本发明公开了一种高强度复合保温板及其制备方法,所述保温板自内而外包括内保温层、外保温层和饰面层,所述内保温层与外保温层通过胶粘的方式固定在一起,内保温层采用聚氨酯泡沫;外保温层采用膨胀珍珠岩防火保温板,饰面层采用氟碳面漆,所述复合保温板的制备包括:聚氨酯树脂的制备,外保温层预处理,发泡和复合。本发明复合保温板采用内保温层、外保温层以及饰面层相复合的方式制备而成,内保温层采用阻燃聚氨酯泡沫,具有良好的阻燃、隔热、隔音特性;外保温层采用膨胀珍珠岩防火保温板,强度高、耐老化、抗腐蚀性,外保温层上喷涂有氟碳面漆,提高了复合保温板防腐蚀能力,增强了耐候性,延长了使用寿命。

背景技术
随着经济的不断发展,人民的生活水平不断提高,建筑能耗的比重也在逐年增加,能源短缺是制约我国经济发展的一个根本性的制约因素,因此,节约建筑能耗,推广实施建筑节能工作意义重大,势在必行。开展建筑节能,不仅能改善室内环境,使室内环境更舒适,而且还可以提高能源利用率。
目前,市场上建筑用保温装饰板主要有三种类型,即无机水泥面板单面复合型,无机水泥面板、底板双面复合型,以及薄型石材面板单面复合型。其中,无机水泥面板单面复合型保温装饰成品板常采用纤维增强的硅酸钙板或纤维水泥平板与有机类的保温材料进行复合,这种保温材料隔音效果较差,给人们的生活带来不便;无机水泥面板、底板双面复合型保温装饰成品板通常采用纤维增强的硅酸钙板或纤维水泥平板与无机类的保温材料岩棉条进行复合,但岩棉条的保温效果较差,而且这类保温装饰成品板一般较厚,给施工带来不便;薄型石材面板单面复合型,一般薄型石材的厚度在10~12mm左右,采用其制备的保温装饰成品板单位面积质量均会超过标准上限值,这类保温装饰成品板也存在重量大,安全性差,一旦发生掉落,对人们生命和财产安全都会造成极大的损失。另外,现有的建筑外墙保温板长期暴露在风吹日晒和雨淋的外界条件下,容易发生腐蚀破坏,不仅影响外墙整体观感,对内层的保护作用也丧失,使整体结构强度等受到影响。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中建筑外墙保温板隔音、隔热效果差,重量大,安全性差等缺陷,本发明提供一种高强度复合保温板及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高强度复合保温板及其制备方法,所述保温板自内而外包括内保温层、外保温层和饰面层,所述内保温层与外保温层通过胶粘的方式固定在一起,所述内保温层采用聚氨酯泡沫,所述聚氨酯泡沫由聚氨酯树脂发泡而成;
所述聚氨酯树脂各组分按重量份数计,包括聚醚多元醇20~40份、多异氰酸酯60~80份、偶氮二甲酰胺0.5~1份、硅油3~5份、阻燃剂6~15份、1,3,5-三六氢三嗪1~4份、水1~3份;所述外保温层采用膨胀珍珠岩防火保温板,所述饰面层采用氟碳面漆,所述复合保温板的制备方法如下:
第一步:聚氨酯树脂的制备,在室温下将各组分依次加入容器中,用搅拌机搅拌控制搅拌速度为50~100r/min,搅拌均匀后得到聚氨酯树脂,将聚氨酯树脂倒入高压浇注机内,备用;
第二步:外保温层预处理,在外保温层的上方涂抹上一层XL-624胶水;
第三步:发泡,将涂抹有XL-624胶水的外保温层送入层压机中,控制层压机的温度在60~65℃之间,在层压机的入口处设置有上述的高压浇注机,控制高压浇注机,使其内的聚氨酯树脂的温度在20~22℃之间;将聚氨酯树脂通过高压浇注机浇注在层压机内的外保温层的表面,使聚氨酯树脂在层压机内进行发泡,得到聚氨酯泡沫;
第四步:复合,将氟碳面漆通过喷涂的方式涂覆在外保温层的表面,得到饰面层。

本发明的有益效果是,本发明复合保温板采用内保温层和外保温层复合的方式制备而成,内保温层采用阻燃聚氨酯泡沫,具有超低的热传导率,阻燃、隔热效果好,而且还具有比强度高、抗震、抗压和隔音的特性;外保温层采用膨胀珍珠岩防火保温板,强度高、耐老化、抗腐蚀性,外保温层上喷涂有氟碳面漆,提高了复合保温板防腐蚀能力,增强了耐候性,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为使本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作详细说明。
【实施例1】
一种高强度复合保温板及其制备方法,所述保温板自内而外包括内保温层1、外保温层2和饰面层3,所述内保温层1与外保温层2通过胶粘的方式固定在一起,所述内保温层1采用聚氨酯泡沫,所述聚氨酯泡沫由聚氨酯树脂发泡而成;
所述聚氨酯泡沫各组分按重量份数计,包括聚醚多元醇20份、多异氰酸酯80份、偶氮二甲酰胺0.5份、硅油3份、阻燃剂6份、1,3,5-三六氢三嗪1份、水1份;所述外保温层2采用膨胀珍珠岩防火保温板,所述饰面层3采用氟碳面漆,所述复合保温板的制备方法如下:
第一步:聚氨酯树脂的制备,在室温下将各组分依次加入容器中,用搅拌机搅拌控制搅拌速度为50r/min,搅拌均匀后得到聚氨酯树脂,将聚氨酯树脂倒入高压浇注机内,备用;
第二步:外保温层预处理,在外保温层2的上方涂抹上一层XL-624胶水;
第三步:发泡,将涂抹有XL-624胶水的外保温层2送入层压机中,控制层压机的温度在60℃之间,在层压机的入口处设置有上述的高压浇注机,控制高压浇注机,使其内的聚氨酯树脂的温度在20℃;将聚氨酯树脂通过高压浇注机浇注在层压机内的外保温层2的表面,使聚氨酯树脂在层压机内进行发泡,得到聚氨酯泡沫;
第四步:复合,将氟碳面漆通过喷涂的方式涂覆在外保温层2的表面,得到饰面层3。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂为甲基磷酸二甲酯。
进一步的,所述多异氰酸酯为氢化苯基二异氰酸酯。
进一步的,所述聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯多元醇。
进一步的,所述内保温层1的厚度为25mm,外保温层2的厚度为5mm,饰面层3的厚度为0.5mm。
【实施例2】
一种高强度复合保温板及其制备方法,所述保温板自内而外包括内保温层1、外保温层2和饰面层3,所述内保温层1与外保温层2通过胶粘的方式固定在一起,所述内保温层1采用聚氨酯泡沫,所述聚氨酯泡沫由聚氨酯树脂发泡而成;
所述聚氨酯树脂各组分按重量份数计,包括聚醚多元醇40份、多异氰酸酯60份、偶氮二甲酰胺1份、硅油5份、阻燃剂15份、1,3,5-三六氢三嗪4份、水3份;所述外保温层2采用膨胀珍珠岩防火保温板,所述饰面层3采用氟碳面漆,所述复合保温板的制备方法如下:
第一步:聚氨酯树脂的制备,在室温下将各组分依次加入容器中,用搅拌机搅拌控制搅拌速度为80r/min,搅拌均匀后得到聚氨酯树脂,将聚氨酯树脂倒入高压浇注机内,备用;
第二步:外保温层预处理,在外保温层2的上方涂抹上一层XL-624胶水;
第三步:发泡,将涂抹有XL-624胶水的外保温层2送入层压机中,控制层压机的温度在65℃之间,在层压机的入口处设置有上述的高压浇注机,控制高压浇注机,使其内的聚氨酯树脂的温度在22℃;将聚氨酯树脂通过高压浇注机浇注在层压机内的外保温层2的表面,使聚氨酯树脂在层压机内进行发泡,得到聚氨酯泡沫;
第四步:复合,将氟碳面漆通过喷涂的方式涂覆在外保温层2的表面,得到饰面层3。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂为甲基磷酸二甲酯。
进一步的,所述多异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
进一步的,所述聚醚多元醇为聚四氢呋喃醚多元醇。
进一步的,所述内保温层1的厚度为35mm,外保温层2的厚度为10mm,饰面层3的厚度为1mm。

Claims (5)

1.一种高强度复合保温板及其制备方法,所述保温板自内而外包括内保温层(1)、外保温层(2)和饰面层(3),其特征在于:所述内保温层(1)与外保温层(2)通过胶粘的方式固定在一起,所述内保温层(1)采用聚氨酯泡沫,所述聚氨酯泡沫由聚氨酯树脂发泡而成;
所述聚氨酯树脂各组分按重量份数计,包括聚醚多元醇20~40份、多异氰酸酯60~80份、偶氮二甲酰胺0.5~1份、硅油3~5份、阻燃剂6~15份、1,3,5-三六氢三嗪1~4份、水1~3份;所述外保温层(2)采用膨胀珍珠岩防火保温板,所述饰面层(3)采用氟碳面漆,所述复合保温板的制备方法如下:
第一步:聚氨酯树脂的制备,在室温下将各组分依次加入容器中,用搅拌机搅拌控制搅拌速度为50~100r/min,搅拌均匀后得到聚氨酯树脂,将聚氨酯树脂倒入高压浇注机内,备用;
第二步:外保温层预处理,在外保温层(2)的上方涂抹上一层XL-624胶水;
第三步:发泡,将涂抹有XL-624胶水的外保温层(2)送入层压机中,控制层压机的温度在60~65℃之间,在层压机的入口处设置有上述的高压浇注机,控制高压浇注机,使其内的聚氨酯树脂的温度在20~22℃之间;将聚氨酯树脂通过高压浇注机浇注在层压机内的外保温层(2)的表面,使聚氨酯树脂在层压机内进行发泡,得到聚氨酯泡沫;
第四步:复合,将氟碳面漆通过喷涂的方式涂覆在外保温层(2)的表面,得到饰面层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度复合保温板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为甲基磷酸二甲酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度复合保温板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述多异氰酸酯为氢化苯基二异氰酸酯或二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度复合保温板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇为聚氧化丙烯多元醇或聚四氢呋喃醚多元醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度复合保温板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述内保温层(1)的厚度为25~35mm,外保温层(2)的厚度为5~10mm,饰面层(3)的厚度为0.5~1.5mm。
