The limiting portion is located on one side of the clamping member 120 and used for limiting the movement position of the clamping member 120 when the clamping portion 126 is separated from the notch, so that excessive movement of the clamping member 120 is avoided, and the working stability of the clamping member 120 is ensured.
The clamping members 120 can be made of different materials and structures according to the requirement, and in the embodiment of the invention, the clamping members 120 are made of elastic materials, so that the clamping members have excellent elastic performance and the capability of moving relative to the module body 110. In addition to including the connecting portion 122 and the clamping portion 126, the clamping member 120 includes a transition portion 124, and the transition portion 124 penetrates through the outer wall of the module body 110, and a portion of the transition portion is located outside the module body 110, and the remaining portion is located inside the module body 110. The transition portion 124 is provided with a bending portion 125, and the bending portion 125 is located outside the module body 110. The arrangement of the bending portion 125 can increase the elastic performance of the clip 120, and improve the movement capability of the clip 120 relative to the module body 110.
The connecting portion 122 and the clamping portion 126 are respectively connected to two ends of the transition portion 124, so that the length of the clamping portion 126 can be shortened as much as possible, and the internal space of the module body 110 occupied by the clamping member 120 is further reduced.
The connecting portion 122 is connected to the fixing member 130, and in detail, the connecting portion 122 is fixedly connected to the second fixing strip 134. In the embodiment of the present invention, the connecting portion 122 is snap-fitted with the snap-fit structure 135 and fixed by the fastener 123. Meanwhile, since the whole clamping member 120 is made of an elastic material, the clamping member 120 has good elasticity, and the clamping portion 126 can be clamped into the notch under the driving of the clamping member 120, that is, the elastic material is adopted to enable the clamping member 120 to generate a movement tendency that the clamping portion 126 is driven to be clamped into the notch. In the embodiment of the present invention, the cross section of the clamping portion 126 is a right trapezoid, and an inclined surface is disposed on the clamping portion, so that in the process of inserting the pluggable module 100 into the chassis, the inclined surface can make the clamping portion 126 avoid the front portion of the chassis under the driving of the clamping member 120, and smoothly enter the chassis and be clamped into the gap. The number of the clamping portions 126 is two, and the two clamping portions 126 are arranged at an interval at one end of the transition portion 124 far away from the connecting portion 122.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the clamping portion 126 may also have other shapes, such as a triangular prism shape or a hemispherical shape; the number of the snap-in portions 126 may be one or three.
The operation principle and process of the pluggable module 100 are as follows:
when the pluggable module 100 needs to be inserted into the chassis, the clamping portion 126 of the clamping member 120 contacts with the front portion of the chassis, and the clamping member 120 is made of an elastic material and can elastically deform, so that the clamping member 120 can move relative to the module body 110, the clamping portion 126 is driven to avoid the front portion of the chassis and enter the interior of the chassis, when the clamping portion 126 moves to a position corresponding to the notch, the clamping member 120 can move reversely relative to the module body 110 to return to the original position, the clamping portion 126 is driven to be clamped into the notch, and the pluggable module 100 is locked in the chassis;
when the pluggable module 100 needs to be pulled out of the chassis, the clamping member 120 is manually pressed to move the clamping member 120 relative to the module body 110, so that the clamping portion 126 is driven to disengage from the notch, the pluggable module 100 is unlocked from the chassis, and finally the pluggable module 100 is pulled out of the chassis.
