具体实施方式
在下文中,所描述的实施例更具体地涉及根据本发明的光学模块在机动车辆中的安装。然而,本发明还涉及尤其是任何类型的车辆在不同的环境中的任何安装。
已知,机动车辆1包括装配在所述车辆1的前部和后部的多个照明和/或信号发光装置(表示成照明装置2)。参考图1,这种车辆1沿着轴线X纵向地、沿着轴线Z竖直地和沿着轴线Y横向地延伸,以便形成直角坐标系(X,Y,Z)。因此,术语“水平”理解成在平面(X,Y)中延伸的对象,术语“竖直”理解成在平面(Y,Z)中延伸的对象。此外,照明装置2的前部参考车辆1的纵向轴线X的方向+X来限定,照明装置2的后部参考方向-X来限定。而且,术语“上”和“下”相对于车辆1的竖直轴线Z分别参考这种竖直轴线Z的方向+Z和-Z来限定。
图2示出了装配在机动车辆1中的照明装置2(更确切地在该示例中,前部照明装置2)。图2更具体地示出了包括多个根据本发明优选实施例的光学模块3的前部照明装置2。
在该示例中,参考图3,这种光学模块3包括主要本体4和装配成与光源(未示出)面对面的投射透镜5。这种光源例如呈现出发光二极管(已知地称为DEL或LED,用英语表示成“light-emitting diode”)的形式。所述主要本体4因此构造用于接收适于发射光束的这种发光二极管。
参考图4和图5,构造用于固定在照明装置2内部的主要本体4优选地由热塑性材料制成。这种主要本体4包括基部41,所述基部形成支承平面P4,所述支承平面P4构造用于能够楔住(calage)所述保护透镜5,这将在下文中更详细地描述。
在该示例中,所述主要本体4还包括从主要本体4突出的两个固定柱体42(图4和图5上仅示出了其中一个)。这两个固定柱体42优选地在所述主要本体4上侧向地相反,以便确保作用力在所述主要本体4中的分配并且能够稳定地固定投射透镜5。
每个固定柱体42呈现具有四个侧面的棱锥形状,所述棱锥形状构造用于在装配光学模块3时同时确保投射透镜5的维持就位和定位。这种棱锥形状从主要本体4的基部41起延伸直到固定柱体42的顶部420。在该示例中,固定柱体42的棱锥形状包括四个侧面,然而,所述固定柱体42当然还可包括不同数量(例如三个或六个)的侧面。
优选地,固定柱体42的顶部420包括多个刻面421、422(在该示例中,四个刻面),所述多个刻面构造用于确保投射透镜5在固定柱体42上的引导。这种多个刻面421、422给固定柱体42的顶部420赋予了钻石尖的形状,这也带来了美学外观。在该示例中,钻石尖式的顶部420包括四个刻面,然而,所述固定柱体42的顶部420当然还可包括不同数量(例如三个或六个)的刻面。
如图5上所示,固定柱体42的顶部420因此包括前刻面421和后刻面422,所述前刻面和所述后刻面构造用于在使投射透镜与主要本体固定时确保对于投射透镜5的引导。为此,前刻面421沿着前平面P421延伸,所述前平面构造用于与主要本体4的支承平面P4一起形成在35°与45°之间(优选地为40°)的角度(表示成第一倾斜角度α)。类似地,后刻面422沿着后平面P422延伸,所述后平面构造用于与主要本体4的支承平面P4一起形成在5°与15°之间(优选地为10°)的角度(表示成第二倾斜角度β)。这种倾斜角α、β能够有利地便于投射透镜5向固定柱体42中的插入,这将在下文中更详细地描述。
参考图6,主要本体4还包括处于下表面上的凹口43,所述凹口具有“V”的形状并且构造用于能够在将投射透镜5固定到主要本体4上时使投射透镜5的维持凸片53受到约束,以便吸收例如由于车辆1的运行引起的运动振动。
例如由聚碳酸酯材料制成的投射透镜5构造用于与主要本体4固定并且构造成向前偏离的形式,以便带来所述投射透镜5在照明装置2中悬浮的幻景。
为此,参考图7,投射透镜5包括前表面51,所述前表面构造用于使来自光源的光束经过并且构造用于能够使这种光束向车辆1前部散射。根据照明装置2的前部限定的这种前表面51沿着与表示成散射平面P51的平面类似的表面延伸。当投射透镜5装配在照明装置2中时,这种散射平面P51由此基本上是竖直的。
在该示例中,投射透镜5还包括两个侧分支52,所述两个侧分支构造用于能够使投射透镜5固定在主要本体4上。与投射透镜5一体化并且与前表面51的侧边缘联接的每个侧分支52沿着与散射平面P51相交的表示成分支平面P52A、P52B的平面延伸。在该示例中,第一侧分支52因此沿着第一分支平面P52A延伸,第二侧分支52因此沿着第二分支平面P52B延伸。优选地,每个分支平面P52A、P52B与散射平面P51一起形成在90°与100°之间(优选地为95°)的角度。侧分支52因此与投射透镜5的前表面51基本垂直。在该示例中,投射透镜5包括两个侧分支52,然而,所述投射透镜5当然还可包括不同数量(例如四个)的分支。
侧分支52的长度在20mm与40mm之间,优选为30mm,以便使投射透镜5(参考直角坐标系(X,Y,Z)的轴线X)向前偏离。这种向前错位给光学模块3带来了“漂浮的”美学效果。还如图5上所示,每个侧分支52的后端部(即侧分支52的与前表面51相反的端部)还包括斜切面521,以便能够在将投射透镜5插入到主要本体4上时使每个侧分支52在每个固定柱体42的前刻面421和后刻面422上滑行。
根据本发明的优选实施例,仍参考图7,每个侧分支52还包括例如为四边形的固定孔520,所述固定孔适用于与主要本体4的固定柱体42配合。这种固定孔520因此构造用于围绕固定柱体42地接纳所述固定柱体,这因此能够使投射透镜5固定在主要本体4上。在该示例中,固定孔520为四边形的,以便与呈现具有四个侧面的棱锥形状的固定柱体42配合,然而,当所述固定柱体42具有不同的形状时,所述固定孔520当然也可具有不同的形状。作为示例,固定柱体42可为具有三个侧面的棱锥形状,在该情况下,固定孔52呈现三角形形状。
两个侧分支52中的每个包括固定孔520,所述固定孔适用于与主要本体4的两个固定柱体42中的一个配合,这有利地能够使投射透镜5在两个相反的点处固定在主要本体4上,这因此能够卡挡投射透镜5沿着光学模块3的纵向轴线X的平移。
优选地,投射透镜5还包括维持凸片53,所述维持凸片适用于与主要本体4的凹口43配合。当光学模块3装配在照明装置2中时,与投射透镜5一体化的这种维持凸片53在与散射平面P51和分支平面P52同时相交的平面中(即沿着基本水平的平面)延伸。所述维持凸片53因此在投射透镜5的下部延伸,以便被插入到与主要本体4的下表面一体化的凹口43中,如图8上所示。因此,具有“V”的形状的维持凸片53因此构造用于在维持凸片插入到凹口43中时(即在投射透镜5固定在主要本体4上时)受到约束。
在该示例中,凹口43和固定凸片53具有“V”的形状,然而,所述凹口和所述固定凸片当然还可具有不同的形状,只要所述固定凸片53在所述凹口43中受到约束。这种受到约束有利地能够卡挡投射透镜5的旋转,这能够限制例如由于车辆1的振动而引起的损坏风险。
这种光学模块3能够确保投射透镜5在主要本体4上的刚性固定,同时使车辆1的振动影响最小化。这种光学模块3还给投射透镜5赋予了悬浮式透镜漂浮效果,同时允许投射透镜5在主要本体4上的美观、简单和快速的固定。
接下来,参考图9示出了根据本发明优选实施例的一种将投射透镜5固定到光学模块3的主要本体4上的固定方法。
该方法首先包括将投射透镜5定位成与主要本体4面对面的步骤E1。所述投射透镜5因此(沿着光学模块3的纵向轴线)水平地平移,以便使两个侧分支52接近固定柱体42。
每个侧分支52的斜切面521由此在固定柱体52上滑动,这造成在步骤E2中侧分支52相对于彼此远离。投射透镜5沿着纵向轴线X的平移由此造成在步骤E3中每个侧分支52的斜切面521在每个固定柱体42的顶部420的每个前刻面421上的滑行,然后造成在步骤E4中每个侧分支52的斜切面521在每个固定柱体42的顶部420的每个后刻面422上的滑行,以便能够在步骤E5中使固定柱体42插入到侧分支52的固定孔520中。
在步骤E6中,维持凸片53由此插入在主要本体4的凹口43中。这种维持凸片53因此受到约束,以便卡挡所述投射透镜5的任何旋转。当固定柱体42插入在固定孔52中时并且在维持凸片53在凹口43中受约束时,投射透镜5由此有利地与主要本体4刚性地固定。
这种固定方法执行起来简单,这有利地能够快速而无需用力地将投射透镜5固定到光学模块3的主要本体4上。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于机动车辆(1)的照明和/或信号发光装置(2)的光学模块(3),所述光学模块(3)包括:主要本体(4),所述主要本体构造用于接收光源;投射透镜(5),所述投射透镜(5)包括前表面(51),所述前表面能够使由所述光源发射的光线向所述车辆(1)外部散射,并且所述前表面基本上沿着散射平面(P51)延伸;以及至少一个侧分支(52),所述至少一个侧分支沿着与所述散射平面(P51)相交的分支平面(P52)延伸并且包括固定孔(520),所述主要本体(4)包括至少一个固定柱体(42),所述至少一个固定柱体从所述主要本体(4)突出,所述固定柱体(42)具有从基部(41)延伸到顶部(420)的棱锥形状,所述顶部(420)包括至少两个刻面(421,422),所述至少两个刻面构造用于确保所述投射透镜(5)在所述主要本体(4)上的引导,并且构造用于能够使所述投射透镜(5)固定在所述主要本体(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光学模块(3),其中,所述至少一个侧分支(52)的长度在20mm与40mm之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光学模块(3),其中,所述至少一个侧分支(52)的长度为30mm。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的光学模块(3),其中,所述主要本体(4)包括两个固定柱体(42),所述投射透镜(5)包括两个侧分支(52),所述两个侧分支中的每个都包括固定孔(520)。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的光学模块(3),其中,所述主要本体(4)具有支承平面(P4),所述至少一个固定柱体(42)的顶部(420)包括前刻面(421)和后刻面(422),所述前刻面和所述后刻面分别具有相对于所述支承平面(P4)倾斜的在5°与15°之间的第一倾斜角度(α)和相对于所述支承平面(P4)倾斜的在35°与45°之间的第二倾斜角度(β),以便确保所述投射透镜(5)在所述主要本体(4)上的引导。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的光学模块(3),其中,所述至少一个固定柱体(42)呈现具有四个侧面的棱锥形状。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的光学模块(3),其中,所述主要本体(4)包括凹口(43),并且所述投射透镜(5)还包括维持凸片(53),所述维持凸片构造用于插入在所述凹口(43)中。

11.一种用于将投射透镜(5)固定到照明和/或信号发光装置(2)的光学模块(3)的主要本体(4)上的固定方法,所述主要本体(4)包括至少一个固定柱体(42),所述投射透镜(5)包括至少一个侧分支(52)和维持凸片(53),所述至少一个侧分支包括固定孔(520)和斜切面(521),所述固定方法包括以下步骤:
-使所述至少一个侧分支(52)沿着所述主要本体(4)滑动(E1),
-使所述至少一个侧分支(52)在所述至少一个固定柱体(42)上远离(E2),
-使所述斜切面(521)在顶部(420)的前刻面(421)上滑行(E3),
-使所述斜切面(521)在顶部(420)的后刻面(422)上滑行(E4),
-将所述至少一个固定柱体(42)插入(E5)到所述至少一个侧分支(52)的固定孔(520)中,以及
-将所述维持凸片(53)插入(E6)到所述主要本体(4)的凹口(43)中。
