Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the radar antenna of the present embodiment is specifically a handheld type, and includes a host 1, a transmitting antenna 2 and a receiving antenna 3, where the transmitting antenna 2 and the receiving antenna 3 each include a box 6, the circuits 603 of the transmitting antenna 2 or the receiving antenna 3 are all directly laser in the box 6 through an LDS process (laser direct molding process), and the transmitting antenna 2 and the receiving antenna 3 are respectively rotatably mounted at the end of the host 1 through a rotation mechanism 4 and are rotatably folded to be attached to each other (as shown in fig. 2 and 3); a transmission mechanism 5 is arranged between the two rotating mechanisms 4 to enable the transmitting antenna 2 and the receiving antenna 3 to synchronously rotate in opposite directions. According to the radar antenna, the circuits 603 of the transmitting antenna 2 and the receiving antenna 3 are directly laser in the box body 6 through an LDS technology to form the LDS antenna, so that the integration level and the use space of the antenna are improved to the greatest extent, the antenna wiring can be better arranged on any surface, the electrical performance and the structural reliability are greatly improved, and the whole volume of a product is reduced; the transmitting antenna 2 and the receiving antenna 3 are box-shaped and can rotate along one end of the host 1, and when not in use, the two antennas are folded and attached together, so that the occupied volume is further saved, and the portable antenna is convenient to carry; due to the fact that the transmission mechanism 5 is arranged between the two rotating mechanisms 4, the two antennas synchronously rotate in opposite directions, namely, the rotating angles between the two antennas and the host computer 1 are the same but opposite, when the two antennas are 90 degrees with the host computer 1, the two antennas are guaranteed to be positioned on the same horizontal plane, and therefore working reliability and working accuracy are improved.
In this embodiment, the rotation mechanism 4 includes a damping rotation shaft 401 and a rotation shaft seat 402, the rotation shaft seat 402 is disposed at the end of the host 1, the damping rotation shaft 401 is disposed in the rotation shaft seat 402 and is fixedly connected with the transmitting antenna 2 or the receiving antenna 3, and the structure is simple and easy to implement; specifically, the damping rotation shaft 401 is a gear rotation shaft; the transmission mechanism 5 comprises two gears 501 which are arranged between the two gear rotating shafts and are mutually meshed, the two gears 501 are respectively mutually meshed with the two gear rotating shafts, namely, when the gear rotating shaft of one antenna rotates, the other antenna is driven to synchronously rotate through the transmission of the two gears 501, and therefore the antenna is ensured to be positioned on the same horizontal plane during working. Of course, in other embodiments, the transmission mechanism 5 may also adopt other multiple gears 501 to realize synchronous rotation of the two antennas, or the two gear shafts are directly meshed with each other. Further, each damping rotating shaft 401 can also be connected with each antenna through the structure of the ball head, so that the rotation of each antenna in all directions can be ensured, and the device is suitable for use in different occasions.
In this embodiment, the box 6 includes a rear housing 601 and a face housing 602 covering the rear housing 601, and the circuit 603 of the transmitting antenna 2 or the receiving antenna 3 is laser on the face housing 602 through an LDS process. Wherein, the face-piece 602 is made of LDS plastic material, and the face-piece 602 is located at one side far away from the host computer 1 and is mutually attached when the transmitting antenna 2 and the receiving antenna 3 are rotated and folded, i.e. the aluminum alloy rear-piece 601 is close to the host computer 1, so that the transmitting and receiving of radar signals are facilitated.
When the antenna is used, the radar antenna is integrally attached to the wall side, one antenna is unfolded from the folded position, the two antennas are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the face shells 602 of the two antennas are attached to the wall, so that the radar antenna works; in addition, each rotating shaft 401 is provided with a damping gear, so that the fixing of each antenna at different positions is facilitated.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the radar antenna, which comprises the following steps:
s01, activating antenna grooves of corresponding antennas on the box body 6 through laser;
s02, forming an antenna circuit 603 in the antenna groove by chemical plating.
In this embodiment, the front side circuit and the back side circuit may be engraved by the process Kong Lei, then copper plated for physical conduction, and after step S02, a protective layer is sprayed on the antenna circuit 603.
Specifically, the antenna panel 602 is manufactured by an LDS (laser direct structuring) process, that is, the panel 602 is injection molded by an LDS material, and then a computer is used to control the movement of the laser according to the track of the conductive pattern, so that the laser is irradiated onto the molded three-dimensional plastic device, and the circuit 603 pattern is activated within a few seconds. In short, the corresponding circuit 603 is directly formed on the surface shell 602 by utilizing a laser technology, and then copper is electroplated to form the metal copper foil antenna circuit 603, so that the antenna circuit 603 can be directly manufactured on the shell, and the antenna circuit 603 is led out through the feeder 604. Of course, the shape of the antenna circuit 603 is not limited to the pattern in the drawing; the front circuit and the back circuit can be engraved through a process Kong Lei, and then copper plating is performed for physical conduction; thereafter, the surface case 602 is subjected to surface treatment such as oil injection, and the antenna circuit 603 is protected.
According to the radar antenna, the radar antenna circuit 603 is integrally formed on the face shell 602, and the radar antenna reflecting plate is integrally formed on the antenna rear shell 601, so that the performance of the antenna is improved, the structure is simplified, and the antenna is convenient to assemble; the traditional heavy radar is miniaturized and portable through the rotating structure, the man-machine operation is optimized, and meanwhile, the portable radar is very good in portability and convenient to carry and use for users.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above examples, and all technical solutions belonging to the concept of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention. It should be noted that modifications and adaptations to the invention without departing from the principles thereof are intended to be within the scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
