the swing shaft 71 drives the star emblem clamping and placing clamp 73 to rotate to a first position (the position in fig. 20) through the swing rod 72, and the star emblem clamping and placing clamp 73 is closed to clamp the prepared star emblem; after the star emblem clamping fixture 73 is rotated to the second position (the position in fig. 21), the swing cam 74 pushes the guide rod 24 on the star emblem lifting table to open the star emblem fixing device, and meanwhile, the control device controls the star emblem clamping fixture 73 to be opened to place the star emblem in the star emblem positioning groove 23 of the star emblem lifting table; returning to the first position to clamp the prepared star emblems again after the star emblems are put down, and rotating to the second position to put down the star emblems after the star emblems are clamped; the process is repeated.
The star emblem clamping and releasing clamp 73 is a controlled clamping head, as shown in fig. 22, and comprises a fixed part 732 fixedly connected with the swing and a movable part 731 correspondingly arranged with the fixed part, and further comprises a clamping and releasing rod 733 connected with controlled elements such as an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder or an electromagnet, and the free end of the clamping and releasing rod 733 is connected with the movable part 731, so that when the controlled elements receive a releasing control signal, the clamping and releasing rod is pushed to move forwards, so that the movable part is far away from the fixed part, and the releasing action is completed; when the controlled element receives the clamp control signal, the controlled element pulls the clamp release rod to move backwards so as to enable the movable part to approach the fixed part, and the clamp action is completed. The clamping fixture is widely applied in the industry.

This embodiment is a variation of embodiment 3, wherein the epaulet supply device is composed of a guide rail disposed above the star badge insertion device and a plurality of annularly linked epaulet transport blocks operating in the guide rail, and epaulet grooves are disposed on the epaulet transport blocks corresponding to each star badge lifting platform; a star badge hole corresponding to the star badge is arranged in each epaulet groove.
The lifting device is replaced by a lifting device shown in fig. 7 to 10, and comprises:
the outer side of the head of the star emblem lifting table 2 is provided with a roller 26, and the roller 26 rolls on the fixed table top 4;
a fixed table top 4 is arranged at the outer gap of the star badge turntable, and a lifting baffle plate 41 is vertically arranged at a preset position on the fixed table top; the lifting baffle plate 41 is matched with the position of the roller 26 of the star emblem lifting platform 2;
when any star badge lifting platform rotates to the lifting guide plate 41, the roller of the star badge lifting platform slides or rolls on the lifting baffle plate so that the star badge lifting platform vertically rises along the guide hole; when any star emblem lifting platform rotates to be separated from the lifting guide plate, the star emblem lifting platform vertically descends along the guide hole under the action of gravity. The epaulet supply device is coincided with the star badge lifting platform at least in the track when the star badge lifting platform is lifted.
The operation process is similar to that of embodiment 3, and is not described herein again.

Claims (1)

1. An automatic star emblem installation system, comprising:
the epaulet supply device is used for supplying the punched epaulet to the star badge insertion device and outputting the epaulet with the star badge installed to the downstream;
star emblem installation device: the pin for fixing the star badge passes through the epaulet hole; the star badge insertion device comprises: the star badge rotary disc is connected with the driving device to do rotary motion; a plurality of guide holes are vertically formed in the star badge turntable; a star emblem lifting platform is arranged in each guide hole in a sliding manner; each star badge lifting platform consists of a handle part and a head part; the handle part is vertically arranged in the guide hole in a sliding manner and can move up and down along the guide hole; the upper surface of the head is provided with a plurality of star emblem positioning grooves; the lifting mechanism is arranged at a preset position to drive the star emblem lifting table to ascend and descend;
pressing the stitching needle device: the fixing pin is arranged above the rising position of the star badge lifting platform and used for separating and compacting the fixing pin penetrating through the epaulet hole on the epaulet;
a synchronous drive device; synchronously driving the epaulet supply device and the star badge insertion device;
the epaulet supply device is coincided with the star badge lifting platform at least in the track when the star badge lifting platform is lifted;
after the star badge fixing pins on the star badge lifting platform are upwards inserted into the epaulet holes of the epaulets in the epaulet supply device, the star badge fixing pins are separated and compacted by the pressure-dividing fixing pin device from the upper part to finish assembly;
the partial pressure difference stitching needle device consists of stitching needle heads, pressing stitching needle columns and a driving device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the front ends of the stitching needle heads are wedge-shaped columns, positioning grooves are axially arranged at the middle sections of the stitching needle heads, and the diameters of the stitching needle heads are larger than the distance between two stitching needle heads;
the pressing and embellishing needle column is a column body, blind holes matched with the embellishing needle heads are arranged on the lower surface of the column body in an upward concave mode, the embellishing needle heads are arranged in the blind holes in a sliding mode, and positioning pins are arranged on the pressing and embellishing needle column corresponding to the positioning grooves; a return spring is arranged between the upper end of each decorated needle head and the top of the blind hole;
the driving device drives the pressing pin embellishing device to move downwards, and after the respective embellishing needle heads separate the embellishing needles, the pressing pin embellishing device continues to move downwards and compacts the embellishing needles on the epaulet;

the epaulet supply device comprises an epaulet rotary table coaxially arranged on the star badge rotary table of the star badge insertion device, and epaulet grooves corresponding to each star badge lifting platform are arranged on the epaulet rotary table; a star badge hole corresponding to the star badge is arranged in each epaulet groove;
further comprising a star emblem supply device for providing a star emblem to a star emblem insertion device, the star emblem supply device comprising:
a swing shaft in transmission connection with a driving device is vertically arranged on one side outside the star emblem rotating disc, a swing rod is horizontally arranged on the swing shaft, and a controlled star emblem clamping and placing clamp matched with the star emblem lifting platform in height is arranged at the free end of the swing rod;
