本发明公开了一种PCB板快速切割下料装置,包括左传送带和右传送带,右传送带和左传送带之间安装有切割机构;切割机构包括第一叉头和第二叉头;第一叉头或第二叉头上安装有切刀;第一叉头或第二叉头中的一个连接有旋转动力装置;第一叉头和第二叉头相互倾斜设置;右传送带下方安装有盒料板,盒料板长度方向上安装有推料装置;垂直盒料板长度方向安装有盒料传送带;右传送带的传送末端对应安装有斜板;斜板底部轴接有第三转轴,顶部轴接有第四转轴,第四转轴连接有U形杆,U形杆连接有推拉装置;斜板两侧安装有挡板。本发明结构简单,使用方便,实现了PCB板边缘的竖直切割,切割效率高,效果好,且实现了对PCB板的自动摆料,节省了人工。

一种PCB板快速切割下料装置
技术领域
本发明属于PCB板生产技术领域,尤其是涉及一种PCB板快速切割下料装置。
背景技术
印制电路板{PCB线路板},又称印刷电路板,是电子元器件电气连接的提供者。PCB板使用前需要切割成小板,目前很多是将PCB板静止后切割,但是这样的生产速度很低,因此逐渐有了在传送带上进行切割的在线切割装置,如专利 201820169543.X公开的一种PCB板的切割装置。但是PCB板在传送带上时有一个水平速度,而切刀是竖直切割将PCB板切断,这样会造成如下结果:切割时,由于PCB板的横向移动,及PCB板具有的一定弹性,使得PCB板的切面会有一定的倾斜角,导致PCB板的侧面不齐整,且加大了切割面积,容易出现更多的毛刺,此外PCB板与切刀的一侧的挤压紧密,一侧输送,导致力的不均一,从而容易使得切割时出现更过毛刺,导致后期打磨过于耗费时间。
此外PCB板切割完成后,需要人工下料后装载到料盒中备用,这一步通常人工进行,也浪费人力。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种PCB板快速切割下料装置。本发明结构简单,使用方便,实现了PCB板边缘的竖直切割,切割效率高,效果好,且实现了对PCB板的自动摆料,节省了人工。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种PCB板快速切割下料装置,包括左传送带和右传送带,右传送带和左传送带之间安装有切割机构;切割机构包括第一叉头和第二叉头;第一叉头的叉头处轴接有第一转轴,叉头的叉头处轴接有第二转轴;第一转轴和第二转轴相互轴接;第一叉头或第二叉头上安装有切刀;第一叉头或第二叉头中的一个连接有旋转动力装置;第一叉头和第二叉头相互倾斜设置;右传送带下方安装有盒料板,盒料板长度方向上安装有推料装置;垂直盒料板长度方向安装有盒料传送带;右传送带的传送末端对应安装有斜板;斜板底部轴接有第三转轴,顶部轴接有第四转轴,第四转轴连接有U形杆,U形杆连接有推拉装置;斜板两侧安装有挡板;所述盒料传送带上运输有盒料;盒料包括底板,底板上成形有若干放料槽。
进一步的改进,所述推拉装置为气缸。
进一步的改进,所述推料装置包括推板,推板连接有螺杆,螺杆螺纹连接有螺纹筒,螺纹筒连接有第一电机。
进一步的改进,左传送带和右传送带临近的端部分别安装有刚性承载板。
进一步的改进,所述旋转动力装置为电机。
进一步的改进,所述切割机构下方安装有吸尘管,吸尘管连通有吸尘器,吸尘器连通有吸尘箱,吸尘箱内安装有吸尘网。
进一步的改进,吸尘管端部成形有喇叭口。
进一步的改进,所述右传送带末端两侧安装有楔形板。

实施例1
如图1-3所示的一种PCB板快速切割下料装置,包括左传送带5和右传送带1,PCB板6由左传送带5向右传送带1传输;左传送带5和右传送带1之间安装有切割机构7;切割机构7包括第一叉头71和第二叉头72;第一叉头71 的叉头处轴接有第一转轴73,第二叉头72的叉头处轴接有第二转轴74;第一转轴73和第二转轴74相互轴接;第一叉头71或第二叉头72上安装有切刀75;第一叉头71或第二叉头72中的一个连接有旋转动力装置76;第一叉头71和第二叉头72相互倾斜设置;左传送带5和右传送带1临近的端部分别安装有刚性承载板2;右传送带1下方安装有盒料板8,盒料板8长度方向上安装有推料装置81;垂直盒料板8长度方向安装有盒料传送带82;右传送带1的传送末端对应安装有斜板9;斜板9底部轴接有第三转轴91,顶部轴接有第四转轴95,第四转轴95连接有U形杆92,U形杆92连接有推拉装置93;斜板9两侧安装有挡板94;所述盒料传送带82上运输有盒料83;盒料83包括底板84,底板84 上成形有若干放料槽85。
本发明使用方法如下:第一叉头71和第二叉头72的连接形成了一个十字轴结构,第一叉头71和第二叉头72不同轴设置时,切刀随着十字轴的转动会出现前后摆动,这样通过控制第一叉头71和第二叉头72之间的倾斜角度或十字轴的转速,上的切刀在切割是切刀水平的摆动速度与PCB板的水平平移速度一致,从而保证切割PCB板时,PCB板的切面竖直平滑。切割后的PCB板通过右传送带到达斜板9后,斜板被推拉装置93拉起,使得斜板逐渐竖直设置,同时推料装置81推动盒料83前进一格,从而是的PCB板正好落入放料槽85内。每个盒料83放满后,由于盒料传送带82上的盒料相互推送,使得新的盒料83 进入盒料板8,盒料板侧面安装挡板进行挡料。右传送带末端可以安装接近开关,当PCB板接近接近开关后,即开始进行上述动作,实现装料的自动化。
所述推拉装置93为气缸。所述推料装置81包括推板86,推板86连接有螺杆87,螺杆87螺纹连接有螺纹筒88,螺纹筒88连接有第一电机89。左传送带 5和右传送带1临近的端部分别安装有刚性承载板2。旋转动力装置76为电机。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上进行如下改进:切割机构7下方安装有吸尘管3,吸尘管3连通有吸尘器4,吸尘器4连通有吸尘箱41,吸尘箱41内安装有吸尘网42。这样通过吸尘器4吸收切割是产生的粉尘,防止污染空气。
吸尘管3端部成形有喇叭口31。
