本发明公开了一种防火保温板材,其按重量份比其由以下组分组成:聚氨酯颗粒20-35份;水性环氧树脂5-15份;脲醛树脂5-15份;玻璃纤维8-16份;环烷酸1-5份;二氧化硅1-8份;磷酸二氢铝0.5-3份;纤维素醚0.5-1份。本发明防火保温板材保温效果优良,同时,其质量轻,使用寿命长,防火性能达到A级,相较于现有产品,其市场竞争力极强。

背景技术
建筑材料是建筑工程的物质基础,防火保温材料是普通应用的新型建筑材料,广泛应用于墙体和楼面的保温施工。由于近年来多起建筑保温火灾事件的发生,引发了各界对保温防火的思考,保温材料的防火性能史无前例的引起了业内各界的高度重视。而现有的保温板材的防火性能均不理想。
因此,现有技术还需要进一步改进和发展。

本发明的目的在于提供一种防火保温板材,旨在解决目前保温防火性能不达标的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种防火保温板材,其中,按重量份比其由以下组分组成:
聚氨酯颗粒20-35份;
水性环氧树脂5-15份;
脲醛树脂5-15份;
玻璃纤维8-16份;
环烷酸1-5份;
二氧化硅1-8份;
磷酸二氢铝0.5-3份;
纤维素醚0.5-1份。
所述的防火保温板材,其中,按重量份比其由以下组分组成:
聚氨酯颗粒25份;
水性环氧树脂10份;
脲醛树脂10份;
玻璃纤维10份;
环烷酸33份;
二氧化硅5份;
磷酸二氢铝1份;
纤维素醚1份。

聚氨酯颗粒35份;
水性环氧树脂5份;
脲醛树脂5份;
玻璃纤维16份;
环烷酸2份;
二氧化硅1份;
磷酸二氢铝0.5份;
纤维素醚0.5份。
所述的防火保温板材,其中,所述水性环氧树脂和脲醛树脂的用量比例为1:1。
