in the operation process of hanging and dismounting the ground wire of the power supply system equipment, a field operator uses a mobile terminal to assist work;
when ground wire hanging and disconnecting operations need to be carried out, a dispatcher activates a two-dimensional code of the simulated operation equipment on an operation ticket through a dispatching end, and a field operator scans the two-dimensional code of the equipment once through a mobile end; if the two are consistent, the system considers that the device object to be operated by the operator is correct, the intelligent lock is automatically unlocked, the next operation is allowed, and the operator acquires the operation authority; if the two are not consistent, the equipment object to be operated by the operator is considered to be wrong, and the system gives an alarm for prompting.
When an operator prepares to hang a ground wire, whether the ground wire is in a correct position is judged by scanning a two-dimensional code of an electric pole at the position where the ground wire is hung; if the code scanning is correct, the system remotely releases the corresponding intelligent lock and allows an operator to take out the grounding wire; after obtaining the grounding wire, an operator scans the two-dimensional code of the grounding wire, and the system automatically reads the corresponding serial number of the grounding wire and writes the serial number into an operation ticket; after the operation is finished, a dispatcher is reported through a system, and the real-time topological alignment of the primary wiring diagram is updated;
the dispatcher directly inquires the state of each grounding wire through the system and grasps the real-time position of the grounding wire.
As shown in fig. 2, the dispatcher uses the dispatching end to assist in dispatching work, and the dispatching work including the following work contents is performed through the dispatching end connected to the cloud platform:
1) importing an operation ticket, sending the operation ticket to a server by a scheduling end, and checking whether the operation ticket is correct or incorrect through entry retrieval and topological graph association;
2) according to the operation tasks, corresponding related tasks are sent to designated operators; the mobile terminal of the operator receives the corresponding task;
3) when a dispatcher sends a command operation, the cloud platform server automatically judges whether the operation meets the five-prevention standard according to the graphic topology and the logic judgment module, and if the operation does not meet the five-prevention rule, the cloud platform server gives an alarm to remind and informs the dispatcher;
4) and the dispatcher performs maintenance work on the cloud platform at the dispatching end and simply maintains key modules such as graphic topology, logic judgment and the like.
As shown in fig. 3, the field operator uses the mobile terminal to assist in the operation of hanging and disconnecting the ground wire from the power supply system equipment, and the operation includes the following steps:
1) the mobile terminal automatically receives an electronic operation ticket sent by a dispatcher, and software automatically identifies an operation task;
2) after the dispatcher finishes issuing the order, the operation working details are recorded and uploaded to cloud platform dispatching end software of the dispatcher through cloud platform service;
3) checking the relevant topological graph on the mobile terminal, and checking the states of other relevant equipment in real time;
4) before the mobile terminal operates, the mobile terminal firstly passes through the locking module for verification, scans the two-dimensional code corresponding to the operation step and unlocks the corresponding cloud five-prevention locking; if the scanning is wrong, unlocking is failed or alarm reminding is carried out, and a dispatcher is informed;
5) when the mobile terminal carries out related operations, the system automatically judges whether the operations meet the five-prevention standard according to the graph topology and the logic judgment module, if not, the unlocking fails or the alarm is reminded, and a dispatcher is informed to prevent misoperation of operators.
Further, when the ground wire is hung, an operator finds the position of the electric pole to be hung with the ground wire, and judges whether the position is the correct position or not by scanning the two-dimensional code of the electric pole at the position to be hung with the ground wire;
if the code scanning is correct, the operator acquires the operation authority; if the code scanning is wrong, the system sends out an alarm prompt of 'misoperation' and gives out specific error information to prevent the occurrence of the fault of hanging the ground wire in a live state due to the fact that an operator mistakenly climbs the live electric pole.
Furthermore, when the operation of removing the grounding wire is carried out, an operator finds the grounding wire to be removed, and judges whether the grounding wire is the correct grounding wire or not by scanning the two-dimensional code of the grounding wire;
if the code scanning is correct, the operator acquires the operation authority, and if the code scanning is wrong, the system sends out an alarm prompt of 'misoperation' and gives out specific error information so as to prevent the occurrence of the fault of the grounding switch-on switch.
In this technical solution, the device to be operated includes each grounding wire.
The invention also provides a grounding wire management system based on the two-dimensional code and intelligent lock technology, which works based on the method, and is characterized in that the grounding wire management system comprises:
the system comprises at least one mobile terminal, at least one dispatching terminal positioned in a dispatching center and a cloud platform server;
in a cloud platform server, a two-dimensional code and intelligent lock technology is adopted, a ground wire management library is set, and a soft and hard locking strategy is adopted according to actual conditions so as to prevent the problems of unlocking misoperation by an electrified grounding wire, an earthed wire connection switch and an operator without permission;
the mobile terminal transmits data and information with a cloud platform server through a wireless communication network;
the mobile terminal has the function of reading the two-dimensional code;
the dispatching end and the cloud platform server are connected through a network to transmit data and information;
a unique corresponding equipment two-dimensional code is arranged on the operation simulation equipment;
the dispatcher uses the dispatching end to assist in dispatching work and conducts dispatching work through the dispatching end connected with the cloud platform;
the field operator uses the mobile terminal to assist in the operation process of hanging and disconnecting the ground wire of the power supply system equipment;
the two-dimension code records data symbol information by using black and white figures which are distributed on a plane according to a certain rule by using a certain specific geometric figure; the concept of "0" and "1" bit stream forming the internal logic basis of computer is used ingeniously in coding, several geometric forms correspondent to binary system are used to represent literal numerical information, and can be automatically read by means of image input equipment or photoelectric scanning equipment so as to implement automatic information processing. Compared with other coding modes, the two-dimensional code has the advantages of high coding density, large information capacity, high decoding reliability, low cost, easiness in manufacturing, durability and the like, and in addition, the intelligent lock based on the two-dimensional code technology is widely applied to various industries and various life scenes.
Typical misoperation in a substation comprises mistakenly pulling and closing a circuit breaker in the substation, and mistakenly entering a live interval; the misoperation of the substation outside line equipment is mainly the misoperation of the grounding wire, including mistaken hanging, missed hanging, mistaken dismounting and missed dismounting, and various human factors cause serious accidents such as live hanging of the wire and a grounding wire switch.
The traditional ground wire management is mainly based on a system level, the state of a ground wire is difficult to monitor in real time, and if a power grid operator cannot know the state of the ground wire in real time, serious accident potential is buried in a power system; in addition, omission of the ground wire is difficult to find in traditional ground wire management, and particularly after a period of time, the current position of the ground wire cannot be determined; finally, the traditional ground wire management does not consider the malignant accidents caused by human factors, and obvious holes exist.
Aiming at the problems, the technical scheme provides a ground wire management method and system based on a two-dimension code and an intelligent lock technology, and aiming at misoperation caused by human factors of operators.
As shown in fig. 4, the ground wire management system deploys the safety rules of preventing the ground wires from being hung and detached and the sequential logic of the power on/off switch on the cloud server based on the two-dimensional code and the intelligent lock technology, performs data processing by using the cloud computing technology, performs error-proof logic judgment in the whole process of auditing, issuing and operating based on the five-prevention rules, and realizes the error-proof locking in the whole network process of the ground wire hanging and detaching operation so as to effectively avoid the problems of irregular ground wire management, undefined ground wire state and unclear ground wire position; the occurrence of vicious accidents of live ground wire hanging, ground wire connection switch with connection and the like caused by human factors is prevented, the dispatching work efficiency is improved, and the safety and the reliability of field operation are enhanced.
According to the operation sequence (the line segment with an arrow in the figure represents the operation direction and the operation sequence), when the operation of hanging and disconnecting the grounding wire is needed, a dispatcher activates the two-dimensional code of the simulated operation equipment on the operation ticket through a dispatching end, and a field operator scans the two-dimensional code of the equipment once through a mobile end; if the two are consistent, the system considers that the device object to be operated by the operator is correct, the intelligent lock is automatically unlocked, the next operation is allowed, and the operator acquires the operation authority; if the two are not consistent, the equipment object to be operated by the operator is considered to be wrong, and the system gives an alarm for prompting.

As shown in fig. 5, a controller performing a scheduling decision in a control center may perform a scheduling end work by connecting to a cloud platform server. The dispatching end has the following functions:
1. and (4) leading in the operation ticket by a controller, sending the operation ticket to a server by the main station side, and checking whether the operation ticket is correct or incorrect through entry retrieval and topological graph association.
2. And the regulator sends the corresponding related tasks to the appointed operators according to the operation tasks. And the mobile terminal of the operator receives the corresponding task.
3. When the regulator sends the command operation, the cloud platform server automatically judges whether the operation meets the five-prevention standard according to the graph topology and the logic judgment module, if not, the corresponding task is not received, the alarm is given, the regulator is informed, and the regulator is prevented from mis-regulating.
4. A regulator maintains the whole-network five-prevention intelligent scheduling system at the master station end, inputs key module information such as graphic topology and logic judgment, and ensures the stable operation of the system.
The misoperation accident of hanging the ground wire in a live-line manner is usually caused by the fact that an operator is neglected manually and climbs the live pole by mistake, and therefore the electric pole number is set on each electric pole in a two-dimensional code mode as a unique identifier in the technical scheme.
In fig. 6, the operation flow of the present invention for preventing the earth wire from being hooked in the live line is shown.
The operator finds the electric pole to be connected with the ground wire, scans the two-dimensional code of the electric pole to be connected with the ground wire by using the mobile terminal, uploads the scanned two-dimensional code, and the system judges whether the position is the correct position.
If the code scanning is correct, the operator acquires the operation authority; if the code scanning is wrong, the system sends out an alarm prompt of 'misoperation' and gives out specific error information.
In addition to the above-mentioned electrified ground wire hanging accident caused by mistaken climbing of the electrified pole, misoperation accidents such as mistaken detachment and missed detachment are easy to occur when the ground wire is detached, so that the terrible accident of the switch with the ground wire is caused.
In this regard, the present disclosure provides a monitoring and operation flow for preventing a ground switch from being connected, as shown in fig. 6.
The operator finds the position of the ground wire to be disconnected, the two-dimensional code of the ground wire to be disconnected is scanned by using the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal uploads the scanned two-dimensional code, and the system judges whether the ground wire is the correct ground wire or not.
If the code scanning is correct, the operator acquires the operation authority, and if the code scanning is wrong, the system sends out an alarm prompt of 'misoperation' and gives out specific error information.
The pole-mounted knife switch or the pole-mounted transformer on the power supply line has the defects of various quantity, complex specific operating conditions, incapability of meeting the requirements for certain safety distance and incapability of mounting an intelligent lock. Therefore, the technical scheme adopts the soft locking module to realize the two-dimensional code verification.
The two-dimensional code soft locking flow in the present technical solution is shown in fig. 7.
Before each step of operation, an operator scans and uploads the two-dimensional code of the to-be-operated equipment or the grounding wire through the mobile terminal, and the system checks the two-dimensional code information of the to-be-operated equipment to remind a regulator and the operator whether to operate.
In summary, according to the technical scheme of the invention, the anti-misoperation rule is deployed on the cloud server, the cloud computing technology is used for data processing, and the anti-misoperation logic judgment is performed in the whole process of auditing, issuing commands and operating based on the five-prevention rule, so that a set of ground wire management system is finally formed. The two-dimension code and intelligent lock technology is adopted, a ground wire management library is set, different soft and hard locking strategies are adopted according to actual conditions, and the problems that a traditional anti-misoperation locking system cannot prevent the ground wire from being hooked in a charged mode, a ground wire connection switch is arranged, and operators unlock misoperation without permission are solved; the method provides a good solution for misoperation hidden dangers such as live grounding, grounding switch-on and switch-off with grounding in the outside line operation for a long time.
The system is promoted from the error prevention of equipment in a substation to the error prevention of the whole power grid equipment, extends the concept of five prevention, enlarges the protection range, breaks through the traditional thought based on mechanical and electrical error-prevention locking, and solves the defect that the traditional error-prevention locking system cannot prevent the misoperation of line equipment; the method is promoted from the anti-misoperation in the aspect of operators to the anti-misoperation in the whole process of auditing, issuing and operating, and fills the blank that the traditional anti-misoperation locking system only considers the misoperation of the operators; the anti-misoperation rule is arranged on the cloud server, and regulators and operators can master the real-time state of the whole-network electrical equipment and the real-time process of the operation work of hanging and disconnecting the ground wire through the client, so that the safety and the reliability of the whole switching operation process are improved.
The invention can be widely applied to the field of power grid power dispatching and operation management.

Claims (10)

1. A ground wire management method based on two-dimensional code and intelligent lock technology is characterized by comprising the following steps:
setting at least one mobile terminal, at least one scheduling terminal positioned in a scheduling center and a cloud platform server;
in a cloud platform server, a two-dimensional code and intelligent lock technology is adopted, a ground wire management library is set, and a soft and hard locking strategy is adopted according to actual conditions so as to prevent the problems of unlocking misoperation by an electrified grounding wire, an earthed wire connection switch and an operator without permission;
the mobile terminal transmits data and information with a cloud platform server through a wireless communication network;
the mobile terminal has the function of reading the two-dimensional code;
the dispatching end and the cloud platform server are connected through a network to transmit data and information;
a unique corresponding equipment two-dimensional code is arranged on the operation simulation equipment;
a dispatcher uses a dispatching end to assist in dispatching;
in the operation process of hanging and dismounting the ground wire of the power supply system equipment, a field operator uses a mobile terminal to assist work;

1) the mobile terminal automatically receives an electronic operation ticket sent by a dispatcher, and software automatically identifies an operation task;
2) after the dispatcher finishes issuing the order, the operation working details are recorded and uploaded to cloud platform dispatching end software of the dispatcher through cloud platform service;
3) checking the relevant topological graph on the mobile terminal, and checking the states of other relevant equipment in real time;

The ground wire management method based on the two-dimension code and the intelligent lock technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein during the ground wire hanging operation, an operator finds the pole to which the ground wire is to be hung, and judges whether the pole is in the correct position by scanning the two-dimension code of the pole at the ground wire to be hung;
if the code scanning is correct, the operator acquires the operation authority; if the code scanning is wrong, the system sends out an alarm prompt of 'misoperation' and gives out specific error information to prevent the occurrence of the fault of hanging the ground wire in a live state due to the fact that an operator mistakenly climbs the live electric pole.

The ground wire management method based on the two-dimensional code and the intelligent lock technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein during the ground wire dismantling operation, an operator finds a ground wire to be dismantled, and judges whether the ground wire is a correct ground wire or not by scanning the two-dimensional code of the ground wire;
if the code scanning is correct, the operator acquires the operation authority, and if the code scanning is wrong, the system sends out an alarm prompt of 'misoperation' and gives out specific error information so as to prevent the occurrence of the fault of the grounding switch-on switch.
6. The two-dimensional code and intelligent lock technology-based ground wire management method according to claim 1, wherein the virtual operation device comprises each ground wire.

the ground wire management system is based on two-dimensional code and intelligent lock technology, the anti-error hanging and disconnecting ground wire safety rules and the power-on and power-off switch sequence logic are deployed on the cloud server, data processing is carried out by utilizing cloud computing technology, the anti-error logic judgment in the whole process of auditing, issuing and operating is carried out based on five-prevention rules, the whole-network whole-process anti-error locking of the ground wire hanging and disconnecting operation is realized, and the problems of irregular ground wire management, ambiguous ground wire state and unclear ground wire position are effectively avoided; the occurrence of vicious accidents of live ground wire hanging, ground wire connection switch with connection and the like caused by human factors is prevented, the dispatching work efficiency is improved, and the safety and the reliability of field operation are enhanced.
8. The two-dimensional code and intelligent lock technology-based ground wire management system according to claim 7, wherein the dispatcher conducts the following dispatching work by connecting with a dispatching end of a cloud platform:

2) according to the operation tasks, corresponding related tasks are sent to designated operators; the mobile terminal of the operator receives the corresponding task;

4) the state of the grounding wire is directly inquired through a system background, and the real-time position of the grounding wire is mastered.

if the code scanning is wrong, the system sends out an alarm prompt of 'misoperation' and gives out specific error information to prevent the occurrence of the fault of hanging the ground wire in a live state due to the fact that an operator mistakenly climbs the live electric pole.
