Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of this disclosure provides a joint structure and use its desk lamp, can improve the transportation convenience, reduces transportation cost.
To achieve the purpose, the present disclosure adopts the following technical scheme:
a clamping structure for clamping or separating a first structural member and a second structural member, comprising:
the first clamping part is connected with the first structural part;
a sliding piece, which is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, wherein the first end is arranged in the second structural part, and the second end is exposed to form an operation part;
a second clamping portion, one end of which is connected to the sliding member, and the other end of which extends out of the second structural member, the sliding member being capable of sliding relative to the second structural member to switch the sliding member between a first position in which the second clamping portion is separated from the first clamping portion, and a second position in which the second clamping portion is clamped to the first clamping portion;
and the elastic reset piece is used for providing a force for enabling the sliding piece to slide from the first position to the second position.
As a preferable technical scheme of the clamping structure, the sliding piece is in sliding fit with the second structural piece through a guide inclined plane, and the guide inclined plane is inclined towards the side where the first structural piece is located along the direction from the second end to the first end.
One preferable technical scheme of the clamping structure is that one end of the elastic resetting piece is connected with the second structural piece, and the other end of the elastic resetting piece is connected with the sliding piece;
the elastic resetting piece is a tension spring and is arranged close to the second end of the sliding piece; or, the elastic restoring piece is a pressure spring, and the elastic restoring piece is arranged close to the first end of the sliding piece.
As a preferable technical scheme of the clamping structure, one of the first structural member and the second structural member is provided with a plug-in part, the other is provided with a groove, and the plug-in part is plugged with the groove.
As a preferable technical scheme of the clamping structure, the first structural member is provided with a first positioning member, and the second structural member is provided with a second positioning member matched with the first positioning member.
As a preferable technical scheme of the above-mentioned clamping structure, the first positioning piece includes a positioning groove provided on a top wall of the plugging portion, and a first buckle provided on an outer peripheral wall of the plugging portion;
the second positioning piece comprises a positioning column arranged on the inner bottom wall of the groove and a second buckle arranged on the inner side wall of the groove;
the positioning groove is spliced with the positioning column and used for positioning the first structural member and the second structural member from a first direction and a second direction; the first buckle is matched with the second buckle, and is used for positioning the first structural component and the second structural component from a third direction, and the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other.
As a preferable technical scheme of the clamping structure, the first clamping portion comprises at least two elastic clamping claws which are distributed along the sliding direction of the sliding piece and in the same direction, and the second clamping portion comprises clamping protrusions which are clamped with the elastic clamping claws.
As an preferable technical scheme of the clamping structure, an elastic clamping portion capable of elastically deforming is arranged in the second structural member, a clamping boss is arranged on the sliding member, and the clamping boss is clamped with the elastic clamping portion.
As a preferable technical scheme of the above-mentioned clamping structure, the sliding member is provided with a first limiting portion and a second limiting portion distributed along a direction from the first end to the second end, and the elastic clamping portion selectively abuts against the first limiting portion or the second limiting portion.
The disclosure also provides a desk lamp, including lamp holder and lamp body, the lamp holder with one of them is first structure spare, and another is the second structure spare, adopts foretell joint structure messenger first structure spare with second structure spare joint or separation.
As a preferable technical scheme of the desk lamp, the second structural member is provided with a penetrating hole penetrating through the rear side wall of the second structural member, and one end of the sliding member extends into the penetrating hole.
As a preferable technical scheme of the desk lamp, the desk lamp further comprises:
the first electric connection part is arranged on the first structural part;
the second electric connecting part is arranged on the second structural part, the first electric connecting part can be separated from the second electric connecting part when the sliding part is at the first position, and the first electric connecting part is electrically connected with the second electric connecting part when the sliding part is at the second position.
The beneficial effects of the present disclosure are:
the clamping structure is used for enabling the first structural member and the second structural member to be clamped or separated, pressing the operation part, enabling the sliding piece to slide from the second position to the first position relative to the second structural member, enabling the first clamping part to be gradually separated from the second clamping part, and enabling the elastic reset piece to be elastically deformed; when the sliding piece slides to the first position, the first clamping part is separated from the second clamping part, so that the first structural member and the second structural member can be separated; after the first structural member and the second structural member are separated, the operation part is loosened, and the sliding member automatically slides to the second position under the action of the elastic reset force of the elastic reset member, so that preparation is made for installation of the first structural member and the second structural member. The clamping structure is simple in structure, and can realize quick separation and installation of the first structural component and the second structural component.
The desk lamp comprises a lamp cap and a lamp body, wherein one of the lamp cap and the lamp body is a first structural member, the other is a second structural member, and the first structural member and the second structural member are clamped or separated by adopting the clamping structure; can realize lamp holder and lamp body and dismantle the connection, the transportation of being convenient for has reduced the cost of transportation, is not fragile desk lamp in the transportation after dismantling moreover.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems solved by the present disclosure, the technical solutions adopted and the technical effects achieved clearer, the technical solutions of the present disclosure are further described below by means of specific embodiments in combination with the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present disclosure and not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only a part, but not all, of the drawings related to the present disclosure are shown.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment provides a clamping structure for clamping or separating a first structural member and a second structural member.
The clamping structure comprises a first clamping part, a sliding piece 3, a second clamping part and an elastic resetting piece 4, wherein the first clamping part is connected with a first structural part; the sliding piece 3 is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, the first end is arranged in the second structural part, and the second end is exposed to form an operation part 31; one end of the second clamping part is connected to the sliding part 3, the other end of the second clamping part extends out of the second structural part, the sliding part 3 can slide relative to the second structural part so as to enable the sliding part 3 to switch between a first position and a second position, the second clamping part is separated from the first clamping part when the sliding part 3 is in the first position, and the second clamping part is clamped with the first clamping part when the sliding part 3 is in the second position; the elastic restoring member 4 is used for providing a force for sliding the slider 3 from the first position to the second position.
Pressing the operation part 31, the sliding piece 3 slides from the second position to the first position relative to the second structural part, so that the first clamping part is gradually separated from the second clamping part, and the elastic reset piece 4 is elastically deformed; when the sliding piece 3 slides to the first position, the first clamping part is separated from the second clamping part, so that the first structural part and the second structural part are separated; after the first structural member and the second structural member are separated, the operation portion 31 is released, and the sliding member 3 automatically slides to the second position by the elastic restoring force of the elastic restoring member 4, so as to prepare for the installation of the first structural member and the second structural member.
In some embodiments, one end of the elastic restoring member 4 is connected to the second structural member, the other end is connected to the sliding member 3, and the elastic restoring member 4 is disposed at the second end of the sliding member 3, where the elastic restoring member 4 is a tension spring. In order to ensure the stress balance of the sliding piece 3, two elastic resetting pieces 4 are arranged and are respectively arranged at two sides of the sliding piece 3 along the sliding direction of the sliding piece, one end of each elastic resetting piece 4 is connected with the second structural piece, the other end of each elastic resetting piece is connected with the sliding piece 3, when the sliding piece 3 is in the second position, the elastic resetting pieces 4 are in a stretching state or a natural state, and preferably, the elastic resetting pieces 4 are in a stretching state; the elastic restoring member 4 is further stretched by pressing the operating portion 31. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the elastic restoring member 4 may also be disposed at the first end of the sliding member 3, where the elastic restoring member 4 is a compression spring, and when the sliding member 3 is in the second position, the elastic restoring member 4 is in a compressed state or a natural state, and preferably, the elastic restoring member 4 is in a compressed state; the elastic restoring member 4 is further compressed by pressing the operating portion 31.
The embodiment also provides a desk lamp, including lamp body 1 and locate lamp holder 2 at lamp body 1 top, one of them is first structure spare, and another is the second structure spare of lamp holder 2 and lamp body 1, adopts above-mentioned joint structure to make first structure spare and second structure spare joint or separation. Illustratively, the lamp body 1 is taken as a first structural member, the lamp cap 2 is taken as a second structural member, and it should be noted that the lamp body 1 may be taken as the second structural member, and the lamp cap 2 may be taken as the first structural member.
After the slider 3 is slid to the first position by pressing the operation portion 31, the base 2 is removed upward or the lamp body 1 is removed downward, and then the operation portion 31 is released.
Specifically, the lower side wall of the lamp cap 2 is provided with a groove 21 with a downward opening, the bottom wall of the groove 21 is provided with a through hole 211 penetrating through the lower side wall of the lamp cap 2, and the second clamping part penetrates through the through hole 211 and stretches into the groove 21; the top of the lamp body 1 is provided with a plug-in part 12, the second clamping part is arranged on the top wall of the plug-in part 12, and the plug-in part 12 is inserted into the groove 21, so that the first clamping part and the second clamping part are arranged.
In some embodiments, the lamp cap 2 is provided with a through hole 22 penetrating through a rear sidewall thereof, and one end of the slider 3 extends into the through hole 22. By providing the penetrating hole 22, one end of the slider 3 is exposed to form the operation portion 31, so that the user can press the operation portion 31 conveniently to separate the base 2 from the base body 1. Since the desk lamp is normally placed facing the user, the through hole 22 is provided in the rear side wall of the lamp cap 2, improving the aesthetic property of the desk lamp.
The structures of the first and second engaging portions are not limited, and it is only necessary to ensure that the first engaging portion can be engaged with the second engaging portion, and the first engaging portion can be separated from the second engaging portion when the operation portion 31 is pressed. The first clamping portion includes two elastic claws 34 distributed along the sliding direction of the sliding member 3 and having the same direction, and the second clamping portion includes a clamping protrusion 11 clamped with the elastic claws 34. The number of the elastic claws 34 is not limited to two, but may be three, four or more, and is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the sliding member 3 is slidably engaged with the lamp base 2 via a guiding inclined surface 26, and the guiding inclined surface 26 is inclined to the side of the first structural member along the direction from the second end to the first end of the sliding member 3. Specifically, a guiding inclined plane 26 is arranged on the inner wall of the lamp cap 2, a guiding protrusion 32 is arranged on the lower bottom wall of the sliding piece 3, and an arc-shaped curved surface in sliding fit with the guiding inclined plane 26 is arranged on the guiding protrusion 32, so that the guiding inclined plane 26 is in line contact with the arc-shaped curved surface. When the lamp holder 2 and the lamp body 1 are disassembled, and the operating part 31 is pressed, the sliding part 3 and the lamp holder 2 are in sliding fit through the guide inclined surface 26 and the arc-shaped curved surface, so that the sliding part 3 can slide downwards along the guide inclined surface 26 besides the displacement along the horizontal direction, and the gap between the clamping matching surfaces of the first clamping part and the second clamping part is gradually increased; when the lamp cap 2 and the lamp body 1 are installed, the sliding piece 3 horizontally slides under the action of the elastic reset piece 4 and climbs along the guide inclined plane 26, so that a gap between the clamping matching surfaces is gradually reduced, the first clamping part and the second clamping part are clamped, the stability of the first clamping part and the second clamping part after clamping is improved, and the lamp is not easy to shake.
Preferably, the guide inclined surface 26 is provided in plurality, and the plurality of guide inclined surfaces 26 are sequentially distributed along the direction from the first end to the second end.
In some embodiments, the second structural member is provided with an elastic clamping portion 23 capable of elastic deformation, and the sliding member 3 is provided with a clamping boss 33, where the clamping boss 33 is clamped with the elastic clamping portion 23. Specifically, two mounting plates 24 are arranged oppositely on the inner bottom wall of the lamp holder 2 in a protruding mode, a mounting groove extending along the sliding direction of the sliding piece 3 is formed between the two mounting plates 24 and the inner wall of the lamp holder 2, the upper end of the elastic clamping portion 23 is connected to the mounting plates 24, the lower end of the elastic clamping portion 23 is matched with the clamping boss 33 in a clamping mode, and an avoidance hole 241 which is arranged in a penetrating mode is formed in the mounting plates 24 and used for accommodating the lower end of the elastic clamping portion 23. When the sliding piece 3 is installed on the lamp cap 2, the sliding piece 3 is placed in the installation groove, the sliding piece 3 is pressed down, the clamping boss 33 extrudes the elastic clamping portion 23 to elastically deform, after the clamping boss 33 moves down to be separated from the elastic clamping portion 23, the elastic clamping portion 23 is restored to deform, and the elastic clamping portion 23 is clamped with the clamping boss 33.
The guide inclined surface 26 is provided at the bottom wall of the mounting groove, and the elastic clamping portion 23 and the guide inclined surface 26 are used to limit the slider 3 up and down, so as to prevent the slider 3 from being separated from the base 2.
Preferably, each mounting plate 24 is provided with a plurality of elastic clamping portions 23 sequentially distributed along the direction from the first end to the second end of the slider 3.
Preferably, the clamping boss 33 is provided with a first wedge-shaped guide surface 331, the elastic clamping portion 23 is provided with a second wedge-shaped guide surface 231 slidably matched with the first wedge-shaped guide surface 331, and during the process of pressing down the sliding member 3, the sliding member 3 is guided by the sliding fit of the first wedge-shaped guide surface 331 and the second wedge-shaped guide surface 231 so as to guide the clamping boss 33 and the elastic clamping portion 23 to be clamped in place.
The sliding piece 3 is provided with a first limiting part and a second limiting part which are distributed along the direction from the first end to the second end, and the elastic clamping part 23 is selectively abutted against the first limiting part or the second limiting part. Specifically, a first limiting surface 35 is disposed on a side, close to the first end, of the clamping boss 33, and is used as a first limiting portion, and a second limiting surface 36 is disposed on a side, close to the second end, of the clamping boss 33, and is used as a second limiting portion. The sliding distance of the slider 3 with respect to the base 2 is defined by the first limit surface 35 and the second limit surface 36.
In some embodiments, the lamp body 1 is provided with a first positioning member, and the lamp cap 2 is provided with a second positioning member matched with the first positioning member. Specifically, the first positioning piece comprises a positioning groove 13 and a first buckle 15, wherein the positioning groove 13 is arranged on the top wall of the plug-in part 12, and the first buckle 15 is arranged on the peripheral wall of the plug-in part 12; the second positioning piece comprises a positioning column 25 and a second buckle 27, the positioning column 25 is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the groove 21 and is spliced with the positioning groove 13, and the second buckle 27 is arranged on the inner side wall of the groove 21. The positioning column 25 and the positioning groove 13 are used for being in plug-in fit, so that the lamp body 1 is positioned in a first direction (X direction shown in fig. 3) and a second direction (Y direction shown in fig. 3), when the plug-in part 12 is inserted into the groove 21, the shell of the lamp cap 2 is made of plastic, certain elastic deformation can occur, the first buckle 15 and the second buckle 27 relatively slide and are mutually extruded, after the plug-in part 12 is completely inserted into the groove 21, the first buckle 15 is positioned between the second buckle 27 and the bottom wall of the groove 21, the second buckle 27 is used for limiting the lamp body 1 in a third direction (Z direction shown in fig. 3), and the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular, so that the positioning accuracy is improved.
In order to avoid that the lamp body 1 will not incline during the process of inserting the inserting portion 12 into the groove 21, two opposite side walls of the inserting portion 12 are respectively provided with a first buckle 15, and the second buckles 27 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the first buckles 15.
Preferably, the first buckle 15 is provided with a third wedge-shaped guide surface, and the second buckle 27 is provided with a fourth wedge-shaped guide surface in sliding fit with the third wedge-shaped guide surface. During insertion of the plug section 12 into the recess 21, the plug section 12 is guided by means of a sliding fit of the third wedge-shaped guide surface and the fourth wedge-shaped guide surface.
Illustratively, the positioning posts 25 and the positioning slots 13 are provided with four, the four positioning posts 25 are located at four corners of the groove 21, and the positioning in the first direction and the second direction is realized by plugging the four positioning posts 25 with the four positioning slots 13. It should be noted that the number of the positioning posts 25 and the positioning slots 13 is not limited to four, the shape of the positioning posts 25 and the shape of the positioning slots 13 may be set according to practical requirements, and the positions of the positioning posts 25 and the positioning slots 13 may be interchanged, i.e., the positioning posts 25 are disposed on the top wall of the plugging portion 12, and the positioning slots 13 are disposed on the bottom wall of the recess 21.
Further, the desk lamp in this embodiment is a multifunctional intelligent desk lamp, and electric components needing to be electrified are arranged in the lamp holder 2 and the lamp body 1, and the electric components in the lamp holder 2 are electrically connected with the electric components in the lamp body 1. In order to avoid that the lamp cap 2 and the lamp body 1 can be detached to affect the electrical connection between the electrical components in the lamp cap 2 and the electrical components in the lamp body 1, a first electrical connection part electrically connected with the electrical components in the lamp body is arranged on the lamp body 1, a second electrical connection part electrically connected with the electrical components in the lamp body is arranged on the lamp cap 2, the first electrical connection part can be separated from the second electrical connection part when the sliding part 3 is in the first position, and the first electrical connection part is electrically connected with the second electrical connection part when the sliding part 3 is in the second position.
Illustratively, the top wall of the plug-in part 12 is provided with a first exposed hole 14, the lower end of the first electric connection part is arranged in the lamp body 1, and the upper end of the first electric connection part extends out of the first exposed hole 14; the bottom wall of the groove 21 is provided with a second exposed hole 212, the upper end of the second electric connection part is arranged on the bottom wall of the groove 21, and the lower end of the second electric connection part extends out of the second exposed hole 212. When the sliding piece 3 is at the second position, the first electric connection part and the second electric connection part are abutted to enable the first electric connection part and the second electric connection part to be electrically connected, the connection mode is simple, the sliding of the sliding piece 3 cannot affect the electric connection relation between the first electric connection part and the second electric connection part, and the first electric connection part can be separated from the second electric connection part only when the lamp holder 2 and the lamp body 1 are separated. It should be noted that the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion may be inserted in the vertical direction so that the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion are electrically connected, and after the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are separated by pressing the operation portion 31, the lamp cap 2 is taken up or the lamp body 1 is taken down, and the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion are separated. The first electric connection part and the second electric connection part are inserted in the vertical direction, so that the stability of electric connection of the first electric connection part and the second electric connection part can be ensured.
The following describes a clamping structure of a preferred embodiment and a desk lamp using the same with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
The clamping structure comprises a first clamping part, a sliding piece 3, a second clamping part and an elastic resetting piece 4, wherein the first clamping part is connected to the lamp body 1; the sliding piece 3 is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, the first end is arranged in the lamp holder 2, the second end is exposed to form an operation part 31, one end of the second clamping part is connected to the sliding piece 3, the other end of the second clamping part extends out of the lower side wall of the lamp holder 2, the sliding piece 3 can slide relative to the lamp holder 2 so as to enable the sliding piece 3 to be switched between a first position and a second position, the second clamping part of the sliding piece 3 is separated from the first clamping part when in the first position, and the second clamping part of the sliding piece 3 is clamped with the first clamping part when in the second position; the elastic restoring member 4 is used for providing a force for sliding the slider 3 from the first position to the second position.
The lamp cap 2 is provided with a through hole 22 penetrating through the rear side wall thereof, and one end of the sliding member 3 extends into the through hole 22.
The elastic resetting piece 4 is a tension spring, and the elastic resetting piece 4 is arranged at the second end of the sliding piece 3; the elastic resetting piece 4 is provided with two elastic resetting pieces, the two elastic resetting pieces are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the sliding piece 3 along the sliding direction of the sliding piece, one end of each elastic resetting piece 4 is connected with the lamp cap 2, the other end of each elastic resetting piece is connected with the sliding piece 3, when the sliding piece 3 is positioned at the second position, the elastic resetting piece 4 is in a stretching state, the operating part 31 is pressed, and the elastic resetting piece 4 is further stretched.
The first clamping part comprises two elastic claws 34 which are distributed along the sliding direction of the sliding piece 3 and in the same direction, and the second clamping part comprises clamping protrusions 11 which are clamped with the elastic claws 34. The clamping matching surface of the elastic claw 34 and the clamping protrusion 11 is an inclined surface, and the clamping matching surface is inclined towards the side of the lamp body 1 along the direction from the second end to the first end.
The sliding piece 3 is in sliding fit with the lamp cap 2 through a guiding inclined surface 26, and the guiding inclined surface 26 inclines to the side of the lamp body 1 along the direction from the second end to the first end. Specifically, a guiding inclined plane 26 is arranged on the inner wall of the lamp cap 2, a guiding protrusion 32 is arranged on the lower bottom wall of the sliding piece 3, and an arc-shaped curved surface in sliding fit with the guiding inclined plane 26 is arranged on the guiding protrusion 32, so that the guiding inclined plane 26 is in line contact with the arc-shaped curved surface.
An elastic clamping part 23 capable of elastically deforming is arranged in the lamp holder 2, a clamping boss 33 is arranged on the sliding piece 3, and the clamping boss 33 is clamped with the elastic clamping part 23. The sliding piece 3 is provided with a first limiting part and a second limiting part which are distributed along the direction from the first end to the second end, and the elastic clamping part 23 is selectively abutted against the first limiting part or the second limiting part.
The lower side wall of the lamp cap 2 is provided with a groove 21 with a downward opening, the bottom wall of the groove 21 is provided with a through hole 211 penetrating through the lower side wall of the lamp cap 2, and the second clamping part penetrates through the through hole 211 and stretches into the groove 21; the top of the lamp body 1 is provided with a plug-in part 12, the second clamping part is arranged on the top wall of the plug-in part 12, and the plug-in part 12 is inserted into the groove 21, so that the first clamping part and the second clamping part are arranged.
The lamp body 1 is provided with a first locating piece, and the lamp holder 2 is provided with a second locating piece matched with the first locating piece. Specifically, the first positioning piece comprises a positioning groove 13 and a first buckle 15, wherein the positioning groove 13 is arranged on the top wall of the plug-in part 12, and the first buckle 15 is arranged on the peripheral wall of the plug-in part 12; the second positioning piece comprises a positioning column 25 and a second buckle 27, the positioning column 25 is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the groove 21 and is spliced with the positioning groove 13, and the second buckle 27 is arranged on the inner side wall of the groove 21. The positioning groove 13 is spliced with the positioning column 25 and is used for positioning the lamp cap 2 and the lamp body 1 from the first direction and the second direction; the first catch 15 and the second catch 27 cooperate for positioning the lamp cap 2 and the lamp body 1 from a third direction.
The lamp body 1 is provided with a first electric connection part electrically connected with the inner electric component, the lamp cap 2 is provided with a second electric connection part electrically connected with the inner electric component, the first electric connection part can be separated from the second electric connection part when the sliding piece 3 is at the first position, and the first electric connection part is abutted with the second electric connection part when the sliding piece 3 is at the second position so that the first electric connection part and the second electric connection part are electrically connected.
