本发明属于建筑节能材料技术领域,具体涉及一种自粘防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,在防水工程中普遍采用防水卷材,防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。产品主要有沥青防水卷材和高分子防水卷材。
各种防水卷材的防水性能有了很大的提高,但是,防水卷材一般胶粘性能较差,设置时,需要采用特制的胶水粘接,往往粘接不牢固,时间久了容易脱落,边缘粘接处留下粘接痕迹,不美观。专利201611077815.5公开了一种自粘防水卷材,包括卷材本体,还包括设置在卷材本体左侧的第一搭接层和设置在卷材本体右侧的第二搭接层;所述第一搭接层包括从上至下依次设置的第一防水层、第一自粘层以及第一隔离膜;所述第一防水层包括储药腔和存储在储药腔中的液体黏胶;所述第二搭接层包括从上至下依次设置的防护层、第二防水层、第二自粘层以及第二隔离膜;所述第二防水层包括T型的连接槽和设置在连接槽内的放胶刀;所述连接槽表面涂有用于固化液体黏胶的凝固剂。该防水卷材搭接牢固,以减少因接缝处长期浸水后或受冲击时松脱,造成的渗漏问题。但是,结构复杂,使用不方便。专利201510740697.0公开了一种自粘防水卷材,从上至下依次为上保护层、无纺布层、PVC防水层、接枝三元乙丙橡胶自粘层、聚磷酸胺阻燃层、高分子防水材料层和接枝三元乙丙橡胶自粘层依次复合而成;所述接枝三元乙丙橡胶自粘层由下列重量份数制备而成;该高分子阻燃防水卷材采用高分子材料,对环境无污染,成本低,制造简单,带自粘背胶,使用方便,不仅增强了防水层的强度和防水性能,并且能够起到具有阻燃的效果,使用寿命长;采用无纺布层、PVC防水层和接枝三元乙丙橡胶自粘层依次复合而成,使断裂拉伸强度有了很大幅度的提高。但是,该发明的防水材料粘接力小,粘接后容易起皮。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自粘防水卷材及其制备方法。
一种自粘防水卷材,包括卷材本体,卷材本体上涂覆的慢粘接层,以及涂覆在慢粘接层上的快粘接层;
所述慢粘接层由如下重量份数的原料制成:沥青30-60份,萜烯树脂10-20份,碳纳米管3-8份,植物胶8-15份,增粘剂5-8份;
所述快粘接层由如下重量份数的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶30-50份,聚氯乙烯树脂10-20份,α-氰基丙烯酸乙脂10-20份,松香酯5-8份,软化剂3-8份。
所述植物胶为桃胶,田菁胶,瓜尔胶,胡麻胶,香豆胶,石花胶中的一种或一种以上。
所述增粘剂为三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚,异氰尿酸酯,聚乙烯醇接枝丙烯酸钙共聚物,二甲苯树脂,2-氨基-3-羟基-2′-(2,3,4-三羟基苄基)丙酰肼,2-氯-5-氟苯胺中的一种或一种以上。
所述软化剂为硅油,己二酸乙二醇酯,葡萄糖酸钠,单硬脂酸甘油酯,聚氧化乙烯烷化醚,邻氯苯甲醛肟,2,3,4,5,6-五氟吡啶中的一种或一种以上。
所述慢粘接层还设有金缕梅提取物3-8份。
所述金缕梅提取物的提取方法为:将金缕梅的花晒干,磨成粉末,加3-5倍重量份数的1%酒石酸溶液浸泡24-48小时,搅拌30min,在300-500rpm转速下离心5-8min,取上清液,蒸干制成。
所述卷材本体的材质为聚氯乙烯,聚氨酯树脂,氯乙烯塑料膜,无纺布,聚乙烯中的一种或一种以上。
上述自粘防水卷材的制备方法,按照如下步骤进行:
(1)将卷材本体表面灰尘去掉,粘附慢粘接层材料,厚度1-3mm,静置3-5min;
(2)粘附快粘接层,厚度0.1-1mm,静置3-5min;粘附保护薄膜,制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的自粘防水卷材,粘接力强,粘接后不容易起皮,断裂拉伸强度大幅度的提高,使用寿命长,其制备方法简单,原料来源广,适合大规模工业化生产。

一种自粘防水卷材,包括卷材本体,卷材本体上涂覆的慢粘接层,以及涂覆在慢粘接层上的快粘接层;
所述慢粘接层由如下重量份数的原料制成:沥青45份,萜烯树脂15份,碳纳米管6份,桃胶12份,三羟甲基丙烷二烯丙基醚6份;所述卷材本体的材质为聚氯乙烯;

将各实施例的防水卷材在80℃下干燥30分钟,并在150℃下固化24小时,将该固化的防水卷材边缘切下直径为50mm的圆形。将该圆形表面向上进行放置,测量其最大翘曲距离,结果如下所示,实施例1:最大翘曲2.3mm;实施例2:最大翘曲2.4mm;实施例3:最大翘曲2.3mm;实施例4:最大翘曲1.1mm;实施例5:最大翘曲1.2mm;对比例1:8.8mm;对比例2:8.9mm。根据上述数据可知,实施例1-5的最大翘曲距离低于对比例1-2,对比例1-2与实施例1相比,其他实验条件相同,仅仅是对比例1和对比例2分别少加入了萜烯树脂和松香酯,证明萜烯树脂和松香酯可以提高组合物粘力;实施力4和实施例5的最大翘曲距离低于实施例1,实施力4和实施例5与实施例1相比,其他实验条件相同,仅仅是实施例4和实施例5分别多加入了金缕梅提取物和蝎尾蕉提取物,证明金缕梅提取物和蝎尾蕉提取物可以提高组合物粘力。

1.一种自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,包括卷材本体,卷材本体上涂覆的慢粘接层,以及涂覆在慢粘接层上的快粘接层;所述慢粘接层由如下重量份数的原料制成:沥青30-60份,萜烯树脂10-20份,碳纳米管3-8份,植物胶8-15份,增粘剂5-8份;所述快粘接层由如下重量份数的原料制成:三元乙丙橡胶30-50份,聚氯乙烯树脂10-20份,α-氰基丙烯酸乙脂10-20份,松香酯5-8份,软化剂3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述植物胶为桃胶,田菁胶,瓜尔胶,胡麻胶,香豆胶,石花胶中的一种或一种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述增粘剂为异氰脲酸酯,聚乙烯醇接枝丙烯酸钙共聚物,二甲苯树脂中的一种或一种以上。
4.据权利要求1所述自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述软化剂为硅油,己二酸乙二醇酯中的一种或一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述慢粘接层还设有金缕梅提取物3-8份。
6.根据权利要求5所述自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述金缕梅提取物的提取方法为:将金缕梅的花晒干,磨成粉末,加3-5倍重量份数的1%酒石酸溶液浸泡24-48小时,搅拌30min,在300-500rpm转速下离心5-8min,取上清液,蒸干制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述卷材本体的材质为聚氯乙烯,聚氨酯树脂,无纺布,聚乙烯中的一种或一种以上。
8.权利要求1所述自粘防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,按照如下步骤进行:(1)将卷材本体表面灰尘去掉,粘附慢粘接层材料,厚度1-3mm,静置3-5min;(2)粘附快粘接层,厚度0.1-1mm,静置3-5min;粘附保护薄膜,制成。
