技术领域
本发明属于仔鸡养殖技术领域,具体涉及利用天然生物与动、植物提取物,氨基酸、微生物菌、维生素、矿物元素为基本原料的仔鸡氨基酸生命素的配制方法。
背景技术
由于抗生素作为促生长剂使用所引起的病原菌耐药性和抗生素在动物体内及其产品中的残留问题,世界上取消饲用抗生素的呼声越来越高,事实上世界上不少国家已限制或禁止在饲料中使用抗生素,抗生素的代谢途径多种多样,但大多数以肝脏代谢为主,经胆汁由粪便排出体外,一些性质稳定的抗生素排泄到环境中后造成环境中的药物残留,这些残留的药物可通过畜禽产品直接蓄积于人体或通过环境释放蓄积到其它植物中,并最终以各种途径汇集于人体,导致人体的慢性毒性作用和体内正常菌群的耐药性变化,人体经常摄入低剂量的抗生素残留物,会逐渐在体内蓄积而导致各种器官发生病变,抗生素的残留对人体的影响主要表现在变态反应、过敏反应、免疫抑制、致畸、致癌、致突变等作用,氨基酸在仔鸡养殖中添加,能改善氨基酸的平衡程度,使饲料中氨基酸和蛋白质具有最高的营养价值,提高饲料蛋白质的消化利用率,可降低饲料中的粗蛋白含量2%以上,且不影响饲料效果,并能提高仔鸡的抗病和应激的能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种富含氨基酸,能能调节仔鸡的生长发育,促增重、胫骨长度,能使新城疫病毒和传染性法氏囊病毒的抗体水平和免疫器官指数均达到最佳水平,促进免疫器官发育、增强其体液免疫功能,促进增重和骨骼的生长发育,提高成活率的仔鸡氨基酸生命素配制方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现,该产品是以L-苏氨酸、L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸酯、磷酸氢二钾、戊糖片球菌、二甲基嘧啶醇亚硫酸甲萘醌、迟缓芽孢杆菌、碳酸锰 、蛇胆提取物、羌活 、荧光假单胞菌、防风、麦芽糖酶、白芷、生姜、双甘油酯、维生素A、蛋白锌、利莫那班、益生菌、氨基酸、水有机混合,科学配伍而成,其配制方法如下:

配制工艺:
该仔鸡氨基酸生命素是将上述产品按重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:采用能调节仔鸡的生长发育,促增重、胫骨长度的L-苏氨酸、L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸酯、磷酸氢二钾、戊糖片球菌、二甲基嘧啶醇亚硫酸甲萘醌、迟缓芽孢杆菌,拌入第一个厌氧罐百分比三分之一的水中,均质搅拌29.6-30.6小时,恒温25-31°C,厌氧发酵34.8-35.8小时,能使新城疫病毒和传染性法氏囊病毒的抗体水平和免疫器官指数均达到最佳水平,再把碳酸锰 、蛇胆提取物、羌活 、荧光假单胞菌、防风、麦芽糖酶、白芷、生姜,拌入第二个厌氧罐百分比三分之一的水中,均质搅拌30.7-31.7小时,恒温25-29°C,厌氧发酵34.9-35.9小时,能促进免疫器官发育、增强其体液免疫功能,再把双甘油酯、维生素A、蛋白锌、利莫那班、益生菌、氨基酸,拌入第三个厌氧罐百分比三分之一水中,均质搅拌29-30小时,恒温24-30°C,厌氧发酵33-36小时,能促进增重和骨骼的生长发育,提高仔鸡成活率,然后再把三个厌氧罐中的液体混合在一个厌氧罐中,均质搅拌33-36小时,恒温18-26°C,厌氧发酵235-247小时,然后冷缺,包装。
有益效果:
能调节仔鸡的生长发育,促增重、胫骨长度,能使新城疫病毒和传染性法氏囊病毒的抗体水平和免疫器官指数均达到最佳水平,促进免疫器官发育、增强其体液免疫功能,促进增重和骨骼的生长发育,提高仔鸡成活率。
