本发明提供一种锅炉生产的环保喷涂房,包括房本体,所述房本体的后端设置有升降门,所述房本体的内部设置有左右两根传动机架,所述传动机架平行设置,所述两根传动机架的中间分布设置有传动导轨和旋转板,所述传动导轨设置在旋转板的前后两侧,所述传动机架下端分布设置有活塞杆,所述活塞杆下端设置有气缸,所述旋转板下端设置有电机,所述房本体内位于旋转板上方左右两侧设置有喷枪,所述房本体内顶部中间设置有喷水头,所述喷水头上设置有进水管,所述房本体的旁边设置有净水池,减少了人工,降低了浪费,在循环利用的同时也提升了环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及喷涂房领域,更具体的是涉及一种锅炉生产的环保喷涂房。
背景技术
锅炉实在高温高压下工作,有盐电池腐蚀,有水体中的氧腐蚀,喷涂就是在锅炉上加一层保护膜,使金属和这些介质隔开,保护锅炉,延长寿命。通过将锅炉放在喷涂房中进行喷涂,但是,喷涂房的设计和建造对环境影响很大,目前,多数喷涂房都是建造在厂房内部,且都是人工进行操作,操作时都是采用将喷枪对准工件表面进行逐步喷涂,喷涂房内工作会产生有毒有害气体、尘埃会对操作人员带来危害,同时会对喷涂房在厂房内占用的空间很大,增加了厂房的建造成本,不利于人类的健康发展。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种锅炉生产的环保喷涂房,将需要喷涂的零部件放在放置板上,通过传动导轨将放置板传送到旋转板上,之后控制升降门对锅炉生产的环保喷涂房进行封闭,通过气缸使活塞杆带动传动机架下降,之后通过电机带动旋转板旋转,从而达到不需要移动喷枪来对喷涂物件进行喷涂,当喷涂物件喷涂完成后,通过传动导轨将放置板上的喷涂物件带出锅炉生产的环保喷涂房,将升降门关闭,净化池内的水通过水泵抽到进水管内,通过喷水头将进水管内的水在锅炉生产的环保喷涂房内喷出,对喷涂房进行清洗且通过喷出的水将空气中的有害颗粒下沉,喷出的水流下通过地面的孔板使水流入集水槽内,集水槽内的水流入净化池内,减少了人工,降低了浪费。
本发明提供一种锅炉生产的环保喷涂房,包括房本体,所述房本体的后端设置有升降门,所述房本体的内部设置有左右两根传动机架,所述传动机架平行设置,所述两根传动机架的中间分布设置有传动导轨和旋转板,所述传动导轨设置在旋转板的前后两侧,所述传动机架下端分布设置有活塞杆,所述活塞杆下端设置有气缸,所述旋转板下端设置有电机,所述房本体内位于旋转板上方左右两侧设置有喷枪,所述房本体内顶部中间设置有喷水头,所述喷水头上设置有进水管,所述房本体的旁边设置有净水池。
进一步改进在于:所述房本体的地面为孔板平铺而成,所述孔板下端设置有集水槽。
进一步改进在于:所述进水管穿过房本体与净化池连接,所述进水管中部设置有水泵,所述水泵与净化池之间的进水管内设置有滤网。
进一步改进在于:所述喷枪竖向排列。
本发明有益效果:将需要喷涂的零部件放在放置板上,通过传动导轨将放置板传送到旋转板上,之后控制升降门对锅炉生产的环保喷涂房进行封闭,通过气缸使活塞杆带动传动机架下降,之后通过电机带动旋转板旋转,从而达到不需要移动喷枪来对喷涂物件进行喷涂,当喷涂物件喷涂完成后,通过传动导轨将放置板上的喷涂物件带出锅炉生产的环保喷涂房,将升降门关闭,净化池内的水通过水泵抽到进水管内,通过喷水头将进水管内的水在锅炉生产的环保喷涂房内喷出,对喷涂房进行清洗且通过喷出的水将空气中的有害颗粒下沉,喷出的水流下通过地面的孔板使水流入集水槽内,集水槽内的水流入净化池内,减少了人工,降低了浪费,在循环利用的同时也提升了环境。

如图1和2所示,本实施例提供一种锅炉生产的环保喷涂房,包括房本体1,所述房本体1的地面为孔板13平铺而成,所述孔板13下端设置有集水槽14,所述房本体1的旁边设置有净水池12,所述房本体1的后端设置有升降门2,所述房本体1的内部设置有左右两根传动机架3,所述传动机架3平行设置,所述两根传动机架3的中间分布设置有传动导轨4和旋转板5,所述传动导轨4设置在旋转板5的前后两侧,所述传动机架3下端分布设置有活塞杆6,所述活塞杆6下端设置有气缸7,所述旋转板5下端设置有电机8,所述房本体1内位于旋转板5上方左右两侧分布设置有喷枪9,所述喷枪9竖向排列,所述房本体1内顶部中间设置有喷水头10,所述喷水头10上设置有进水管11,所述进水管11穿过房本体1与净水池12连接,所述进水管11中部设置有水泵15,所述水泵15与净水池12之间的进水管11内设置有滤网16,减少了人工,降低了浪费,在循环利用的同时也提升了环境。

1.一种锅炉生产的环保喷涂房,包括房本体(1),其特征在于,所述房本体(1)的后端设置有升降门(2),所述房本体(1)的内部设置有左右两根传动机架(3),所述传动机架(3)平行设置,所述两根传动机架(3)的中间分布设置有传动导轨(4)和旋转板(5),所述传动导轨(4)设置在旋转板(5)的前后两侧,所述传动机架(3)下端分布设置有活塞杆(6),所述活塞杆(6)下端设置有气缸(7),所述旋转板(5)下端设置有电机(8),所述房本体(1)内位于旋转板(5)上方左右两侧设置有喷枪(9),所述房本体(1)内顶部中间设置有喷水头(10),所述喷水头(10)上设置有进水管(11),所述房本体(1)的旁边设置有净水池(12)。
2.如权利要求1所述的锅炉生产的环保喷涂房,其特征在于,所述房本体(1)的地面为孔板(13)平铺而成,所述孔板(13)下端设置有集水槽(14)。
3.如权利要求1所述的锅炉生产的环保喷涂房,其特征在于,所述进水管(11)穿过房本体(1)与净水池(12)连接,所述进水管(11)中部设置有水泵(15),所述水泵(15)与净水池(12)之间的进水管(11)内设置有滤网(16)。
