本发明涉及一种塑胶材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种太阳电池板用阻燃塑胶。
背景技术
塑胶零件广泛应用现代生活中的每一个领域,例如家用电器、仪器仪表、电线电缆、建筑器材、通讯电子、汽车工业、航天航空、日用五金、运输容器等。塑胶材料的广泛应用为我们生活提供了极大的便利,提升了生活品质。但是,现有技术中的有机硅胶的阻燃性差,容易老化,制造成本高,难以满足太阳能电池板特定工作环境下的工作要求。

针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种太阳电池板用阻燃塑胶,该塑胶阻燃性高、抗老化能力强、制造成本低。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提出一种太阳电池板用阻燃塑胶,所述太阳电池板用阻燃塑胶由下列重量份的原料制成:107胶100~150份;碳酸钙30~60份;酚醛树脂15~22份;木质素占5~9份;羧甲基纤维素8~10份;纳米碳酸钙4~8份;;阻燃剂10~20份;交联剂5~15份;硅烷偶联剂1.5~2.2份;催化剂0.5~1.2份。
优选地,所述太阳电池板用阻燃塑胶由下列重量份的原料制成:107胶100份;碳酸钙30份;酚醛树脂15份;木质素占5份;羧甲基纤维素8份;纳米碳酸钙4份;阻燃剂10份;交联剂5份;硅烷偶联剂1.5份;催化剂0.5份。
