When the inclination of the swing frame 5 needs to be adjusted, a user starts the motor 27 to enable the gear 28 to rotate anticlockwise, the gear 28 rotates anticlockwise to enable the rack 25 to move out of the groove 24 rightwards, the rack 25 moves rightwards to enable the swing frame 5 to swing rightwards, and when the swing frame 5 swings rightwards to a proper position, the user closes the motor 27, so that the user can conveniently unload the sewage pipeline.
Initially, the fourth spring 35 is in a compressed state, after the rack 25 moves rightwards to a proper position, the fixture block 34 can be upwards clamped into the clamp groove 29 under the action of the elastic force of the fourth spring 35, so that the rack 25 can be fixed, inconvenience caused by unloading of a sewage pipeline due to the fact that the swing frame 5 moves automatically can be prevented when the swing frame 5 needs to swing leftwards to reset, when the swing frame 5 needs to swing leftwards, a user pulls the poke rod 33 downwards, the poke rod 33 moves downwards to enable the second slide rod 32 to move downwards, the second slide rod 32 moves downwards to enable the fixture block 34 to move downwards out of the clamp groove 29, and the fourth spring 35 is compressed, so that the rack 25 can be released from being fixed, and convenience is brought to the user to use the invention.
