the back of the locking block (5-1) is provided with at least 3 screw holes; through holes corresponding to the screw holes of the locking block (5-1) are formed in the lower portion of the back face of the shell (5-3) and are counter bores; a spring (5-5-1) is sleeved on each countersunk head screw (5-5), the lower end of the countersunk head screw (5-5) penetrates through a through hole of the shell (5-3), the tail end of the countersunk head screw (5-5) is screwed into a screw hole of the locking block (5-1) for fixation, and the back surface of the locking block (5-1) is attached to the front surface of the shell (5-3);
the back surface of the shell (5-3) is tightly attached to the outer side surface of the side plate (1-2) for fixation;
the lower part of a flat handle (5-4) is arc-shaped, the upper part is a beam connected with the two ends of the lower arc, the central line of the beam is parallel to the side plate (1-2) and the top plate (1-1), and the two ends of the beam of the handle (5-4) are cylindrical end shafts (5-4-2); 2 handle seats (5-4-1) are fixed on the outer side surface of a side plate (1-2) of the cover plate (1), limit stops (5-4-3) are fixed in the handle seats (5-4-1), the plate surface of each limit stop is perpendicular to the side plate (1-2), and long waist holes are formed in the plate surface; the end shaft (5-4-2) is rotatably inserted into the long waist hole of the limit stop block (5-4-3); the beam of the handle (5-4) is embedded in the transverse groove of the locking block (5-1) and is positioned between the U-shaped block (5-1-1) and the locking block (5-1); after the cover plate (1) is covered on the box body (6), the handles (5-4) at two sides are respectively attached to the outer side surfaces of the side plates (1-2) of the cover plate (1);
the steel wire transmission assemblies (4) are 2 sets of the same and comprise a total steel wire (4-4), a transmission steel wire (4-1), a branch steel wire (4-5), a steering knuckle (4-2) and a coupling knuckle (4-3); a coupling head, a left steering shaft and a right steering shaft are arranged in a coupling joint (4-3) fixed on the side edge of the bottom surface of a top plate (1-1), a total steel wire (4-4) connected with a U-shaped block (5-1-1) on each side passes through a side plate (1-2) after passing through a lower rotating shaft (5-3-3) and an upper rotating shaft (5-3-4) and is connected with the coupling head in the coupling joint (4-3), 2 transmission steel wires (4-1) connected with the coupling head are respectively led out in opposite directions through the left steering shaft and the right steering shaft, on the bottom surface of the top plate (1-1) and along the side edge where a locking component (5) is positioned, the transmission steel wire (4-1) is connected in series with the branch steel wire (4-5) connected with the lock tongue (2-2) of each lock tongue component (2) on two adjacent edges of the top plate (1-1); at the joint of two sides of the top plate (1-1), a knuckle (4-2) of a rotating shaft is fixed on the bottom surface of the top plate (1-1), and a transmission steel wire (4-1) turns 90 degrees to a bolt component (2) on the adjacent side of the top plate (1-1) through the knuckle (4-2).

when the handle (5-4) is attached to the outer side surface of the side plate (1-2) of the cover plate (1), the end shaft (5-4-2) is positioned at the inner end of the long waist hole, the plate sheet covers the outer side surface of the limit stop (5-4-3), the long edge of the plate sheet is parallel to the long diameter of the long waist hole, and the rear end of the long edge of the plate sheet is abutted to the lower end of the rear convex edge of the limit stop (5-4-3); when the lower part of the handle (5-4) rotates upwards by 90 degrees, the long edge of the plate on the end shaft (5-4-2) is vertical to the long diameter of the long waist hole, the handle (5-4) is pulled outwards, the end shaft (5-4-2) translates to the outer end of the long waist hole, and the plate on the end shaft is positioned between the upper convex edge and the lower convex edge of the limit stop (5-4-3).
