Background
The average geometric particle size of the small seed seeds is within 3mm, the small seed seeds comprise most of economic crops such as vegetables and rapes and grain crops such as wheat and millet, the particle size of the small seed seeds is small, the mobility is good, and the precision seeding difficulty is high. At present, the traditional planting mode of seedling transplantation or manual seed slipping, thinning and final singling after broadcasting is generally adopted for planting small-grain seeds in China, and the traditional planting mode has the defects of multiple working procedures, high labor intensity and the like. Therefore, more and more attention is paid to mechanized planting.
At present, mechanical seeding of small-kernel crops mostly adopts a drilling operation mode, the drilling operation mode easily causes large crop density of planting rows and small row spacing, causes the problems of light competition, fertilizer robbing, light transmission difficulty and the like, and seriously influences the continuous increase of crop yield.

The second section is arranged between the first section and the third section, the second section is parallel to the central shaft of the seed sowing wheel, and the second section is a cylindrical surface. The shape of the inner surface of the seed discharge cup is the same as that of the outer surface of the seed sowing wheel, the seed discharge cup and the seed sowing wheel are arranged in a matching way, and a certain gap is kept between the seed discharge cup and the seed sowing wheel. The outer surface of the seed wheel is connected with a plurality of seed blades which are arranged spirally, the seed blades are arranged uniformly, and all the seed blades have the same height. The structure of the seed sowing wheel is beneficial to controlling the seed distribution during wide seedling belt sowing, and a distribution structure with dense middle and sparse edges is formed, wherein the middle and sparse distribution of the seeds provides good conditions for tillering of the seeds; the dense distribution of the two sides creates conditions for exerting marginal effect.
The seed guide pipe is connected with the lower part of the seed discharge cup, the cross section of the seed guide pipe is rectangular, and a plurality of seed flow channels are sequentially and uniformly arranged along the inner surface of the seed guide pipe. The two sides of the seed sowing wheel structure are conical, the linear velocity and the seed containing space are increased, the middle part of the seed sowing wheel structure adopts a cylindrical structure, the linear velocity and the seed containing space are reduced, the seed sowing tube with the structure is matched, the problem of seed disordering in the width direction of the seedling belt is effectively prevented, and the stability of dense distribution of the medium, sparse and side is ensured.
The upper part of the seed flow channel is lower than the upper edge of the seed guiding pipe, and the inlet of the seed flow channel is in an arc shape with a high middle part and low two sides, so that the dense seed distribution of the middle sparse edge is further ensured.
The outlet end of the lower part of the seed guiding pipe is bent in an arc shape.
The lower outlet of the seed flow channel is flush with the outlet of the seed discharging pipe, so that the seeds are smoothly discharged.
The seed guide pipe is connected with the seeding cup through a bolt device, and the bolt device comprises a bolt, a spring washer, a flat washer and a nut.
The seeding blades on the first section and the third section of the outer surface of the seeding wheel form an alpha angle with the diameter direction of the seeding wheel, and the alpha angle is smaller than the friction angle of small seeds, so that the fluidity of the seeds can be kept.

The diameter directions of the seeding blades 13 on the second section of the outer surface of the seeding wheel 2 are the same as the diameter directions of the seeding wheel 2.
The seed feeding cup 1 comprises a front wall 12 and a rear wall 11, the rear wall 11 of the seed feeding cup and the central line of the seed sowing wheel 2 are on the same straight line, and the angle between the front wall 12 of the seed feeding cup and the horizontal plane is larger than 60 degrees.
