本发明涉及一种电子元器件连接件,属于电子设备技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,电子元器件特别是传感器,蜂鸣器,报警器等的导电针脚与电线焊接,往往都是直接连接,但是这种连接方式造成连接端处经常脱落,并且导电性能也不佳。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,本发明提供了一种电子元器件连接件,用于电子元器件的导电针脚与电线进行连接。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种电子元器件连接件,所述连接件包括:
夹具段,所述夹具段包括若干管状夹具,呈串联状直线排布;
焊锡管段,所述焊锡管段包括一个中空状圆柱;圆柱管壁上设置若干用于导入焊锡的焊锡孔;
连接段,所述连接段一端连接夹具段,另一端连接焊锡管段,所述夹具段与焊锡管段呈若干角度的夹角。
上述管状夹具为两个,外端的管状夹具尺寸大于内端的管状夹具,外端的管状夹具用于固持电线外包材料,内端的管状夹具用于固持电线内芯材料。
上述管状夹具呈拱门状,包括拱门段、两个底边段及内包边段,所述拱门段的两个端点处连接两个底边段的一端,两个底边段的另一端分别连接内包边段。
上述连接段呈平面板状结构。
上述焊锡管段的中空状圆柱的管壁上设置一条用于导入焊锡的焊锡槽。
上述夹具段与焊锡管段的角度呈90°。
上述夹具段、焊锡管段、连接段是一体冲压形成的。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明通过设计一个电子元器件连接件,将电子元器件产品的导电针脚与电线进行连接,使得电子元器件产品的导电针脚与电线连接更加牢固,导电性能更佳。

如图1所示,一种电子元器件连接件,所述连接件包括:
夹具段1,所述夹具段1包括若干管状夹具,呈串联状直线排布;
焊锡管段3,所述焊锡管段包括一个中空状圆柱;圆柱管壁上设置若干用于导入焊锡的焊锡孔3-1;
连接段2,所述连接段2一端连接夹具段1,另一端连接焊锡管段3,所述夹具段1与焊锡管段3呈若干角度的夹角。
上述管状夹具为两个,外端的管状夹具尺寸大于内端的管状夹具,外端的管状夹具用于固持电线外包材料,内端的管状夹具用于固持电线内芯材料。
上述管状夹具呈拱门状,包括拱门段1-1、两个底边段1-2及内包边段1-3,所述拱门段1-1的两个端点处连接两个底边段1-2的一端,两个底边段1-2的另一端分别连接内包边段1-3。
上述连接段2呈平面板状结构。
上述焊锡管段3的中空状圆柱的管壁上设置一条用于导入焊锡的焊锡槽3-2。
上述夹具段1与焊锡管段3的角度呈90°。
上述夹具1段、焊锡管段3、连接段2是一体冲压形成。
如图2所示,电子元器件产品的两个针脚分别套上本发明的连接件,连接件的夹具段的两个管状夹具,外端的固定住电线的外包材料,内端的固定住电线的内芯材料,两个焊锡管段通过焊锡将连接件与电子元器件产品的两个针脚固定。

1.一种电子元器件连接件,其特征在于所述连接件包括:
夹具段,所述夹具段包括若干管状夹具,呈串联状直线排布;
焊锡管段,所述焊锡管段包括一个中空状圆柱;圆柱管壁上设置若干用于导入焊锡的焊锡孔;
连接段,所述连接段一端连接夹具段,另一端连接焊锡管段,所述夹具段与焊锡管段呈若干角度的夹角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件连接件,其特征在于:所述管状夹具为两个,外端的管状夹具尺寸大于内端的管状夹具,外端的管状夹具用于固持电线外包材料,内端的管状夹具用于固持电线内芯材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电子元器件连接件,其特征在于:所述管状夹具呈拱门状,包括拱门段、两个底边段及内包边段,所述拱门段的两个端点处连接两个底边段的一端,两个底边段的另一端分别连接内包边段。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件连接件,其特征在于:所述连接段呈平面板状结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件连接件,其特征在于:所述焊锡管段的中空状圆柱的管壁上设置一条用于导入焊锡的焊锡槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件连接件,其特征在于:所述夹具段与焊锡管段的角度呈90°。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件连接件,其特征在于:所述夹具段、焊锡管段、连接段是一体冲压形成的。
