Post-foaming facial cleanser and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to post-foaming facial cleanser and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The current face cleansing products on the market can be divided into two types, namely soap-based face cleansing milk and non-soap-based surfactant face cleansing milk according to formula and performance, wherein the soap-based face cleansing milk is high in alkalinity and easy to dry skin, so that the soap-based face cleansing milk is high in skin irritation, and the non-soap-based surfactant face cleansing milk is a face cleansing product taking a non-soap-based surfactant as a main active ingredient, so that the face cleansing milk is mild in performance and good in cleaning power, and the mild performance and the functional characteristics of the face cleansing milk are different along with the type and the proportion of the surfactant. In addition, most of the existing face cleansing milk products need to be rubbed to form foam so as to dissolve redundant grease on the surface of the skin, clean the skin and remove color cosmetics, but in the rubbing process, the problem that the part of the skin cannot be rubbed open exists, and the skin is damaged and infected due to strong friction, so that the stratum corneum of the skin is damaged, and sensitive muscles are caused. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a cleanser that can form foam without rubbing, is mild to the skin, and has good cleansing power.
Chinese patent document CN 108618985A discloses a post-foaming moisturizing cleansing gel which is formed by mixing a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-15% of surfactant, 5-16% of fatty acid, 10-25% of polyhydric alcohol, 5-13% of polyalcohol amine, 0.01-0.5% of hydroxypropyl cellulose, 0.05-0.6% of guar gum, 0.05-1% of chelating agent, 0.05-1% of auxiliary agent, 0.001-0.5% of essence and perfume and the balance of water, wherein the component B is one or more of alkanes with the carbon number not more than 5, the face-cleaning gel naturally foams to form face-cleaning foam under the action of the body temperature of a human body, so that the face-cleaning gel has a cleaning effect, but the surfactant in the face-cleaning gel has greater irritation to the skin of the human body. Chinese patent document CN 107536773A discloses a production process of post-foaming face-cleaning gel, which comprises the following components: the face cleaning gel can form foam without kneading, is convenient to use, but contains the saponifying agent which has certain irritation to the skin, and can dry the skin after long-term use.
Therefore, it is required to provide a post-foaming cleanser which can form foam without kneading, is convenient to use, has little irritation to the skin, has good cleansing ability and has good moisturizing performance, and a method for preparing the same.
