Abstract

一种耐油耐高温高压夹布橡胶膜片,夹布橡胶膜片本体由两膜片橡胶层、位于两膜片橡胶层之间的浸胶布层经过硫化定型为一体,所述浸胶布层由多条浸胶布条依次旋转叠放而成,浸胶布条的旋转基点位于浸胶布条中部且与膜片橡胶层中心位置重合,浸胶布层中的浸胶布条叠放部分呈放射状。通过采用本发明的夹布方式和加工工艺,本发明的膜片在受力大部分都集中在中心与圆周边的放射性方向处浸胶布层叠加最厚,而在其他受力小的部分浸胶布层叠加较薄,实现了在使用原有浸胶布和橡胶硫化工艺的情况下,有效提高成品膜片耐压力3倍以上的目标,且生产成本仅增加10%以下。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制品生产领域,具体是一种夹布橡胶膜片。
背景技术
夹布橡胶膜片,通俗的讲就是在橡胶中间夹有一层或者多层浸胶布,经过硫化定型为一体的一种薄膜片状产品,从外形上主要可分为平膜片、垂链式膜片、波纹膜片、碗状膜片(皮碗)等类型,广泛应用于石油钻井、发动机减压阀、各类设备高压油管、电磁脉冲阀等领域,是其中的敏感元件,对实现功能和保证压力精度起着重要作用。膜片的生产技术要求较高,其中包括耐高温、耐高压、密封性好、而传统的膜片加工,都是采用整块浸胶布加工工艺,为了达到更高的耐高压性能,通常只能采取多层夹布或者换用更高强度的浸胶布来实现,如此一来,膜片的加工成本就大幅提高,成品的厚度也会增加,经试验比对,当达到一定阈值后,每提高10%的耐压力,便需要增加1层夹布,而每增加一层夹布,相应的也需要增加一层橡胶组织,由此带来的生产成本增加至少20%,因此,在夹布橡胶膜片生产领域就长期面临着如何在尽量减少夹布层数以及尽量采用低成本普通夹布的情况下提高膜片耐压性能这一难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种耐油耐高温高压夹布橡胶膜片,结构简单,造价低廉,操作方便,将有限的成本最大化的转化为产品性能和效益。
本发明的技术方案是:夹布橡胶膜片本体由两膜片橡胶层、位于两膜片橡胶层之间的浸胶布层经过硫化定型为一体,所述浸胶布层由多条浸胶布条依次旋转叠放而成,浸胶布条的旋转基点位于浸胶布条中部且与膜片橡胶层中心位置重合,浸胶布层中的浸胶布条叠放部分呈放射状。
所述浸胶布条与相邻叠放的浸胶布条之间旋转角度为25°-30°。该角度范围的设置基于最佳受力和夹布用量平衡点的考虑,角度过小,夹布用量偏多,厚度会超厚,角度过大,夹布用量偏少,到膜片的边缘处时,会出现无法重叠的情况,造成受力薄弱出现受压后破裂等情况。
所述浸胶布条宽度或长度按照布纹延展方向剪切,浸胶布条长度与膜片橡胶层大小相适配。按照布纹延展方向剪切下的夹布,在受力上是最优。浸胶布条长度一般是按照成品的直径大1-5毫米,确保整个产品都能布满不出现遗漏即可。
所述膜片橡胶层为圆形,浸胶布条长度与膜片橡胶层直径相适配。
所述浸胶布条宽度为25±5mm。该数值是根据市面常见、常用产品的参数要求、直径等数据,而设计的最优化数值,即25±5mm,配合25°-30°的旋转角度,使最终产品的厚度和受力都能达到最理想的状态,过宽会造成布料堆积过厚,过窄会出现摆放困难或者边缘部分难以布满或重合量不足,影响最终的受力。
通过采用本发明的夹布方式和加工工艺,本发明的膜片在受力大部分都集中在中心与圆周边的放射性方向处浸胶布层叠加最厚,而在其他受力小的部分浸胶布层叠加较薄,实现了在使用原有浸胶布和橡胶硫化工艺的情况下,有效提高成品膜片耐压力3倍以上的目标,且生产成本仅增加10%以下。

具体实施方式
图1、2中,本发明中浸胶布剪切成浸胶布条,浸胶布条按照布纹延展方向预剪切成25mm宽度,长度根据产品直径确定,在硫化模具型腔中,先放置一层膜片橡胶层2,然后在膜片橡胶层2上沿产品中心,以旋转角度a呈扇形依次叠压摆放浸胶布条,a=28°,摆放完一整圈浸胶布条后再覆盖一层膜片橡胶层2,一整圈浸胶布条形成浸胶布层1,最后再进行硫化加工,成型后的膜片在受力较大的放射性圆周方向上,尤其是在受力最大的圆心位置,浸胶布叠加最厚,而受力越小的地方,浸胶布叠加较薄,实现了在成本增加不超过10%的情况下,成品耐压力超过改进前产品3倍以上。

1.一种耐油耐高温高压夹布橡胶膜片,其特征在于:夹布橡胶膜片本体由两膜片橡胶层(2)、位于两膜片橡胶层(2)之间的浸胶布层(1)经过硫化定型为一体,所述浸胶布层(1)由多条浸胶布条依次旋转叠放而成,浸胶布条的旋转基点位于浸胶布条中部且与膜片橡胶层(2)中心位置重合,浸胶布层(1)中的浸胶布条叠放部分呈放射状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐油耐高温高压夹布橡胶膜片,其特征在于:所述浸胶布条与相邻叠放的浸胶布条之间旋转角度为25°-30°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐油耐高温高压夹布橡胶膜片,其特征在于:所述浸胶布条宽度或长度按照布纹延展方向剪切,浸胶布条长度与膜片橡胶层(2)大小相适配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐油耐高温高压夹布橡胶膜片,其特征在于:所述膜片橡胶层(2)为圆形,浸胶布条长度与膜片橡胶层(2)直径相适配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐油耐高温高压夹布橡胶膜片,其特征在于:所述浸胶布条宽度为25±5mm。
