a standardized activity participant logs in a cloud platform and implements management and application of the standardized activity; the standardized activity participants comprise but are not limited to production enterprises, service providers, buyers, standard returning management organizations and natural persons; the cloud platform refers to a system platform constructed by applying the industrial standardized management method; the method comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, managing production data, input articles, process flows, issuing production plans and product information by the production enterprises according to standard elements;
secondly, the service provider inquires the elements of the standard and provides production data, input products, related technologies and services to qualified production enterprises;
thirdly, the buyer inquires the elements of the standard, purchases products from qualified production enterprises and purchases services from the service provider;
fourthly, the standard returning management mechanism inquires the elements of the standard and carries out good behavior evaluation on the standardized activities of production enterprises, service providers and purchasers meeting the conditions;
fifthly, the member of the natural person inquires the elements of the standard, selects the standard activity participants meeting the conditions, provides the services for the members, or purchases the products and the services;
sixthly, automatically matching upstream and downstream production relation resources for the participants of the standardized activities by the system platform, and matching and completing continuous service and transaction of a standardized supply chain;
wherein, said manufacturing enterprise complies with the standard factor to manage the production data, input articles, technological process and release the production plan, product information, also includes:
establishing a standardized production management cloud platform; registering, managing and authenticating a standardized manager, a technician, a supervisor and an expert; registering a standard adopted by a management standardization activity; registering and managing a service provider, a buyer and a standard entrance management mechanism which are related to the standard; registering standardized production and marketing activities; benefit distribution management;
purchasing standardized production input, raw materials and machine and appliance materials, and related services of technology, training, finance, processing, storage, logistics, information and management and related services of reprocessing and circulation supply chain of entrusted products from the registered service provider;
pushing and selling standardized products to the registered buyer;
receiving supervision, evaluation and authentication of the registration standard returning management mechanism and standardized tracing service; automatically matching big data of each option by the system;
wherein, the standardized tracing service comprises:
scanning the tracing two-dimensional code by a user, and entering a tracing scene; the source tracing two-dimension code is used for generating two-dimension code information from the big data of production, processing, transaction, circulation, service event nodes, activity items and item details of the standardized activities and providing the two-dimension code information for users to inquire; the source tracing scene refers to execution standards of standardized activities, activity main bodies, products, commodities, services, brands and orders of supply and demand transactions, and is used as a presentation scene of the source tracing two-dimensional code, and the types of the scene include but are not limited to a label one code, an enterprise one code, a product one code, a single code and more other types;
the source tracing two-dimensional code automatically matches the participating members of the standardized activities under the condition of standard elements, further matches event nodes of the participating members engaged in the standardized activities, further matches project processes of the event nodes, and further matches project process details of the project processes;
the system platform starts the automatic matching and regeneration functions of big data by taking standard elements as traceability conditions, enumerates intelligent traceability particulars for standardized traceability and automatically generates a standardized traceability report.
