Background
In the transformer substation, the management of the grounding wire is crucial, and the grounding wire must be hung on equipment needing to be overhauled, so that the safety of workers is guaranteed. If the equipment is overhauled, the temporary grounding wire is not removed before power transmission, serious vicious operation accidents of power transmission with the grounding wire can be caused, and the temporary grounding wire occupies the first place in five types of misoperation accidents of the power system.
At present, when a transformer substation operation and maintenance or overhaul personnel use a grounding wire, the following problems exist: the storage of the grounding wire is not standard, the storage position is not fixed, and the situation of throwing and putting randomly exists; the ground wire is not standard in taking and using, and the situation of random taking and using exists; each link when the grounding wire is taken, used and returned cannot be effectively controlled, so that the grounding wire has the possibility of being missed to be dismantled, and great potential safety hazards exist. Therefore, in view of the existing situation, it is urgently needed to develop a ground wire management device and method, which effectively manage all ground wires in a substation and form a forced locking with operating equipment, and is very necessary and urgent.
The existing ground wire locking device mostly uses an electromagnetic lock catch, and the use of an electromagnet can interfere with a code reading device, influence the code reading efficiency and even cause the problem that the code reading device cannot be normally identified.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of serious potential safety hazards caused by disordered storage of grounding wires in the prior art, and provides a grounding wire management device and a grounding wire management method which are simple in structure, convenient, efficient and high in safety.

The invention can solve the problems that the prior microcomputer anti-misoperation locking device can not identify and manage the temporary grounding wire and the like, and can also inquire whether the grounding wire is at the appointed position of a grounding wire room or a wiring cabinet in real time, use history records of taking and putting back the grounding wire and the like. The electric power meter can be used according to the seal, is managed in a standard way, can be inquired according to records, can be prevented from being randomly and disorderly used, and provides powerful guarantee for electric power safety production. The invention adopts a sucker structure to fix a locking structure at a position where a grounding wire needs to be placed, such as a grounding wire cabinet, and the like, the grounding wire is connected with a locking accessory, a label code sheet of the locking accessory becomes unique identity information of the grounding wire, and a label identifier of the locking structure is used for identifying the label code sheet and transmitting the information to a controller for unified login management.
Preferably, the locking structure shell is rectangular, the fixing seat is sunken into the locking structure shell, the bottom of the fixing seat is provided with an annular air bag, the middle of the fixing seat is provided with a plurality of accessory suckers, the annular air bag and the accessory suckers are connected with the second air pump, and the adsorption surfaces of the accessory suckers are upward; the second air pump is positioned in the locking structure shell; the second air pump is electrically connected with the controller.

As shown in fig. 2, the locking structure shell is rectangular, the fixing seat shown in fig. 4 is rectangular, the fixing seat is recessed into the locking structure shell, the bottom of the fixing seat is provided with an annular air bag 15, the middle of the fixing seat is provided with a plurality of accessory suckers (16), the annular air bag and the accessory suckers are both connected with a second air pump (17), and the adsorption surfaces of the accessory suckers are all upward; the second air pump is positioned in the locking structure shell; the second air pump is electrically connected with the controller. The bottom of the fixed seat is provided with a pressure sensor (18) which is electrically connected with the controller.
The locking accessory shown in fig. 3 is rectangular, the tag code sheet is positioned at the lower part of the locking accessory, the ground wire jack is positioned at the upper part of the locking accessory, the ground wire jack is provided with an anti-falling washer (19), and the inner surface of the anti-falling washer is provided with a plurality of rectangular teeth. The tag code sheet corresponds to a tag identifier. The label code sheet is an RFID code sheet, and the label identifier is an RFID reader-writer.
The management method based on the grounding wire management device shown in fig. 1 comprises the following steps:
step 100, when a user needs to use the grounding wire, the user selects the number of the grounding wire to be used on the five-prevention machine, and the five-prevention machine gives an instruction to the control host;
200, after receiving an instruction of a five-prevention machine, a control host sends an unlocking instruction to a locking structure corresponding to the serial number of the ground wire;
step 300, the locking structure unlocks the locking accessory, and a user can normally use the grounding wire;
step 310, after the controller receives an unlocking instruction of the control host, the controller controls the second air pump to inflate the annular air bag and each accessory sucker;
