The wire winding mechanism is used for realizing wire winding of the wire rope and comprises a wire winding frame, a wire winding disc which can be rotationally connected to the wire winding frame, a wire winding motor used for driving the wire winding disc to rotate, a top pressing assembly used for pressing the wire rope on the wire winding disc, a weighing device and a lifting assembly used for driving the wire winding disc to move up and down, wherein the wire winding motor is electrically connected with the controller, the top pressing assembly comprises a top pressing seat, a top pressing cylinder and a top pressing plate used for pressing the wire rope on the wire winding disc, the top pressing cylinder is obliquely arranged on the top pressing seat, and the output end of the top pressing cylinder is fixedly connected with the top pressing plate; the lifting assembly comprises a clamping device for clamping the wire collecting frame, the clamping device comprises a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate, a first clamping hydraulic cylinder for driving the first clamping plate to stretch out and draw back and a second clamping hydraulic cylinder for driving the second clamping plate to stretch out and draw back, the first clamping hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the first lifting plate, the first lifting plate is driven by a first lifting oil cylinder to move up and down, the second clamping hydraulic cylinder is arranged on a second lifting plate, and the second lifting plate is driven by a second lifting oil cylinder to move up and down; the clamping device further comprises a three-jaw chuck, the three-jaw chuck is arranged on the second clamping plate, and a clamping hole matched with the three-jaw chuck is formed in the wire collecting frame;
The transfer mechanism is used for transferring the steel wire rope, is controlled by the controller and is a three-degree-of-freedom manipulator;
the paying-off mechanism, the metering mechanism, the rolling mechanism, the automatic cutting mechanism and the wire winding mechanism are sequentially arranged along a straight line; the meter rice mechanism, the rolling mechanism and the automatic cutting mechanism are all arranged on the base, and the base can move along the axial direction of the take-up reel.
