming core section 1, and the capsule wall of the flavoring capsule 11 is selected from materials which can be broken at the ambient temperature of 150-200 ℃, so that when no suction is performed, the flavor substances in the flavoring capsule 11 are not released due to the protection of the capsule wall, and the flavoring capsule is placed in the flavoring channel 21 of the support section 2, and the loss of the flavor substances during long-term placement is further avoided due to the protection of the tube wall of the support section 2 and the forming paper 5. Further, the reason and advantage of the present invention that the flavoring capsule 11 is disposed at the end of the downstream support section 2 of the smoke generating core section 1 adjacent to one end of the smoke generating core section 1, rather than the flavoring capsule 11 being disposed inside the smoke generating core section 1, is that: when a consumer sucks, the temperature of the tobacco core material section is highest, at about 120 ℃, if the flavoring capsule 11 is placed on the tobacco core material section and wrapped by a fuming material, the flavoring capsule 11 can be subjected to continuous high temperature in the sucking process, so that the capsule wall of the flavoring capsule 11 is rapidly broken, and the essence and the perfume in the flavoring capsule quickly volatilize, so that on one hand, the flavor of a plurality of cigarettes before sucking is thick, and on the other hand, the flavor of a plurality of cigarettes hardly has the flavoring effect. On the other hand, although the capsule wall is indeed easier to break due to the high temperature to which the perfuming capsule 11 is subjected, the inside of the perfuming capsule 11 has some essence and perfume with lower volatilization temperature, such as menthol, orange oil, rose essential oil and the like, so that the problem that the capsule wall needs to be broken at a certain temperature, but the essence and perfume with low volatilization temperature in the capsule wall with too high temperature can volatilize instantly is generated.
According to the invention, the flavoring capsule 11 is placed at the end part of the downstream support section 2 of the smoke generating core section 1, which is close to one end of the smoke generating core section 1, and is placed in the flavoring channel of the support section 2, and as the end part of the support section 2 is close to the smoke generating core section 1, the smoke generated by the smoke generating core section 1 still has higher temperature when entering the hollow airflow channel, and the degree of cracking of the flavoring capsule 11 can be achieved. However, as the flavoring capsule 11 is arranged in the flavoring channel of the support section 2, the explosion beads are not directly contacted with the hot aerosol, but transfer heat through the wall of the flavoring channel, so that the explosion beads can be ensured not to be instantaneously heated to burst and release all the spices, but to be slowly heated to release the spices slowly, thereby achieving the effect of stably releasing the fragrance slowly.
In combination with the structure of the support section, the ventilation hollow section 3 at the downstream of the support section 2 is perforated to form ventilation holes for introducing air, and the ventilation holes are not perforated on the pipe wall of the support section 2 as in the prior art, so that the reason and effect are that: the air is introduced without punching the supporting section 2, so that the flavored capsules 11 in the supporting section 2 can be first ensured to have enough flue gas temperature for cracking and flavoring, and after the flue gas is subjected to preliminary cooling and flavoring, the air is further introduced from the breathable hollow section 3, so that the flue gas can be further cooled and converged.
2. The smoke core material section 1 is formed by wrapping the impermeable cigarette paper 12, and moisture in the smoke materials seeps to the outer side of the cigarette paper tube in the process of storing cigarettes to generate yellow spots, so that a waterproof layer is required to be added to the inner wall of the cigarette paper tube filled with the smoke materials. The waterproof layer can prevent moisture in the smoke material from penetrating to the outer side of the cigarette paper tube.
Similarly, a smoke agent and the like are added to the smoke agent, and the smoke agent in the smoke agent can permeate to the outer side of the paper tube with essence and perfume in the long-term placement process, so that yellow spots are generated, the appearance of the paper tube is affected, and as the smoke agent is oily, an oil-proof layer is required to be added to the inner wall of the cigarette paper tube filled with the smoke agent. The oil-proof layer can prevent the smoke agent in the smoke material from carrying essence and perfume to permeate to the outer wall of the paper tube, and can prevent the macula lutea.
More critical point is that the end of the downstream support section 2 of the fuming core section 1, which is close to one end of the fuming core section 1, is provided with the flavoring capsule 11, so that the side of the forming paper 5, which is close to the support section 2, is provided with the impermeable layer, and after the capsule wall is broken in the suction process, the flavor substances in the flavoring capsule 11 can possibly permeate into the wall of the support section 2, and the impermeable layer can avoid the problem that the flavor and fragrance permeate into the forming paper.
3. The support section 2 of the present invention has a perfuming passage 21 for perfuming and a hollow air flow passage 22 for converging the flue gas, wherein the perfuming passage 21 is used for perfuming. The end part of the flavoring channel 21, which is close to one side of the fuming core section 1, is provided with a flavoring capsule 11, and the adding amount of the flavoring capsule 11 can be controlled. The hollow air flow channel 22 may be used to focus the smoke, reduce adsorption of the smoke, and increase the amount of smoke. On the other hand, the perfuming channels 21 are distributed outside the hollow air flow channels 22, and perfuming is more uniform.
4. The aerosol generating product also comprises a supporting section 2 with a hollow structure, wherein the supporting section not only can play a role in supporting the aerosol generating product, but also can be used for converging smoke and assisting in reducing the temperature of the smoke, and the problems of high temperature entering the mouth of a smoker and burning of the smoke are solved.
5. The ventilation hollow section 3 is provided with the ventilation holes 31, and under the condition that the ventilation holes 31 are consistent with the holes formed in the support section in the prior art in shape and size, the ventilation holes 31 are closer to the mouth end of a smoker, so that the suction force at the ventilation holes 31 is obviously larger than that at the holes formed in the support section in the prior art, the ventilation effect of the ventilation holes 31 is better, the quantity of introduced ambient air is larger, and the reduction of the smoke temperature is facilitated. Meanwhile, the cigarette supporting section 2 is provided with a cavity, the ventilation hollow section 3 is also provided with a cavity, and the introduced air can be better contacted and mixed with the smoke, so that the temperature of the smoke is further reduced. The invention punches holes at the cooling section instead of the supporting section, thereby further utilizing the change of suction force to increase air inlet quantity and reduce the temperature of flue gas.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings, which are given by way of illustration only and not limitation.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-3, the present embodiment provides an aerosol-generating article with a support section for perfuming, comprising a smoking core section 1, a support section 2, a ventilation hollow section 3 and a filter section 4 arranged in this order, the support section 2 having the function of perfuming the aerosol and having a hollow air flow channel 22 and a plurality of perfuming channels 21; a plurality of flavoring channels 21 are arranged around the outer side of the hollow air flow channel 22, the end part of one side of the flavoring channel 21, which is close to the smoke core material section 1, is blocked, and the end part of one side of the flavoring channel, which is close to the ventilation hollow section 3, is opened; at least part of the flavoring channels 21 have flavoring capsules 11 therein, and the flavoring capsules 11 are located on the side of the smoke generating core segment 1; the ventilation hollow section 3 is provided with a ventilation hole 31 penetrating through the wall of the ventilation hollow section 3 in the radial direction.
The smoke core material section 1 is formed by wrapping impermeable cigarette paper 12; the support section 2, the ventilation hollow section 3 and the filter section 4 are wrapped by forming paper 5 to form a filter rod, and the fuming core section 1 and the filter rod are connected by tipping paper 6; the forming paper 5 contains an impermeable layer.
The smoke generating core segment 1 may be filled with a filamentary tobacco material; the walls of the perfuming capsule 11 rupture at an ambient temperature of 120 ℃ releasing the perfume inside the perfuming capsule 11.
The capsule wall of the perfuming capsule 11 is selected from the group of gelatin wall materials.
The impermeable cigarette paper 12 is a cigarette paper with an impermeable layer at one side close to the smoke core material; the side of the forming paper 5 close to the supporting section 2 is provided with an impermeable layer;
The impermeable layer comprises a waterproof layer and/or an oil-proof layer; the inner wall of the cigarette paper tube is coated by spraying; the waterproof layer adopts alkyl ketene dimer AKD, cationic rosin size or iron-free aluminum sulfate mixed paraffin materials; the oil-proof layer is made of fluorocarbon organic matters, modified starch, mixture of AKD and paraffin, and mixture of AKD and modified starch;
The support section 2 comprises two materials, a first material and a second material, wherein the perfuming channel 21 is defined by the first material, the second material or a combination of the first material and the second material, and the hollow air flow channel 22 is defined by the first material.
The first material is selected from paper; the second material is selected from the group consisting of nonwoven fabrics.
The hollow air flow channels 22 are positioned at the center of the filter rod, the cross section area of the hollow air flow channels is 1/4 of the cross section area of the filter rod, the number of the hollow air flow channels 22 is 1, and the hollow air flow channels are triangular.
The perfuming channels 21 are dispersed outside the hollow airflow channels 22 and are multiple in number, the total cross-sectional area of the perfuming channels 21 is 1/2 of the cross-sectional area of the filter rod, and the perfuming channels 21 are circular in shape. The diameter of the perfuming capsule 11 is smaller than or equal to the inscribed circle diameter of the perfuming channel 21; the end of the 2 flavoring channels 21, which is close to one side of the smoke core section 1, is provided with flavoring capsules 11, and each flavoring channel 21 is provided with 2 flavoring capsules 11. As shown in fig. 2-3. The adjacent perfuming channels 21 are solid therebetween.
The breathable hollow section 3 is made of acetate fiber tows, the wall thickness of the breathable hollow section 3 is 1.0mm, and the thinnest part of the wall thickness of the supporting section 2 is 0.1mm.
The total length of the aerosol generating product is 60mm, the diameter of the aerosol generating product is 6.4mm, the length of a filter tip consisting of the supporting section 2, the ventilation hollow section 3 and the filtering section 4 is 30mm, the length of the supporting section 2 is 10mm, the length of the ventilation hollow section 3 is 10mm, and the length of the filtering section 4 is 10mm.
The filter segment 4 is a solid acetate tow.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4-5, this example is a preparation of an aerosol-generating article sample 2 that is structurally similar to the aerosol-generating article sample 1 of example 1, except for the structure of the support section. The support section of the aerosol-generating article sample 2 is a combination of a corrugated structure of the perfuming channels and the air flow channels in the inner cavity.
The support section 2 comprises two materials, a first material and a second material, wherein the perfuming channel 21 is defined by the first material, the second material or a combination of the first material and the second material, and the hollow air flow channel 22 is defined by the first material.
The first material is selected from paper; the second material is selected from the group consisting of nonwoven fabrics.
The hollow air flow channels 22 are positioned in the center of the filter rod, the cross section area of the hollow air flow channels is 1/5-1/2 of the cross section area of the filter rod, the number of the hollow air flow channels 22 is 1, and the hollow air flow channels are circular.
The perfuming channels 21 are distributed outside the hollow airflow channels 22 and are multiple in number, and the total cross-sectional area of the perfuming channels 21 is 1/2 of the cross-sectional area of the filter rod. The perfuming channel 21 is a groove of a groove corrugated structure, and is in a V shape. The diameter of the perfuming capsule 11 is smaller than or equal to the inscribed circle diameter of the perfuming channel 21; the end part of one side, close to the smoke core section 1, of the 2 perfuming channels 21 is provided with perfuming capsules 11, each perfuming channel 21 is provided with 2 perfuming capsules 11, and the wall thickness of the supporting section 2 is 0.3mm. As shown in fig. 4-5.
Example 3
And respectively sucking the aerosol generating product sample 1 and the aerosol generating product sample 2 with a matched heating non-burning cigarette smoking set under the same condition, wherein the temperature of the aerosol generating product smoking core material section 1 is about 200 ℃ in the sucking process. Carrying out sensory evaluation on the aerosol-generating product by a plurality of sensory evaluation staff, and mainly observing 6 indexes of smoke quantity, aroma and flavor, strength, harmony, irritation and taste; scoring values of the 6 quality detection indexes are respectively as follows: the total score of 6 evaluation indexes is 100 minutes, the higher the score of the evaluation indexes of the smoke quantity, the fragrance, the stiffness, the coordination and the taste is 5, the stronger the feeling of the evaluation indexes in the sucking process is, the higher the score of the irritation evaluation index is, the less obvious the feeling of the evaluation indexes in the sucking process is, and the higher the total score of the evaluation indexes is, the better the sucking feeling of the aerosol generating product is. Wherein the sensory evaluation scores of aerosol-generating article sample 1 and aerosol-generating article sample 2 are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the aerosol-generating article samples 1 and 2 all had different increases in aroma, taste, and the amounts of smoke generated during heating were sufficient to meet the needs of smokers.
In addition, the temperature of the smoke of the aerosol-generating article sample 1 entering the mouth of the smoker is 39.2 ℃, and the temperature of the smoke of the aerosol-generating article sample 2 entering the mouth of the smoker is 38.9 ℃, because the ventilation hole 31 is arranged on the ventilation hollow section 3, and the ventilation hole 31 is closer to the mouth end of the smoker under the condition that the ventilation hole 31 is consistent with the shape and the size of the holes formed on the support section in the prior art, so the suction force at the ventilation hole 31 is obviously larger than the suction force at the holes formed on the support section in the prior art, the ventilation effect of the ventilation hole 31 is better, and the quantity of the introduced ambient air is larger, thereby being more beneficial to reducing the temperature of the smoke. Meanwhile, the cigarette supporting section 2 is provided with a cavity, the ventilation hollow section 3 sheets are provided with cavities, and the introduced air can be better contacted and mixed with the smoke, so that the temperature of the smoke is further reduced.
In addition, as no hot smoke flows in the flavoring channel 21, the flavoring channel 21 forms an air heat insulation layer, and sensory evaluation personnel obviously feel that compared with the existing aerosol-generating product in the suction process, the temperature of the outer surface of the supporting section of the product is low, and the problem of scalding hands is completely avoided. Meanwhile, no matter the fragrance evaluation score is basically always given by the sensory evaluation personnel in the early stage, the middle stage or the later stage of sucking, the problem of thick fragrance in the early stage and light fragrance in the later stage of sucking is not found.
