When the tree grate needs to be conveyed, people put the support plate 1 on a wagon compartment, then control the fixing device 5 to adjust the angle of the swinging rod 3, so that the angle of the second chain wheel 4 can be adjusted, the second chain wheel 4 is separated from the ground by a certain distance, people climb onto the wagon compartment, then place the tree grate on the chain 10 between the two conveying groove plates 11, press the connecting rod 17 downwards to drive the first guide rod 19 to move downwards to drive the clamping block 21 to move downwards, at the moment, the first spring 20 is compressed, when the clamping block 21 moves downwards to loosen the clamping chuck 13, under the action of the self gravity of the tree grate, the tree grate moves downwards to the left, so that the chain 10 and the conveying groove plates 11 rotate anticlockwise to convey the tree grate, when the tree grate is conveyed to the ground, people loosen the connecting rod 17, and under the action of the first spring 20, the clamping block 21 returns upwards to clamp the clamping block 13, therefore, the second gear 14 can be prevented from rotating, the chains 10 and the conveying groove plates 11 can be prevented from rotating, people put the tree grates on the chains 10 between the two conveying groove plates 11 again, the tree grates can be conveyed continuously by repeating the steps, people do not need to carry the tree grates manually, and therefore the tree grates are labor-saving and high in working efficiency. When the tree grate is not needed to be conveyed, people stop placing the tree grate on the chain 10 between the two conveying groove plates 11 and then move the tree grate away.
When the angle of the second chain wheel 4 needs to be adjusted, people unscrew the screw 55 from the second threaded hole 54 and the first threaded hole 52, then rotate the arc-shaped sliding rod 53 clockwise or counterclockwise, drive the swinging rod 3 to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, so as to drive the second chain wheel 4 to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, adjust the angle of the second chain wheel 4, and avoid the influence on the transmission caused by the contact of the chain 10 with the ground. When the second chain wheel 4 is spaced from the ground by a certain distance, the person stops rotating the arc-shaped sliding rod 53, and makes the first threaded hole 52 correspond to the corresponding second threaded hole 54, and then screws the screw 55 into the second threaded hole 54 and the first threaded hole 52 to fix the arc-shaped sliding rod 53.
After the support plate 1 is put on a boxcar, people can dial the second guide rod 25 upwards to drive the first slide rod 27 to move upwards, so as to drive the second bump 29 to move upwards, under the action of the second spring 28, the second bump 29 slides on the first bump 23, and the fixed disk 251 is driven to move upwards while the second guide rod 25 moves upwards, so that the boxcar is clamped, and the support plate 1 is prevented from moving. When the fixing plate 251 is moved upward to clamp the freight car, one releases the second guide bar 25. When the tree grate is not needed to be conveyed, people can shift the second bump 29 leftwards to separate the second bump 29 from the first bump 23, at the moment, the second spring 28 is compressed, and then people can move the second guide rod 25 downwards to drive the second bump 29 and the fixed disc 251 to move downwards to release the boxcar. After release, the person stops moving the second guiding rod 25, then releases the second cam 29, and the second cam 29 is reset to the right and is clamped between the two corresponding first cams 23 under the action of the second spring 28.
When people adjust the angle of the second chain wheel 4, the chain 10 moves, and the chain 10 bypasses the fifth chain wheel 33 all the time because the chain 10 bypasses the fifth chain wheel 33 and under the action of the third spring 32, so that the chain 10 can be prevented from falling off from the second chain wheel 4.
When people put the extension board 1 on the boxcar, the wheels 38 contact with the ground, and under the effect of the fourth spring 35, the wheels 38 always contact with the ground, so that the device can be supported, and the device can be more stable.
