Meanwhile, the first connector 300 can be easily pushed out of the first insertion hole 111, thereby separating the tank cap 200 from the tank body 100. Therefore, by adopting the structure, the installation and the disassembly between the water tank cover 200 and the tank body 100 can be realized without connecting with great effort, thereby solving the technical problem of low efficiency of the assembly and the disassembly of the water tank.
As shown in fig. 15, the second mounting surface 230 is disposed adjacent to the second side plate 120 and connected to the first mounting surface 210. Meanwhile, the second connector 400 includes a reinforcing rib 420 and a connector block 410, the reinforcing rib 420 is fixed on the second mounting surface 230, and the reinforcing rib 420 extends in the vertical direction; one end of the insertion block 410 is connected to the stiffener 420, and the other end thereof is movably disposed in the second insertion hole 121.
Based on the above structure, by providing the second insertion hole 121 on the second side plate 120, the insertion block 410 is provided on the second mounting surface 230, and the insertion block 410 can be inserted into the second insertion hole 121, thereby further improving the stability of the connection between the tank lid 200 and the tank 100.
When the tank cap 200 is installed, the tank cap 200 may be placed on the tank body 100, and then the tank cap 200 may be pushed in the horizontal direction, so that the insertion block 410 of the second plug connector 400 is inserted into the second insertion hole 121; then, the first connector 300 is pushed in the first direction, so that the insertion rod 330 is inserted into the first insertion hole 111. When the water tank cover 200 needs to be detached, the first connector 300 can be slid along the first direction to separate the first connector 300 from the first insertion hole 111, and then the water tank cover 200 is pushed to separate the insertion block 410 of the second connector 400 from the second insertion hole 121, so that the water tank cover 200 and the tank body 100 can be attached and detached.
In addition, the insertion block 410 is sequentially inserted into the second insertion hole 121 and the limiting frame 125, and the top end surface of the first insertion block 410 is connected with the top inner wall of the limiting frame 125. Therefore, the limiting frame 125 is arranged to limit the first insertion block 410, so that the stability of connection between the second insertion part 400 and the second side plate 120, that is, the stability of connection between the tank lid 200 and the tank 100, can be increased.
For example, with continued reference to fig. 14 and 15, the tank lid 200 may further include a stop 250, and the stop 250 extends into the tank body 100 and is disposed adjacent to the second side plate 120. Meanwhile, the end surface of the limiting table 250 facing the second side plate 120 has a second mounting surface 230, in other words, the second mounting surface 230 may be disposed on the limiting table 250, that is, the second plug 400 is disposed on the end surface of the limiting table 250 facing the second side plate 120, so that the second plug 400 can be inserted into the second insertion hole 121. Because the limiting table 250 extends into the tank body 100 and the limiting table 250 is arranged close to the second side plate 120, the limiting table 250 can play a certain reinforcing and stabilizing role in the water tank cover 200.
For example, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, two first mounting openings 260 may be disposed on the first mounting surface 210, the two first mounting openings 260 are disposed oppositely along the second direction, and the first mounting openings 260 are disposed near the first side plate 110; a first extension plate 261 is arranged in each first mounting opening 260, the first extension plate 261 extends into the box body 100 along the vertical direction and is connected with a first bearing plate 262, and the first bearing plate 262 extends along the first direction; wherein the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; meanwhile, two first limiting blocks 150 may be oppositely disposed on the inner sidewall of the box 100 along the second direction, and each first limiting block 150 is respectively clamped on the corresponding first bearing plate 262. Thus, the stability of the connection between the tank cap 200 and the tank 100 can be further enhanced by adopting the above structure.
In addition, two second mounting openings 270 may be disposed on the first mounting surface 210, and the two second mounting openings 270 are disposed oppositely along the second direction; the second mounting opening 270 and the first mounting opening 260 are spaced apart from each other along the first direction; and a second extending plate 271 is arranged in each second mounting hole 270, the second extending plate 271 extends into the box body along the vertical direction and is connected with a second bearing plate 272, and the second bearing plate 272 extends along the first direction. Meanwhile, two second limiting blocks 160 are oppositely arranged on the inner side wall of the box 100 along the second direction, and each second limiting block 160 is respectively clamped on the corresponding second bearing plate 272. Thus, the stability of the connection between the tank cap 200 and the tank 100 is further enhanced by adopting the above structure.
As shown in fig. 6 and 15, the water tank further includes a shielding plate 500, and the shielding plate 500 is covered on the outer wall surface of the second side plate 120 of the tank body 100. In this embodiment, a plurality of clamping claws 510 are disposed at the upper end of the protection plate 500, and each clamping claw 510 is clamped into the corresponding first clamping groove 122, so that the upper end of the protection plate 500 is fixedly connected with the top of the box 100. In this embodiment, the clamping jaw 510 includes an arc-shaped plate, a plurality of second clamping protruding ridges are arranged on the inner wall of the arc-shaped plate, a third gap is formed between two adjacent second clamping protruding ridges, and the plurality of first clamping protruding ridges 123 are clamped into the third gap respectively, so that the clamping jaw 510 is stably connected with the second clamping groove 126.
In addition, the bottom of the protection plate 500 is provided with a plurality of clamping plates 520, and each clamping plate is clamped into the corresponding second clamping groove 126, so that the bottom of the protection plate 500 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the box body 100. Therefore, the protection plate 500 can be firmly mounted on the box body 100 through the matching of the clamping jaws 510 and the first clamping grooves 122 and the matching of the clamping plates 520 and the second clamping grooves 126.
Based on the above, the first insertion hole 111 is formed in the first side plate 110 of the box 100, and the second insertion hole 121 is formed in the second side plate 120; meanwhile, a first plug connector 300 is slidably arranged on the first mounting surface 210 of the water tank cover 200, and the first plug connector 300 is arranged corresponding to the first jack 111; the second connector 400 is disposed on the second mounting surface 230, and the second connector 400 is disposed corresponding to the second insertion hole 121. Therefore, when the water tank cover 200 needs to be mounted on the tank body 100, the water tank cover 200 can be placed on the tank body 100, and then the water tank cover 200 is pushed in the horizontal direction, so that the insertion block 410 of the second insertion piece 400 is inserted into the second insertion hole 121; then, the first connector 300 is pushed in the first direction, so that the insertion rod 330 is inserted into the first insertion hole 111. When the tank cover 200 needs to be detached, the first plug connector 300 may be slid along the first direction to separate the first plug connector 300 from the first insertion hole 111, and then the tank cover 200 is pushed to separate the insertion block 410 of the second plug connector 400 from the second insertion hole 121, so that the tank cover 200 and the tank body 100 can be attached and detached. Therefore, by adopting the above structure, the installation and the disassembly between the water tank cover 200 and the tank body 100 can be realized without great effort, thereby solving the technical problem of low efficiency of the assembly and the disassembly of the water tank.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides an air conditioner, which includes the water tank, through adopting the above water tank structure for the installation and the dismantlement between water tank lid 200 and box 100 need not to take great strength to realize, thereby solved the equipment of water tank and disassembled the technical problem of inefficiency.
