Abstract
本发明公开了一种NBR/AEM并用耐油抗压低柔软胶料,包括以下重量份的原料:丁腈橡胶NBR80‑100份;乙烯‑丙烯酸橡胶AEM 50‑60份;过氧化二异丙苯DCP2‑4份;三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯TAIC 2‑4份;防老剂4451‑2份;微晶蜡1‑2份。本发明所制得的NBR/AEM并用耐油抗压低柔软胶料具有较好的抗压低柔软等优异性能,大大加强了橡胶的使用寿命,生产工艺简单。

本发明涉及橡胶制备领域,尤其涉及一种NBR/AEM并用耐油抗压低柔软胶料。
背景技术
橡胶行业是国民经济的重要基础产业之一,它不仅为人们提供日常生活不可或缺的日用、医用等轻工橡胶产品,而且向采掘、交通、建筑、机械、电子等重工业和新兴产业提供各种橡胶制生产设备或橡胶部件。而目前的汽车行业对于橡胶的性能要求越来越高。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种NBR/AEM并用耐油抗压低柔软胶料,抗压低柔软性能优异,大大提升了使用寿命。
