Abstract

本发明公开了一种PCB板在线切割装置,包括左传送带和右传送带;左传送带和右传送带之间形成有间隙,间隙上方安装有竖向设置的切刀,切刀连接有倾斜设置的推拉装置,推拉装置推动切刀时的横向分速度与PCB板的传输方向一致且速度相等;推拉装置连接有旋转装置。本发明结构简单,使用方便,切割得到的PCB板整齐、边缘竖直,且平滑,毛刺少,提高了PCB板的产品品质。

一种PCB板在线切割装置
技术领域
本发明属于机械领域,特别涉及一种PCB板在线切割装置。
背景技术
印制电路板{PCB线路板},又称印刷电路板,是电子元器件电气连接的提供者。PCB板使用前需要切割成小板,目前通常采用多个PCB板叠加切割的方式进行,如专利201820169543 .X公开的一种PCB板的切割装置。但是PCB板在传送带上时有一个水平速度,而切刀是竖直切割将PCB板切断,这样会造成如下结果:
一、上边的PCB板被切割时,下边的PCB板还在移动,且上边PCB板的横向移动会被切刀阻隔,上下层件的PCB板容易出现摩擦,导致损伤而且导致切割得到的下方PCB板大于上方的PCB,使得PCB板切割不均一。
二、切割时,由于PCB板的横向移动,使得PCB板与切刀一侧的挤压紧密,一侧输送,导致力的不均一,从而容易使得切割时出现更过毛刺,导致后期打磨过于耗费时间。
发明内容
为了克服以上问题,本发明提供了一种PCB板在线切割装置。本发明结构简单,使用方便,切割得到的PCB板整齐、边缘竖直,且平滑,毛刺少,提高了PCB板的产品品质。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种PCB板在线切割装置,包括左传送带和右传送带;左传送带和右传送带之间形成有间隙,间隙上方安装有竖向设置的切刀,切刀连接有倾斜设置的推拉装置,推拉装置推动切刀时的横向分速度与PCB板的传输方向一致且速度相等;推拉装置连接有旋转装置。
进一步的改进,所述推拉装置为油缸或气缸。
进一步的改进,所述旋转装置为电机或旋转气缸。
进一步的改进,所述旋转装置为旋转气缸。
进一步的改进,所述间隙安装有承接框,承接框左右通透且下方成形有燕尾导槽,燕尾导槽滑动连接有支撑杆;支撑杆和燕尾导槽内壁之间连接有弹簧;燕尾导槽端部成形有阻截片。
进一步的改进,所述间隙下方安装有吸尘管,吸尘管连通有吸尘器,吸尘器连通有过滤箱,过滤箱内安装有过滤网。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明做进一步阐述和说明:
如图1所示的一种PCB板在线切割装置,包括左传送带1和右传送带2;左传送带1和右传送带2之间形成有间隙3,间隙3上方安装有竖向设置的切刀4,切刀4连接有倾斜设置的推拉装置5,推拉装置5推动切刀时的横向分速度与PCB板6的传输方向一致且速度相等(即当推拉装置5倾斜角度小时切割速度要快,倾斜角度大时,切割速度要慢);推拉装置5连接有旋转装置7。
其使用方式如下:左传送带1运输PCB板到右传送带2上,切刀4在推拉装置5的推动下,倾斜向下切割堆叠设置的PCB板6;由于推拉装置5推动切刀时的横向分速度与PCB板6的传输方向一致且速度相等;所以相对于PCB板,切刀只有向下的运动,从而是的切割得到的PCB板的切面是竖向平整的,而且切刀切割时与PCB板之间不存在侧向的相互挤压,从而减少了切割过程中切刀与PCB板间的震动,减少了毛刺的产生。然后推拉装置5回收,为了防止回收的时候会碰撞到传输的PCB板,旋转装置7带动切刀向右转动并且推拉装置5同时回收,从而不与PCB板碰撞。
推拉装置5为油缸或气缸。旋转装置7为电机或旋转气缸,优选为旋转气缸。
实施例2
实施例1中存在的问题如下:切刀4切割时,由于PCB板与右传送带2距离较远且距离左传送带1越来越远,导致PB板底部的承托力不够,从而容易导致切割是PCB板产生弯曲,影响切割效果,因此如图2-4所示,在间隙3处安装有承接框8,承接框8下方成形有燕尾导槽9,燕尾导槽9滑动连接有支撑杆10;支撑杆10和燕尾导槽9内壁之间连接有弹簧11;燕尾导槽9端部成形有阻截片12。这样切刀4下切时,PCB板右侧搭接在承接框8上,切刀下切时,同时向右挤压承接框8,承接框8即实现对PCB板右侧进行承托,从而保证切割时PCB板在切点附近获得足够的承托,从而保证切割效率。
实施例3
在实施例1或2的基础上,为了防止粉尘污染环境,间隙3下方安装有吸尘管13,吸尘管13连通有吸尘器14,吸尘器14连通有过滤箱15,过滤箱15内安装有过滤网16。
切刀侧面还可以设置打磨部(即磨砂表面),从而实现切割和打磨的一体化设置。

1.一种PCB板在线切割装置,其特征在于,包括左传送带(1)和右传送带(2);左传送带(1)和右传送带(2)之间形成有间隙(3),间隙(3)上方安装有竖向设置的切刀(4),切刀(4)连接有倾斜设置的推拉装置(5),推拉装置(5)推动切刀时的横向分速度与PCB板(6)的传输方向一致且速度相等;推拉装置(5)连接有旋转装置(7)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种PCB板在线切割装置,其特征在于,所述推拉装置(5)为油缸或气缸。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种PCB板在线切割装置,其特征在于,所述旋转装置(7)为电机或旋转气缸。

5.如权利要求1所述的一种PCB板在线切割装置,其特征在于,所述间隙(3)安装有承接框(8),承接框(8)左右通透且下方成形有燕尾导槽(9),燕尾导槽(9)滑动连接有支撑杆(10);支撑杆(10)和燕尾导槽(9)内壁之间连接有弹簧(11);燕尾导槽(9)端部成形有阻截片(12)。
