Abstract
本发明属于外用药膏领域，公开了一种外用膏体的制作方法。包括：艾叶、生姜、薄荷、薰衣草、芦荟、鸡软骨、虾蟹壳、蜂蜡；该制作方法包括：(1)制备芦荟汁、(2)生姜预处理、(3)艾叶精油提取、(4)薄荷精油提取、(5)薰衣草精油提取、(6)鸡软骨和虾蟹壳预处理、(7)熬制。该制作方法简单方便，制得的膏体安全性高，价格低廉、性价比高，外敷以抑制和杀伤病菌体，并可美容护肤，促进软骨再生。

技术领域
本发明属于外用药膏领域，本发明具体涉及一种外用膏体的制作方法。
背景技术
对于工作和学生，由于压力过大，皮肤经常出现各种各样的肤质问题，而现有的药膏产品含有一定量的化学成分，对于敏感肌肤的人群并不适用，而对于针对于敏感肌肤使用的药膏过于单一，一般只针对特定的病症进行改善治疗，且价格昂贵。
目前薄荷主要以泡茶喝的形式出现，薰衣草主要以干品或精油形式应用于临床和化妆品行业，当然薰衣草也可直接泡茶喝，生姜作为食品辅料，芦荟则主要用于皮肤保养。这些植物具有多功效作用，但人类使用方法过于单一，例如，在外用方面人们常常将艾叶泡水泡澡驱寒，生姜用于泡脚驱寒，虽具有多功能，出于味道很多人也不愿泡茶喝，有些人喝了由于胃肠不适应而呕吐，阴虚血燥，肝阳偏亢，表虚汗多者忌服薄荷叶，有的哮喘病的人对艾叶烟熏过敏等。
因此，需要一种天然成分的能够改善皮肤症状问题，且性价比高的外用药膏。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种外用膏体的制作方法，该制作方法简单方便，制得的膏体安全性高，价格低廉、性价比高，外敷以抑制和杀伤病菌体，并可美容护肤，促进软骨再生。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种外用膏体，包括艾叶、生姜、薄荷、薰衣草、芦荟、鸡软骨、虾蟹壳、蜂蜡；含量为如下重量百分比所示：艾叶7-13％、生姜4-6％、薄荷10-12％、薰衣草7-14％、芦荟18-25％、鸡软骨10-18％、虾蟹壳10-18％、蜂蜡20-30％。
进一步的，所述的艾叶选用艾叶提取精油，所述的薄荷选用薄荷精油，所述的薰衣草选用薰衣草精油。
进一步的，所述生姜不去皮。
进一步的，所述的芦荟为去掉大黄素的芦荟汁。
进一步的，所述的鸡软骨为18个月大的鸡的鸡软骨。
进一步的，所述的鸡软骨和虾蟹壳用高速万能粉碎机粉粹成粉，过60目筛。
一种外用膏体的制作方法，具体步骤如下：
(1)制备芦荟汁：去掉芦荟的上下皮，清水清洗凝胶30-60s，洗去凝胶表层对皮肤有刺激性作用的大黄素，清洗后用榨汁机榨汁，用纱布过滤，得到芦荟鲜叶汁；
(2)生姜预处理：生姜不去皮，洗净晒干研磨成粉末状；
(3)艾叶精油提取：取25-35g自然干燥的艾叶研细，置于圆底烧瓶中，加入400-500ml蒸馏水，冷浸2-3h后按水蒸汽蒸馏法提取。经过4h的回流，分离出精油，加入干燥剂0.02wt％无水硫酸钠，得到一份艾叶精油；
(4)薄荷精油提取：取20-40g自然干燥的薄荷叶置于圆底烧瓶中，加入400-500ml蒸馏水，冷浸2-3h后按水蒸汽蒸馏法提取。经过4h的回流，分离出精油，加入干燥剂0.02wt％无水硫酸钠，得到一份薄荷精油；
(5)薰衣草精油提取：取25-35g自然干燥的薰衣草研细，置于圆底烧瓶中，加入400-500ml蒸馏水，冷浸2-3h后按水蒸汽蒸馏法提取。经过4h的回流，分离出精油，加入干燥剂0.02wt％无水硫酸钠，得到一份薰衣草精油；
(6)鸡软骨和虾蟹壳预处理：鸡软骨和虾蟹壳用高速万能粉碎机粉粹成粉，过60目筛；
(7)熬制：取25-35g艾叶洗净充分研磨，研磨后与水以1:5的体积比小火50-60℃熬制，10min后加入步骤(3)制得的一份艾叶精油、步骤(4)制得的四份薄荷精油、步骤(5)制得的2份薰衣草精油，不断上下搅拌，搅拌2-3min后加入10-18％wt鸡软骨粉、10-18wt％虾蟹壳粉，搅拌3-5min后加入4-6wt％生姜和20-30wt蜂蜡％，停止加热，继续搅拌并分三次加入18-25wt％的芦荟汁；搅拌冷却凝固成品。
最后加入芦荟汁是由于芦荟不适于加热，营养成分容易破坏散失。
艾叶具有抗菌及抗病毒作用，平喘、镇咳及祛痰作用，止血及抗凝血作用，镇静及抗过敏作用，护肝利胆作用等，消毒止痒具有药用价值。
生姜提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、宋内痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌均有明显抑制作用，生姜对创伤愈合有明显的促进作用，生姜具有抗过敏、防止恶心和呕吐的药效，能消除酒醉、减轻面部暗疮、缓解腰疼痛等，有效率达90％，且药效可持续4小时以上。
薄荷是辛凉性发汗解热药，治流行性感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽喉、牙床肿痛等症。外用可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等。
芦荟富含天然生理水、矿物质和木质素，渗透性极强，如海绵吸水般直达皮肤最深层，直接补充皮肤所需水分，是无可替代的皮肤补水产品。增白保湿：富含多种氨基酸和天然美白保湿因子，可直接被皮肤吸收，分解和转换色素沉积，达到自然保湿美白。抗衰老：富含单糖和多糖、维他命和矿物质，对细胞的衰老有明显的治疗效果，减少皱纹的产生。消炎、杀菌、防蚊虫叮咬、止痛、排毒素：富含芦荟大黄素与安特拉归农综合体，外敷，对促进伤口愈合能力极强，大面积创伤愈合后不留巴痕；修复受损皮肤，治疗青少年恼人的粉刺和痤疮，以及粉刺和痤疮留下的印痕，疗效显著。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是：
1.本发明提供的一种外用膏体制作方法，制得的外用膏体中含有的鸡软骨富含有硫酸软骨素，硫酸软骨素对角膜胶原纤维具有保护作用，能促进基质中纤维的增长，增强通透性，改善血液循环，加速新陈代谢，促进渗透液的吸收及炎症的消除；其聚阴离子具有强的保水性，能改善眼角膜组织的水分代谢，对角膜有较强的亲和力，能在角膜表面形成一层透气保水膜，改善眼部干燥症状。通过促进基质的生成，为细胞的迁移提供构架，有利于角膜上皮细胞的迁移，从而促进角膜创伤的愈合，渗出液的吸收及炎症的消除。尤其选用18个月大的鸡其鸡软骨品质更好，硫酸软骨素含量较高。
2.本发明提供的一种外用膏体制作方法，其中含有的虾蟹壳富含有氨基葡萄糖，它对人体具有重要的生理功能，参与肝肾解毒，发挥抗炎作用。
3.鸡软骨富含有硫酸软骨素，虾蟹壳富含有氨基葡萄糖，硫酸软骨素与氨基葡萄糖配合使用，产生协同效应，具有止痛，促进软骨再生的功效，可以从根本改善关节问题。
4.本发明选用的芦荟汁中富含蒽醌类化合物，具有止血、抗菌的作用；生姜不去皮，与姜皮一起磨粉可保持生姜药性的平衡，充分发挥其整体功效；生姜中含有过氧化物歧化酶，它是一种抗衰老的物质；薰衣草精油的抑菌效果更加温和，并可遏止细菌的耐药性，且不具有长期毒性风险，可减少不良反应的发生；薰衣草精油具有抵抗多种细菌的活性，芳樟醇是薰衣草精油抗菌的主要成分，它能抑制17种细菌(包括革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌)、10种真菌的生长。
5.提取精油时采用蒸馏法，不使用化学溶剂，安全性高。
6本发提供的一种外用膏体的制作方法制得的外用膏体，柔软细腻、有清香味。该膏体不仅可美容抑菌、还可促进软骨再生。
7.艾叶、生姜、薄荷、薰衣草和芦荟再使用方面不仅仅局限于简单的方面，作为可食用草本，它们具有共同特性，可以抑制病菌，消肿止痛止痒。五种成分，各个组分之间也有互补互利的情况，使之更加充分发挥有益功效，艾叶和芦荟作为主要成分，加入生姜粉增强抑菌缓解疼痛及防呕抗过敏，薰衣草平衡油脂分泌，抚慰肌肤的功效，薄荷性凉，全草可入药，外用可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等。加入薄荷使膏药具有清凉的香味，掩盖由其他组分混合出来的气味，制成膏体后可涂抹于局部外伤，晕车头痛可外敷于额头，外用于酒精过敏引起的皮肤瘙痒，涂抹在伤处，一方面达到了消肿止痛止痒抑制菌体，一方面同时使皮肤恢复原来的样子。芦荟作为期中重要组分可以美容护肤，防止皮肤干裂和蚊虫叮咬，芦荟汁有对皮肤刺激的物质(大黄素)，直接涂于皮肤会有刺激，引起皮肤过敏等不良反应。在制作过程中会去掉有刺激性的物质，避免使用出现不良症状。使用者在没有受伤的情况下也可以自由适当运用于脸部等其他地方，防止皮肤干裂和防晒护理，作为美容护肤产品使用。亦可用于驱蚊。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例详述本发明，但不限制本发明的保护范围。如无特殊说明，本发明所采用的实验方法均为常规方法，所用实验器材、材料、试剂等均可从商业途径获得。
实施例1
一种外用膏体，包括艾叶、生姜、薄荷、薰衣草、芦荟、鸡软骨、虾蟹壳、蜂蜡；含量为如下重量百分比所示：艾叶7％、生姜4％、薄荷10％、薰衣草7％、芦荟18％、鸡软骨10％、虾蟹壳18％、蜂蜡26％。

(6)鸡软骨和虾蟹壳预处理：鸡软骨和虾蟹壳用高速万能粉碎机粉粹成粉，过60目筛；
(7)熬制：取25g艾叶洗净充分研磨，研磨后与水以1:5的体积比小火50℃熬制，10min后加入步骤(3)制得的一份艾叶精油、步骤(4)制得的四份薄荷精油、步骤(5)制得的2份薰衣草精油，不断上下搅拌，搅拌2min后加入10％wt鸡软骨粉、18wt％虾蟹壳粉，搅拌3min后加入4wt％生姜和26wt蜂蜡％，停止加热，继续搅拌并分三次加入18wt％的芦荟汁；搅拌冷却凝固成品。
实施例2
一种外用膏体，包括艾叶、生姜、薄荷、薰衣草、芦荟、鸡软骨、虾蟹壳、蜂蜡；含量为如下重量百分比所示：艾叶12％、生姜6％、薄荷12％、薰衣草12％、芦荟18％、鸡软骨10％、虾蟹壳10％、蜂蜡20％。

(7)熬制：取35g艾叶洗净充分研磨，研磨后与水以1:5的体积比小火60℃熬制，10min后加入步骤(3)制得的一份艾叶精油、步骤(4)制得的四份薄荷精油、步骤(5)制得的2份薰衣草精油，不断上下搅拌，搅拌3min后加入10％wt鸡软骨粉、10wt％虾蟹壳粉，搅拌5min后加入6wt％生姜和20wt蜂蜡％，停止加热，继续搅拌并分三次加入18wt％的芦荟汁；搅拌冷却凝固成品。
实施例3
一种外用膏体，包括艾叶、生姜、薄荷、薰衣草、芦荟、鸡软骨、虾蟹壳、蜂蜡；含量为如下重量百分比所示：艾叶10％、生姜5％、薄荷10％、薰衣草10％、芦荟18％、鸡软骨10％、虾蟹壳10％、蜂蜡27％。
进一步的，所述的艾叶选用艾叶提取精油，所述的薄荷选用薄荷精油，所述的薰衣草选用薰衣草精油。
进一步的，所述生姜不去皮。
进一步的，所述的芦荟为去掉大黄素的芦荟汁。
进一步的，所述的鸡软骨为18个月大的鸡的鸡软骨。
进一步的，所述的鸡软骨和虾蟹壳用高速万能粉碎机粉粹成粉，过60目筛。
一种外用膏体的制作方法，具体步骤如下：
(1)制备芦荟汁：去掉芦荟的上下皮，清水清洗凝胶60s，洗去凝胶表层对皮肤有刺激性作用的大黄素，清洗后用榨汁机榨汁，用纱布过滤，得到芦荟鲜叶汁；
(2)生姜预处理：生姜不去皮，洗净晒干研磨成粉末状；
(3)艾叶精油提取：取25g自然干燥的艾叶研细，置于圆底烧瓶中，加入500ml蒸馏水，冷浸3h后按水蒸汽蒸馏法提取。经过4h的回流，分离出精油，加入干燥剂0.02wt％无水硫酸钠，得到一份艾叶精油；
(4)薄荷精油提取：取20g自然干燥的薄荷叶置于圆底烧瓶中，加入500ml蒸馏水，冷浸3h后按水蒸汽蒸馏法提取。经过4h的回流，分离出精油，加入干燥剂0.02wt％无水硫酸钠，得到一份薄荷精油；
(5)薰衣草精油提取：取25g自然干燥的薰衣草研细，置于圆底烧瓶中，加入500ml蒸馏水，冷浸3h后按水蒸汽蒸馏法提取。经过4h的回流，分离出精油，加入干燥剂0.02wt％无水硫酸钠，得到一份薰衣草精油；
(6)鸡软骨和虾蟹壳预处理：鸡软骨和虾蟹壳用高速万能粉碎机粉粹成粉，过60目筛；
(7)熬制：取25g艾叶洗净充分研磨，研磨后与水以1:5的体积比小火60℃熬制，10min后加入步骤(3)制得的一份艾叶精油、步骤(4)制得的四份薄荷精油、步骤(5)制得的2份薰衣草精油，不断上下搅拌，搅拌3min后加入10％wt鸡软骨粉、10wt％虾蟹壳粉，搅拌5min后加入5wt％生姜和27wt蜂蜡％，停止加热，继续搅拌并分三次加入18wt％的芦荟汁；搅拌冷却凝固成品。

Claims (2)
1.一种外用膏体的制作方法，其特征是，具体步骤如下：
(1)制备芦荟汁：去掉芦荟的上下皮，清水清洗凝胶30-60s，清洗后用榨汁机榨汁，用纱布过滤，得到芦荟鲜叶汁；
(2)生姜预处理：生姜不去皮，洗净晒干研磨成粉末状；
(3)艾叶精油提取：取25-35g自然干燥的艾叶研细，置于圆底烧瓶中，加入400-500ml蒸馏水，冷浸2-3h后按水蒸汽蒸馏法提取，经过4h的回流，分离出精油，加入干燥剂0.02wt％无水硫酸钠，得到一份艾叶精油；
(4)薄荷精油提取：取20-40g自然干燥的薄荷叶置于圆底烧瓶中，加入400-500ml蒸馏水，冷浸2-3h后按水蒸汽蒸馏法提取，经过4h的回流，分离出精油，加入干燥剂0.02wt％无水硫酸钠，得到一份薄荷精油；
(5)薰衣草精油提取：取25-35g自然干燥的薰衣草研细，置于圆底烧瓶中，加入400-500ml蒸馏水，冷浸2-3h后按水蒸汽蒸馏法提取，经过4h的回流，分离出精油，加入干燥剂0.02wt％无水硫酸钠，得到一份薰衣草精油；

(7)熬制：取25-35g艾叶洗净充分研磨，研磨后与水以1:5的体积比小火50-60℃熬制，10min后加入步骤(3)制得的一份艾叶精油、步骤(4)制得的四份薄荷精油、步骤(5)制得的2份薰衣草精油，不断上下搅拌，搅拌2-3min后加入10-18％wt鸡软骨粉、10-18wt％虾蟹壳粉，搅拌3-5min后加入4-6wt％生姜和20-30wt蜂蜡％，停止加热，继续搅拌并分三次加入18-25wt％的芦荟汁；搅拌冷却凝固成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种外用膏体的制作方法，其特征是，所述的鸡软骨为18个月大的鸡的鸡软骨。
