具有抗菌防螨的内衣罩杯海绵的配方及其发泡工艺。配方包含以下组分及其重量百分比,聚醚多元醇29.58%‑70.55%,聚合物多元醇6.22%‑27%异氰酸酯16.82%‑32.55%.水1%‑2.28%,硅油0.38%‑0.67%,铵催化剂0.1%‑0.23%,锡催化剂0.08%‑0.13%,二氯甲烷0.76%‑2.86%,抗氧剂2.57%‑3%,道康宁7334抗菌剂1.52%‑1.7%。发泡机发泡,其中异氰酸酯、水和二氯甲烷通过流量计来控制重量百分比,其他的用变频泵变频来控制重量百分比。主要应用在女性内衣罩杯海绵上,道康宁7334抗菌剂抗菌防螨切底,耐洗药效持久。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到海绵的发泡工艺,尤其涉及到女性内衣文胸的罩杯海绵的配方及发泡工艺。
背景技术
女性内衣文胸要求舒适透气透水透汗、重量轻而耐用。内衣文胸的主要构件——罩杯,是用海绵或直立绵经热压设备热压定形。罩杯经过强度耐邹不易变形阶段又到要透气透水透汗舒适阶段,现在又到了要求健康阶段,抗菌防螨。目前文胸内衣抗菌防螨只是处理罩杯内外层的布料,布料是纺织的,用在内衣文胸上抗菌防螨效果不好不切底,罩杯海绵表面面积大又有大量的空腔,细菌及螨虫容易进入在罩杯里及繁殖。普通内衣罩杯海绵是聚醚多元醇、聚合物多元醇、异氰酸酯、水、硅油、铵催化剂、锡催化剂、二氯甲烷、抗氧剂按一定的工艺配方发泡机发泡而成,没有进行抗菌防螨处理,相对抗菌处理的海绵做的文胸会差很多,使用抗菌海绵做的文胸对细菌、霉菌酵母菌有一定抑制作用,从而保抗菌文胸的“新鲜性”。
发明内容
本发明公开一种具有抗菌防螨的内衣罩杯海绵的配方及发泡工艺,解决目前女性内衣文胸的主体罩杯海绵没有抗菌防螨的不足。
抗菌防螨的内衣罩杯海绵的配方,包括聚醚多元醇、聚合物多元醇、异氰酸酯、水、硅油、铵催化剂、锡催化剂、二氯甲烷和抗氧剂,在原材料中添加道康宁7344抗菌剂。
具有抗菌防螨的内衣罩杯海绵的配方,其重量百分比是:聚醚多元醇29.58%-70.55%,聚合物多元醇6.22%-27%,异氰酸酯 16.82%-32.55%.水1%-2.28%,硅油 0.38%-0.67%,铵催化剂 0.1% -0.23%,锡催化剂0.08%-0.13%,二氯甲烷0.76%-2.86%,抗氧剂2.57%-3%,道康宁7334抗菌剂1.52%-1.7%。
组分最优的是由以下重量百分比的组分组成:聚醚多元醇 45%,聚合物多元醇19.22%,异氰酸酯26.51%,水1.81%,硅油0.65%,铵催化剂0.12%,锡催化剂 0.13%,二氯甲烷1.94%,抗氧剂 3%,道康宁7334抗菌剂1.62%。
具有抗菌防螨的内衣罩杯海绵的发泡工艺,发泡机发泡,包括以下步骤:(1)、其中异氰酸酯、水和二氯甲烷通过流量计来控制重量百分比,分别用管连接各存储罐、电机、流量计和混合容器,其他的用变频泵变频来控制重量百分比,分别用管连接各存储罐、变频泵和混合容器;混合容器底出口用2寸大的软管连接带有两层过滤网的喷头花洒;(2)、先将每种原料在指定的各存储罐里搅拌机搅拌,温度控制在 15℃-35℃;(3)、抽取各原料,抽取的各原料在一个高速3000-5000转的混合容器里充分混合;(4)、混合容器流出的混合料经花洒左右布料在长20米宽1.6米高2米的风箱里一个大气压下发泡,风箱的速度是5-5.1米/分钟;其特征是:异氰酸酯存储在罐里,用2寸大的管来连接电机泵、流量计及混合器,抽取异氰酸酯的流量控制在30mm到60mm;水存储在小罐里,用1寸大的管来连接电机泵、流量计及混合器,抽取水的流量控制在15mm到75mm;二氯甲烷存储在罐里,用1寸大的管来连接电机泵、流量计及混合器,抽取二氯甲烷的流量控制在15mm到75mm;聚醚多元醇存储在罐里,用2寸大的管来连接100升/分钟的变频泵和混合器,抽取聚醚多元醇的变频泵控制在15 赫兹到 52.33赫兹;聚合物多元醇存储在罐里,用2寸大的管来连接100升/分钟的变频泵和混合器,抽取聚合物多元醇的变频泵控制在6赫兹到 36赫兹;硅油存储在罐里,用1寸大的管来连接 50 升/分钟的变频泵和混合器,抽取硅油的变频泵控制在5赫兹到100赫兹;铵催化剂存储在罐里,用1寸大的管来连接50升/分钟的变频泵和混合器,抽取铵催化剂的变频泵控制在3赫兹到270赫兹;锡催化剂存储在罐里,用1寸大的管来连接50升/分钟的变频泵和混合器,抽取锡催化剂的变频泵控制在5赫兹到100赫兹;抗氧剂储在罐里,用1寸大的管来连接50 升/分钟的变频泵和混合器,抽取抗氧剂的变频泵控制在10赫兹到80赫兹;道康宁7334抗菌剂存储罐是用1寸大的管来连接50升/分钟的变频泵和混合器,抽取抗菌剂的变频泵控制在10赫兹到70赫兹。
海绵的发泡就是一两分钟内完成发泡,大量发泡海绵不会采用称好各原料混合搅匀再发泡,所以发泡机发泡时各原料都是各存储在独立存储罐里搅拌,所以要根据各原料的性质和生产工艺的操控容易与否选择不同管径的管、功率多大的泵和流量多大的变频泵、流量计,通过调控流量记和变频泵来控制各原料的重量百分比。海绵的密度和硬度通过调控风箱的速度来控制。
有益效果,道康宁7344抗菌剂容易处理相溶分布均匀,耐洗功效持久。含道康宁7344抗菌剂发泡的海绵可避免由细菌、霉菌、酵母菌引起海绵的变质,能保持内衣文胸物品的“新鲜性”,因为它能抑制或阻止致臭细菌和霉菌的生长,能使文胸卫生洁净、防虫,由于化学保护性能、能防止异味产生。
具体实施方式
1千克小样实验实施方式 ( 聚醚多元醇含量百分数最小值的 )
聚醚多元醇295.8克,聚合物多元醇270克,异氰酸酯325.5克,水22.8克,硅油6.7克,铵催化剂2.3克,锡催化剂1.3克,二氯甲烷28.6克,抗氧剂30克,抗菌剂17克,按重量百分比电子秤称重混合搅拌机搅拌一分钟,倒进一正方形发泡容器发泡而成。成品密度:20kg/m3,成品硬度:60。
1千克小样实验实施方式 ( 聚醚多元醇含量百分数最大值的 )
聚醚多元醇705.5克,聚合物多元醇 62.2克,异氰酸酯 168.2克,水10克,硅油3.8克,铵催化剂1克,锡催化剂0.8克,二氯甲烷7.6克,抗氧剂25.7克,抗菌剂15.2克,按重量百分比电子秤称重混合搅拌机搅拌一分钟,倒进一正方形发泡容器发泡而成。成品密度:60kg/m3,成品硬度:50。

将最优百分比的和聚醚多元醇含量百分数最小值的、聚醚多元醇含量百分数最大值的成品海绵与目前市场使用的罩杯海绵相比较,抗菌明显改善。海绵发泡机是通过流量计和变频泵来调节各组分重量的百分比。发泡好的该海绵按罩杯的规格要求切割好,经热压定型设备热压成各种规格的内衣文胸的罩杯。

1.具有抗菌防螨的内衣罩杯海绵的配方,其特征在于,包含以下组分重量百分比:聚醚多元醇29.58%-70.55%,聚合物多元醇6.22%-27%异氰酸酯16.82%-32.55%.水1%-2.28%,硅油0.38%-0.67%,铵催化剂 0.1%-0.23%,锡催化剂0.08%-0.13%,二氯甲烷0.76%-2.86%,抗氧剂2.57%-3%,道康宁7334抗菌剂1.52%-1.7%。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的具有抗菌防螨的内衣罩杯海绵的配方,其特征在于,所述的配方是由以下重量百分比的组分组成:聚醚多元醇 45%,聚合物多元醇19.22%,异氰酸酯26.51%,水1.81%,硅油0.65%,铵催化剂0.12%,锡催化剂 0.13%,二氯甲烷1.94%,抗氧剂3%,道康宁7334抗菌剂1.62%。
3.具有抗菌防螨的内衣罩杯海绵的发泡工艺,发泡机发泡,包括以下步骤:
(1)、其中异氰酸酯、水和二氯甲烷通过流量计来控制重量百分比,分别用管连接各存储罐、电机、流量计和混合容器;其他的用变频泵变频来控制重量百分比,分别用管连接各存储罐、变频泵和混合容器;混合容器底出口用2寸大的软管连接左右两布混合料的喷头花洒;
(2)、先将每种原料在指定的各存储罐里搅拌机搅拌,温度控制在15℃-35℃;
(3)、抽取各原料,抽取的各原料在一个高速3000-5000转的混合容器里充分混合;
(4)、混合容器流出的混合料经花洒左右布料在长20 米宽1.6 米高2米的风箱里一个大气压下发泡,风箱的速度是5-5.1米/分钟;其特征是:
异氰酸酯存储在罐里,用2寸大的管来连接电机泵、流量计及混合器,抽取异氰酸酯的流量控制在30mm到60mm;
水存储在小罐里,用1寸大的管来连接电机泵、流量计及混合器,抽取水的流量控制在15mm到75mm;
二氯甲烷存储在罐里,用1寸大的管来连接电机泵、流量计及混合器,抽取二氯甲烷的流量控制在15mm到75mm;
聚醚多元醇存储在罐里,用2寸大的管来连接100升/分钟的变频泵和混合器,抽取聚醚多元醇的变频泵控制在15赫兹到52.33赫兹;
聚合物多元醇存储在罐里,用2寸大的管来连接 100升/分钟的变频泵和混合器,抽取聚合物多元醇的变频泵控制在6赫兹到 36赫兹;
硅油存储在罐里,用1寸大的管来连接50升/分钟的变频泵和混合器,抽取硅油的变频泵控制在5赫兹到100赫兹;
铵催化剂存储在罐里,用1寸大的管来连接50升/分钟的变频泵和混合器,抽取铵催化剂的变频泵控制在3赫兹到270赫兹;
