本发明公开了一种NBR/AEM并用耐油抗压低柔软胶料,包括以下重量份的原料:丁腈橡胶NBR80‑100份;乙烯‑丙烯酸橡胶AEM 50‑60份;过氧化二异丙苯DCP2‑4份;三丙烯基异氰脲酸酯TAIC 2‑4份;防老剂4451‑2份;微晶蜡1‑2份。本发明所制得的NBR/AEM并用耐油抗压低柔软胶料具有较好的抗压低柔软等优异性能,大大加强了橡胶的使用寿命,生产工艺简单。
