As shown in fig. 3 to 6 and 9, in one implementation, at least one positioning ring 43 is disposed on the bottom surface of the first trim segment 21, at least one first positioning plate 41 is disposed on the bottom surface of the first panel 11, and each first positioning plate 41 is configured to be inserted into the positioning ring 43 corresponding to the first positioning plate 41. The second molding section 22 has a positioning groove 44 on a top surface thereof, and the second panel 12 has a second positioning plate 42 on a bottom surface thereof, wherein the second positioning plate 42 is inserted into the positioning groove 44.
In another implementation manner, at least one first positioning plate 41 is disposed on the bottom surface of the first trim segment 21, at least one positioning ring 43 is disposed on the bottom surface of the first panel 11, and each first positioning plate 41 is configured to be inserted into the positioning ring 43 corresponding to the first positioning plate 41. The second positioning plate 42 is disposed on the top surface of the second molding section 22, the positioning groove 44 is disposed on the bottom surface of the second panel 12, and the second positioning plate 42 is inserted into the positioning groove 44. With the above arrangement, the trim strip 20 and the panel 10 are positioned when the trim strip 20 and the panel 10 are assembled.
The first panel 11 and the first molding section 21 are positioned by inserting the first positioning plate 41 into the positioning ring 43, so that the first panel 11 and the first molding section 21 are accurately matched. The first positioning plate 41 may be on the first panel 11 or the first molding section 21, and the positioning ring 43 is disposed on the first molding section 21 or the first panel 11. Both arrangements of the first positioning plate 41 and the positioning ring 43 can position the first panel 11 and the first molding section 21. For example, in the present embodiment, the first positioning plate 41 is provided on the bottom plate of the first panel 11, and the positioning plate is provided on the bottom surface of the first molding section 21.
As shown in fig. 8, the first positioning plate 41 includes a first plate 411 and two second plates 412 which are integrally formed, and a top surface of a first end of the first plate 411 contacts with a bottom surface of the first panel 11 and is fixedly connected with the first panel 11. The two second plates 412 are arranged in parallel and at intervals, the second plates 412 are perpendicular to the first plates 411, two ends of the first plates 411 are respectively fastened and connected with the two second plates 412, and the second plates 412 are arranged on the bottom surface of the first plates 411. The first positioning plate 41, which is formed by the first plate 411 and the second plate 412, facilitates fine adjustment of the size of the gap between the first positioning plate 41 and the inner wall of the positioning ring 43.
The transverse section and the longitudinal section of the first flat plate 411 are both rectangular, the cross section of the second flat plate 412 is rectangular, the longitudinal section of the second flat plate 412 is polygonal, for example, the longitudinal section of the second flat plate 412 is rectangular.
It will be appreciated that the retaining ring 43 is rectangular in longitudinal cross-section to mate with the first retaining plate 41 formed by the first and second plates 411, 412.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the number of the first positioning plates 41 and the positioning rings 43 is plural, the plural first positioning plates 41 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first molding section 21, the positioning rings 43 are also arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first molding section 21, and each first positioning plate 41 is inserted into the positioning ring 43 corresponding to the first positioning plate 41. When the first positioning plates 41 are matched with the first claws 31, one first claw 31 is arranged between two adjacent first positioning plates 41, and the distance between the adjacent first claw 31 and the first positioning plate 41 is smaller than the distance between two adjacent first positioning plates 41. When the first panel 11 and the first molding section 21 are positioned, the first clamping jaw 31 and the first clamping block 32 can be assisted to align, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
The second positioning plate 42 is inserted into the positioning groove 44 to realize the position limitation after the second panel 12 and the second molding section 22 are assembled, so as to position the panel 10 and the molding 20.
The shape of the second positioning plate 42 is adapted to the structure of the positioning slot 44, for example, when the longitudinal section of the positioning slot 44 is isosceles trapezoid, the longitudinal section of the second positioning plate 42 is also isosceles trapezoid, and the end surface of the large end of the second positioning plate 42 is in surface contact with the bottom surface of the second panel 12 and is tightly connected with the second panel 12.
It should be noted that the length of the second positioning plate 42 is less than or equal to the length of the second trim segment 22.
The embodiment also provides an indoor unit, which comprises a rear shell and the panel 10 assembly, wherein the rear shell and the panel 10 assembly are oppositely arranged and enclose a mounting cavity for mounting a fan assembly; the rear shell is provided with a hanging assembly for hanging on a wall.
By adopting the panel 10 assembly, the weight of the indoor unit can be reduced, and the cost of the indoor unit can be reduced.
The embodiment also provides an air conditioner, which comprises an outdoor unit and the indoor unit.
By adopting the indoor unit, the cost can be reduced, and the competitiveness of the product can be improved.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the utility model, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the utility model.

1. The panel assembly is characterized by comprising a panel and a semi-closed decorative strip, wherein the panel comprises three adjacent sides, and the decorative strip is arranged around the outer sides of the three sides and is clamped with the three sides.

the decorative strip comprises a first decorative strip section and two second decorative strip sections which are integrally formed; the first ends of the two second decorative strip sections are respectively and fixedly connected with the two ends of the first decorative strip section;
the side of first trim section with the side face contact of first panel and with first panel joint, the top surface of second trim section with the bottom surface face contact of second panel and with the second panel joint.
3. The panel assembly of claim 2,
the bottom surface of the first panel is provided with at least one first clamping jaw, the bottom surface of the first trim section is provided with at least one first clamping block, and each first clamping jaw is used for being clamped with the first clamping block corresponding to the first clamping jaw; the top surface of the second trim section is provided with at least one second clamping jaw, the inner side surface of the second panel is provided with at least one second clamping block, and each second clamping jaw is clamped with the second clamping block corresponding to the second clamping jaw; or,
at least one first clamping block is arranged on the bottom surface of the first panel, at least one first clamping jaw is arranged on the bottom surface of the first trim section, and each first clamping jaw is used for being clamped with the first clamping block corresponding to the first clamping jaw; at least one second clamping block is arranged on the top surface of the second trim section, at least one second clamping jaw is arranged on the inner side surface of the second panel, and each second clamping jaw is clamped with the second clamping block corresponding to the second clamping jaw.
4. A panel assembly according to claim 3, wherein the first jaw comprises a first catch plate and a second catch plate;
the top surface of the first end of the first clamping plate is in contact with the bottom surface of the first panel and is fixedly connected with the first panel;
the second clamping plate is perpendicular to the top surface of the first clamping plate, and the first end of the second clamping plate is fixedly connected with the second end of the first clamping plate;
the longitudinal section of the second clamping plate is in a right trapezoid shape.
5. The panel assembly of claim 3, wherein the first latch has a right trapezoid shaped longitudinal section.
6. A panel assembly according to claim 3, wherein the second jaw comprises a third jaw and a fourth jaw;
the third clamping plate is perpendicular to the top surface of the second decorative strip section and is fixedly connected with the second decorative strip section, and a first through hole penetrating through the third clamping plate is formed in the third clamping plate;
the fourth clamping plate is arranged in the first through hole and parallel to the third clamping plate, and a first end, far away from the first decorative strip section, of the fourth clamping plate is fixedly connected with the third clamping plate.
7. The panel assembly of claim 3, wherein the second latch has a right trapezoid shaped longitudinal section.
8. The panel assembly according to any one of claims 2 to 7,
the bottom surface of the first decorative strip section is provided with at least one positioning ring, the bottom surface of the first panel is provided with at least one first positioning plate, and each first positioning plate is used for being inserted into the positioning ring corresponding to the first positioning plate; a positioning groove is formed in the top surface of the second decorative strip section, a second positioning plate is arranged on the bottom surface of the second panel, and the second positioning plate is inserted into the positioning groove; or,
the bottom surface of the first decorative strip section is provided with at least one first positioning plate, the bottom surface of the first panel is provided with at least one positioning ring, and each first positioning plate is used for being inserted into the positioning ring corresponding to the first positioning plate; the top surface of the second decorative strip section is provided with a second positioning plate, the bottom surface of the second panel is provided with a positioning groove, and the second positioning plate is used for being inserted into the positioning groove.
9. An indoor unit comprising a rear housing and a panel assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, the rear housing and the panel assembly being disposed opposite one another and defining a mounting cavity for mounting a fan assembly; the rear shell is provided with a hanging assembly for hanging on a wall.
10. An air conditioner comprising an outdoor unit and the indoor unit of claim 9.
