The hollow triangular filter stick filled with the interlayer prepared by the invention is used as a base stick A, and is combined with other filter sticks B with different types such as bead blasting filter sticks, particle filter sticks, flavoring filter sticks and the like at one time according to a certain sequence and length proportion to prepare a triangular binary composite filter stick filled with the interlayer, and the base stick A is combined with the filter sticks B1 and B2 at a second time according to a certain sequence and length proportion to prepare a triangular ternary composite filter stick filled with the interlayer. After the cigarette making machine on the composite filter stick is connected with the cigarette, the triangular filter stick filled in the interlayer is arranged at the lip end of the cigarette.

The comparison shows that the hollow triangular filter stick filled with the interlayer prepared by the method is used for cigarettes prepared by tipping the composite filter stick, the smoke is gathered, the smoke is softer and more exquisite, the smoothness is good and conglobation, the smoking taste is mellow and strong, the convergence is strong, the aroma quality and the aroma amount are increased, and the sensory quality of the cigarettes can be effectively improved.

The hollow triangular filter stick filled with the interlayer is characterized in that the hollow triangular filter stick is cylindrical in appearance, the outer layer of the hollow triangular filter stick is an outer forming paper (W) and is rolled into a cylinder (W1), and the inner layer of the hollow triangular filter stick is a cylinder (N1) which is formed by folding an inner forming paper (N) and has a regular triangle (N1) cross section along the axial direction; and three apexes of the triangle (N1) are on the inner wall surface of the cylinder (W1); wherein, the outer tows (S1) are filled between the outer forming paper (W) and the inner forming paper (N).
2. The hollow triangular filter rod according to claim 1, wherein the outer shaping paper (W) has a basis weight of 30-40g/m 2 。
3. The hollow triangular filter rod according to claim 1, wherein the inner shaping paper (N) has a basis weight of 90-110g/m 2 。
4. A hollow triangular filter rod according to claim 1, wherein the triangle (N1) is folded by two layers of inner plug wrap (2).
5. The hollow triangular filter rod according to claim 1, wherein the outer tow (S1) is 3.0-12.0Y, 15000 and 35000D.
6. A method for forming a sandwich filled hollow triangular filter rod according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a filter rod one-shot forming system is used;
the filter stick one-step forming system comprises the following components: a molding horn mouth (C), an outer molding paper conveyor belt (3W), an inner molding paper conveyor belt (3N) and an outer tow conveyor belt (42); the forming horn mouth (C) comprises an outer forming horn mouth (11) and an inner forming horn mouth (21), and the inner forming horn mouth (21) is sleeved in the outer forming horn mouth (11); the outer molding horn mouth (11) is in a cylindrical shape with the radius gradually reduced; the inner horn mouth (21) is divided into two layers, the outer layer (211) is in a cylindrical shape gradually transited from a circular shape to a regular triangle, and the inner layer (212) is in a triangular prism shape with one end of the regular triangle with a larger area and the other end of the regular triangle with a smaller area;
the method for forming the interlayer filled hollow triangular filter stick comprises the following steps: the outer forming paper (W) is conveyed to the inlet of the forming horn nozzle (C) by an outer forming paper conveying belt (3W), is baked by an outer forming paper baking device (31) and then enters the cylinder of the outer forming horn nozzle (11) to be formed into a cylinder (WI) shape, is sized by an outer lap adhesive device (33) and then comes out from the outlet of the outer forming horn nozzle (11), and at the moment, an outer tow (S1) conveyed from an outer tow conveying belt (42) is conveyed into the outer forming paper (W); meanwhile, the inner forming paper (N) is conveyed to the inlet of the forming horn nozzle (C) by the inner forming paper conveying belt (3N) and is baked by the inner forming paper baking device (32), enters between the outer layer (211) and the inner layer (212) of the inner forming horn nozzle (21), is gradually formed into a cylindrical shape of a regular triangle (N1), and is glued by the inner lap joint glue device (33) and then comes out from the outlet of the inner forming horn nozzle (21); the cylindrical shape of the regular triangle (N1) is sleeved with a cylinder (WI) from an outlet of the outer forming horn nozzle (11), and outer tows (S1) are filled between the outer forming paper (W) and the inner forming paper (N); after the formed interlayer-filled triangular filter stick is glued by a gluing device (35), three vertexes of a triangle (N1) are glued on the inner wall surface of a cylinder (W1), the triangle is heated by a heater (36), cooled and formed by a cooler (37), cut by a cutter (38) and output by a rod separating roller (39), and the interlayer-filled hollow triangular filter stick is obtained.
