本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种纸质包装盒印刷用涂料。
背景技术
包装盒顾名思义就是用来包装产品的盒子,可以按材料来分类比如:木盒,纸盒,布盒,皮盒,包装盒功能:保证运输中产品的安全,提升产品的档次等。现有技术的木质或纸质包装盒应用范围广,成本低,可以重复利用,但其缺点也明显:容易受潮、发霉,导致内包装物品质下降,或损坏。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种纸质包装盒印刷用涂料,防水、防霉性好,延长包装盒的使用寿命。
本发明提出了一种纸质包装盒印刷用涂料,其原料按重量份包括:80-100份醇酸树脂、10-20份硅丙乳液、5-9份白碳黑、6-12份改性高岭石、3-7份三聚氰胺、4-8份磷酸三甲苯酯、1-2份消泡剂、2-4份润湿剂、2-3份分散剂。
优选地,所述改性高岭石的原料包括高岭石、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖、硫酸溶液、蒸馏水。
优选地,所述改性高岭石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将高岭石粉碎,过筛,加入硫酸溶液和蒸馏水,控制pH,搅拌,过滤,水洗,干燥,得到高岭石粉;
S2、将高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖溶液混合得混合液,搅拌,离心,干燥,研磨,过筛,即得改性高岭石。
优选地,所述改性高岭石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将高岭石粉碎,过200-300目筛,加入硫酸溶液和蒸馏水,制成8-12%的悬浮液,控制pH值为3-4,搅拌6-8h,过滤,水洗2-4次,在55-65℃干燥10-14h,得到高岭石粉;
S2、将高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖溶液混合得混合液,搅拌20-25h,离心,在90-95℃下干燥2-5h,研磨,过200-300目筛,即得改性高岭石。
优选地,S2中,所述混合液中高岭石粉的质量分数为7-10%。
优选地,S2中,所述高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖的重量比为12-14:1-2:1-2:2-3。
本发明以醇酸树脂、硅丙乳液、白碳黑、改性高岭石、三聚氰胺、磷酸三甲苯酯、消泡剂、润湿剂、分散剂为原料,防水、防霉性好,延长包装盒的使用寿命。本发明添加了白碳黑和改性高岭石作为填料使用,分散性好,在涂料体系中的分散均匀,还提高其他原料间的分散性,进而达到增强性能的效果,其中,改性高岭石利用溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖对高岭石进行改性得到,不仅赋予其具有很好的阻燃耐热性,还吸附壳聚糖使其具有抗菌作用,进一步增强本发明的防霉效果,更好地保护纸质包装盒,延长使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种纸质包装盒印刷用涂料,其原料按重量份包括:100份醇酸树脂、10份硅丙乳液、9份白碳黑、6份改性高岭石、7份三聚氰胺、4份磷酸三甲苯酯、2份消泡剂、2份润湿剂、3份分散剂;
其中,所述改性高岭石的原料包括高岭石、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖、硫酸溶液、蒸馏水;
所述改性高岭石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将高岭石粉碎,过200目筛,加入硫酸溶液和蒸馏水,制成12%的悬浮液,控制pH值为3,搅拌8h,过滤,水洗2次,在65℃干燥10h,得到高岭石粉;
S2、将高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖溶液混合得混合液,搅拌25h,离心,在90℃下干燥5h,研磨,过200目筛,即得改性高岭石;
S2中,所述混合液中高岭石粉的质量分数为10%;S2中,所述高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖的重量比为12:2:1:3。
实施例2
一种纸质包装盒印刷用涂料,其原料按重量份包括:80份醇酸树脂、20份硅丙乳液、5份白碳黑、12份改性高岭石、3份三聚氰胺、8份磷酸三甲苯酯、1份消泡剂、4份润湿剂、2份分散剂;
其中,所述改性高岭石的原料包括高岭石、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖、硫酸溶液、蒸馏水;
所述改性高岭石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将高岭石粉碎,过300目筛,加入硫酸溶液和蒸馏水,制成8%的悬浮液,控制pH值为4,搅拌6h,过滤,水洗4次,在55℃干燥14h,得到高岭石粉;
S2、将高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖溶液混合得混合液,搅拌20h,离心,在95℃下干燥2h,研磨,过300目筛,即得改性高岭石;
S2中,所述混合液中高岭石粉的质量分数为7%;S2中,所述高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖的重量比为14:1:2:2。
实施例3
一种纸质包装盒印刷用涂料,其原料按重量份包括:90份醇酸树脂、16份硅丙乳液、7份白碳黑、9份改性高岭石、5份三聚氰胺、6份磷酸三甲苯酯、2份消泡剂、3份润湿剂、2份分散剂;
其中,所述改性高岭石的原料包括高岭石、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖、硫酸溶液、蒸馏水;
所述改性高岭石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将高岭石粉碎,过200目筛,加入硫酸溶液和蒸馏水,制成10%的悬浮液,控制pH值为3.5,搅拌7h,过滤,水洗3次,在60℃干燥12h,得到高岭石粉;
S2、将高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖溶液混合得混合液,搅拌22h,离心,在92℃下干燥3h,研磨,过200目筛,即得改性高岭石;
S2中,所述混合液中高岭石粉的质量分数为8%;S2中,所述高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖的重量比为13:1.5:2:2.5。

2.根据权利要求1所述纸质包装盒印刷用涂料,其特征在于,所述改性高岭石的原料包括高岭石、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖、硫酸溶液、蒸馏水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述纸质包装盒印刷用涂料,其特征在于,所述改性高岭石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将高岭石粉碎,过筛,加入硫酸溶液和蒸馏水,控制pH,搅拌,过滤,水洗,干燥,得到高岭石粉;
S2、将高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖溶液混合得混合液,搅拌,离心,干燥,研磨,过筛,即得改性高岭石。
4.根据权利要求3所述纸质包装盒印刷用涂料,其特征在于,所述改性高岭石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将高岭石粉碎,过200-300目筛,加入硫酸溶液和蒸馏水,制成8-12%的悬浮液,控制pH值为3-4,搅拌6-8h,过滤,水洗2-4次,在55-65℃干燥10-14h,得到高岭石粉;
S2、将高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖溶液混合得混合液,搅拌20-25h,离心,在90-95℃下干燥2-5h,研磨,过200-300目筛,即得改性高岭石。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述纸质包装盒印刷用涂料,其特征在于,S2中,所述混合液中高岭石粉的质量分数为7-10%。
6.根据权利要求3或4所述纸质包装盒印刷用涂料,其特征在于,S2中,所述高岭石粉、溴乙酸苄酯、二碘甲基对甲基苯砜、壳聚糖的重量比为12-14:1-2:1-2:2-3。
