为了解决以上问题，本发明提供一种古墨贴及制作工艺及使用方法，该古墨贴利用原创配方及独创制作工艺制得，可以针对一些慢性病症如宫寒，痛经，腰痛，风湿性关节炎，腰肌劳损，湿疹，腰痛，肩周炎，颈椎病等疾病，进行治疗，为达此目的，本发明提供一种古墨贴，所述古墨贴具体配方如下，选取熟地、羌活、千年健、川芎、藕节、防风、白芍、半夏、干姜、当归、艾叶、石菖蒲、五味子、荆芥各60克、白茅根100克，生附子70克，合欢，白芥子各60克，白芷100克，党参50克，蚂蚁50克，伸筋草、牛膝各80克，生姜汁500克，桐油烟500克，猪胆10个、海螵蛸各50克，乌头30克，明胶50克，荸荠粉300克，麝香15克，砭石粉200克，冰片150克，骨碎补80克，没药40克，百草霜30克，夏枯草100克，三七粉60克，青黛40克，蜂蜡80克，一口钟80克，乳香80克，中草药提炼油1200克。
本发明提供一种制作古墨贴的工艺，具体步骤如下：
1）对相应药材进行提取浓缩处理；
将药材包括熟地、羌活、千年健、川芎、藕节、防风、白芍、半夏、干姜、当归、艾叶、石菖蒲、五味子、荆芥、丁香、白茅根、生附子、合欢、乌梢蛇、白芥子、夏枯草、白芷、党参、蚂蚁、伸筋草、牛膝、生姜汁、猪胆、海螵蛸、骨碎补，百草霜、夏枯草、三七粉、蜂蜡使用中药提取浓缩机理，先以常温超声波提取，然后温度控制在100℃进行加压处理，最后减压为800mpt，温度在80℃浓缩出药汁；
2）对相应药材进行粉碎及融化处理；
将药材青黛、珍珠粉、冰片、砭石粉、麝香打碎，使用粉碎机，进行粉碎、过筛，要求达到纳米级，再使用制药搅拌机搅拌均匀；
另取明胶50克，加水蒸化后，加入荸荠粉300克融化；
3）进行混合处理并进行捣墨；
跟前面制好的药物，使用高温混合设备进行混合均匀，然后用杵棒捣3万下左右成墨形状，然后再用高温机化解，加入中草药提炼油1200克，使用混合机混合均匀，滤过；
4）进行灭菌压制胶合定型处理；
使用自动灭菌恒温控制设备进行灭菌，温度控制在75~80℃左右，然后加入桐油烟500克，加入过程要避免过热导致配方中芳香性成分的挥发、流失，最后使用工作压力为1500牛顿的压机，压制胶合定型，阴干后包装储存。
作为制作古墨贴的工艺的进一步改进，步骤一浓缩药汁过程需要煎煮三次，每次3~4小时，这样可以保证药效。
本发明提供一种使用古墨贴的方法，具体步骤如下：
1）进行拆墨处理，将古墨贴拆封后放入加热的电锅或微波炉中；
2）进行溶墨处理，将古墨贴放入溶墨电锅将墨彻底融化，但需不能沸腾，不能冒大烟，或者微波炉中火三到五分钟将墨融化；
3）进行凉墨处理，将墨倒入托盘待凉；
4）进行敷墨处理，将托盘中的墨凉至表面凝固，晃动托盘时不能流动，敷墨时先用背面在所贴部位试一下温度，然后直接贴于所需部位；
5）贴敷在部位上，使用古墨贴时间为20-40分钟，根据个人体质时间可以调整，以舒适为佳；
6）将墨取下来拍照后根据图片情况进行问诊；
7）末拆封古墨贴常温保存，已使用的请放入冰箱冷藏即可。

本申请古墨贴根据药性的渗透力度，和人体差异而定，人体正常为体温。而现在多属湿寒，寒湿过重则病生，凡万病皆因寒湿而起，现将古墨贴所述治疗范围之症，所述如下，药性进入病灶分为五个阶段。
一，墨根据发热原理打开皮肤毛孔，第一阶段热的能量先进入皮肤，等渗透到整个全身皮肤以后就进入第二阶段。因为肺主皮毛，墨的能量进入皮肤后，因皮肤涵盖全 身，就先打开皮肤毛孔，把皮肤的邪气全部往外清理，为第二阶段铺路。
二，墨的能量进入第二阶段，就是肌肉，那么墨的能量进入第二阶段肌肉以后，墨的能量就把肌肉里面的湿邪之气往外清理，因此他又把墨的正气给皮肤，同时墨的能量又走边全身，因肌肉与脾为表里，故肌肉脾主之。为第三个阶段开路。
三，墨的能量进入第三阶段就是血脉，那么进入第三阶段就是中期，此时墨的能量热 度已经减了百分之三十，还有百分之七十的力度就进入血管，这个时候墨的能量就进入血脉，进入血脉以后，因为越往里面寒气越重，湿气只在肌肉里面，墨的能量就开始清理 血脉的寒气，因为心和血脉是表里，心律不齐，堵塞等都是因为寒而造成的，血脉呢遍布 全身。这个时候药就把正气的能量给入血脉，好比打仗，走到那里都要住扎留守部队，固守其他邪气进入血脉。为第四个阶段打基础。
四，到了第四阶段后，墨的能量就到了筋的领域，这个是已经快到了边缘了，这个时候墨的能量就剩了百分之四十了，那么墨就把正气给筋膜，此时就是增加筋的力量，因为肝主筋，他们两个是互为表里，因为全身的力量靠筋来给力，那么酸麻就是筋的正气不 足，筋有能量以后就为第五个藏打下了基础。
五，墨的能量进入第五个阶段后，也就是最后一个阶段，骨髓，此时墨的力度就只有百 分之二十了，墨的正气进入骨髓后因为骨髓是肾在管，他们两个是互为表里，肾主水全 身百分之七十都是水，所以有凉的水、也有寒，这个时候正气把多余的水就往外清理，并且把凝固的寒气给化掉，让正气进入骨髓，这个时候就剩百分之二十的能量了，那么这百分之二十的能量又去那里，它是有地方去的，人体是一个很复杂的东西，不是西医一样就那么几下能分解完的，那么剩下百分之二十就不入脏腑了，它去了哪里呢，因为其他五个都走了筋血脉和骨髓，通过外而把营养给入脏腑，拿这百分之二十就没有地方去了，西医就把他拿掉了，而真正的医学和人体生理机构。
药有四气五味，四气者寒热温凉，五味者酸苦甘辛咸。药热则打开皮肤毛孔，温药则行走经络，凉药止血凉血，寒药制药平衡。五味入其脏腑，以补五脏六腑之需。其墨以入药则为药墨，贴敷人体则为墨贴。凡人大多皆湿寒，热性药物祛其寒，寒性药物制热，以制阴阳平衡。
其药理解说如下；
白芷；其药性温味辛，归于肺，脾，胃经。其主治祛风，消肿，止痛，痈疽疮伤，皮肤燥痒等功效。
干姜；干姜其性热味辛，归于脾胃肾心肺经。其有温中散寒，回阳通脉，温肺化饮等功效。
艾叶；艾叶其性温味苦辛，归于肝脾肾经。其效温经止血，散寒止痛，祛湿止痒等功效。
百草霜；其性温味辛，归于肝肺胃经。有止血；消积；清毒散火。主吐血；衄血；便血；血崩；带下；食积；痢疾；黄疸；咽喉肿痛；口舌生疮；臁疮；白秃头疮；外伤出血等功效。
三七；其性温味苦甘，归于肝胃经。有止血消肿，祛寒散瘀，止痛等功效。
麝香；其性温味辛，归于心脾经，有开窍醒神，活血通经，辛香走窜，消肿止痛等功效。
砭石粉；其功则杀菌消毒，消炎，发热等作用。

Claims (6)

1.一种古墨贴，所述古墨贴具体配方如下，其特征在于：选取熟地、羌活、千年健、川芎、藕节、防风、白芍、半夏、干姜、当归、艾叶、石菖蒲、五味子、荆芥各60克、白茅根100克，生附子70克，合欢，白芥子各60克，白芷100克，党参50克，蚂蚁50克，伸筋草、牛膝各80克，生姜汁500克，桐油烟500克，猪胆10个、海螵蛸各50克，乌头30克，明胶50克，荸荠粉300克，麝香15克，砭石粉200克，冰片150克，骨碎补80克，没药40克，百草霜30克，夏枯草100克，三七粉60克，青黛40克，蜂蜡80克，一口钟80克，乳香80克，中草药提炼油1200克。
2.制作权利要求1所述的古墨贴的工艺，具体步骤如下，其特征在于：
1）对相应药材进行提取浓缩处理；
将药材包括熟地、羌活、千年健、川芎、藕节、防风、白芍、半夏、干姜、当归、艾叶、石菖蒲、五味子、荆芥、丁香、白茅根、生附子、合欢、乌梢蛇、白芥子、夏枯草、白芷、党参、蚂蚁、伸筋草、牛膝、生姜汁、猪胆、海螵蛸、骨碎补，百草霜、夏枯草、三七粉、蜂蜡使用中药提取浓缩机理，先以常温超声波提取，然后温度控制在100℃进行加压处理，最后减压为800mpt，温度在80℃浓缩出药汁；
2）对相应药材进行粉碎及融化处理；
将药材青黛、珍珠粉、冰片、砭石粉、麝香打碎，使用粉碎机，进行粉碎、过筛，要求达到纳米级，再使用制药搅拌机搅拌均匀；
另取明胶50克，加水蒸化后，加入荸荠粉300克融化；
3）进行混合处理并进行捣墨；
跟前面制好的药物，使用高温混合设备进行混合均匀，然后用杵棒捣3万下左右成墨形状，然后再用高温机化解，加入中草药提炼油1200克，使用混合机混合均匀，滤过；
4）进行灭菌压制胶合定型处理；
使用自动灭菌恒温控制设备进行灭菌，温度控制在75~80℃左右，然后加入桐油烟500克，加入过程要避免过热导致配方中芳香性成分的挥发、流失，最后使用工作压力为1500牛顿的压机，压制胶合定型，阴干后包装储存。
3.根据权利要求2所述的古墨贴制作工艺，其特征在于：步骤一浓缩药汁过程需要煎煮三次，每次3~4小时。
4.使用权利要求1所述的古墨贴的方法，具体步骤如下，其特征在于：
1）进行拆墨处理，将古墨贴拆封后放入加热的电锅或微波炉中；
2）进行溶墨处理，将古墨贴放入溶墨电锅将墨彻底融化，但需不能沸腾，不能冒大烟，或者微波炉中火三到五分钟将墨融化；
3）进行凉墨处理，将墨倒入托盘待凉；
4）进行敷墨处理，将托盘中的墨凉至表面凝固，晃动托盘时不能流动，敷墨时先用背面在所贴部位试一下温度，然后直接贴于所需部位；
5）贴敷在部位上，使用古墨贴时间为15-40分钟，根据个人体质时间可以调整，以舒适为佳；
6）将墨取下来拍照后根据图片情况进行问诊；
7）末拆封古墨贴常温保存，已使用的请放入冰箱冷藏即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述古墨贴的使用方法，其特征在于：步骤二溶墨电锅需使用小火或文火将墨彻底融化。
6.根据权利要求4所述古墨贴的使用方法，其特征在于：步骤三托盘底部放有保鲜膜，保鲜膜尺寸要大于托盘底盘。
