According to the invention, the LID coding attribute is added to the component, the BIM model is separated from the project budget estimate database, and the LID is used for associating the nodes with the component, so that the one-to-one corresponding relation of each node and the component is established.

5) storing the quantity items of each project under each node or component in a budget estimate database in a record form by taking the LID code as a unique key word;
6) and processing the quantity and quota of each record in the stored budget estimate database to generate the cost of the quantity, counting and summarizing the cost according to rules, and generating the budget estimate table of the design unit.

4) IFD coding is carried out on each attribute of the quantity items including construction processes, equipment and the like, and one or more corresponding quota(s) are searched in a quota library according to the attribute of each quantity item of the engineering, for example, the engineering budget estimate information under a bearing platform is shown in figure 3;
5) storing the quantity of each project under each node or component in a budget estimate database in the form of a record (IFD code and rating code) by taking an LID code as a unique key;
6) processing the quantity and quota of each record in the storage database according to the budget estimate setting rule to generate the cost of the quantity, counting and summarizing the cost of each item according to the rule, and generating the budget estimate table of the design unit, as shown in fig. 4.
The BIM model-based project budget estimate compilation method provided by the invention is in line with professional habits, can create the one-to-one mapping relation between the nodes of the structure tree and the members, can quickly find the quantity and the budget estimate information of each project under the nodes or the members by utilizing the nodes, can quickly realize project quantity expression and budget estimate compilation based on the BIM model by creating the project budget estimate database separated from the model, and lays a foundation for realizing construction cost control based on the member level.
