Background

Therefore, when the water tank cover needs to be installed on the tank body, the clamping flange of the water tank cover is firstly inserted into the insertion groove, and then the first plug connector is slid to enable the first plug connector to be inserted into the first insertion hole, so that the water tank cover can be installed on the tank body; when the water tank cover needs to be detached, the first plug connector is firstly slid, so that the first plug connector is separated from the first jack, and then the water tank cover can be directly separated from the tank body, and the water tank cover is detached. Therefore, by adopting the structure, the installation and the disassembly between the water tank cover and the tank body can be realized without consuming large labor, thereby solving the technical problem that the installation and the disassembly process between the tank body and the water tank cover are time-consuming and labor-consuming, and improving the production efficiency of the air conditioner.

In addition, the insertion block 410 is sequentially inserted into the second insertion hole 121 and the limiting frame 125, and the top end surface of the first insertion block 410 is connected with the top inner wall of the limiting frame 125. Therefore, the limiting frame 125 is configured to limit the first plug-in unit 410, so as to increase the stability of the connection between the second plug-in unit 400 and the second side plate 120, i.e., increase the stability of the connection between the tank lid 200 and the tank 100.

Therefore, when the water tank cover 200 needs to be mounted on the tank body 100, the clamping flange 240 of the water tank cover 200 is firstly clamped into the insertion groove 124, and then the first insertion piece 300 is slid, so that the first insertion piece 300 is inserted into the first insertion hole 111, and the water tank cover 200 can be mounted on the tank body 100; when the water tank cover 200 needs to be detached, the first connector 300 is firstly slid to separate the first connector 300 from the first insertion hole 111, and then the detachment of the water tank cover 200 is completed. Therefore, by adopting the structure, the installation and the disassembly between the water tank cover 200 and the tank body 100 can be realized without connecting with great effort, thereby solving the technical problem that the installation and the disassembly process between the tank body 100 and the water tank cover 200 are time-consuming and labor-consuming. Claims (10)
1. A water tank is characterized by comprising a tank body and a water tank cover;
the box body is provided with an inserting groove and a first inserting hole, the inserting groove is arranged around the top of the box body, and the first inserting hole is formed in one side wall of the box body;
the water tank cover is provided with a clamping flange and a first mounting surface;
the clamping flange is arranged around the bottom of the water tank cover and is positioned in the insertion groove;
the first mounting surface is positioned on the top surface of the water tank cover, a mounting through groove and a first plug connector are arranged on the first mounting surface, and the mounting through groove is arranged close to the first jack; the first plug connector can be arranged in the installation through groove in a sliding mode along a first direction, and the first plug connector and the first jack are arranged correspondingly; when the first plug connector slides to a first position, the first plug connector extends into the first jack; when the first plug connector slides to the second position, the first plug connector is separated from the first jack.
2. The water tank of claim 1 wherein the first plug comprises:
the sliding block can be arranged in the installation through groove in a sliding mode along the first direction;
the connecting frame is fixedly connected with the sliding block, penetrates through the installation through groove and extends into the box body;
one end of the insertion rod is connected with the connecting frame, and the other end of the insertion rod extends towards the first jack; when the first plug connector slides to a first position, the plug rod extends into the first jack; when the first plug connector slides to the second position, the plug rod is separated from the first jack.
