Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐弯折柔性电缆,包括自内向外依次分布的抗弯折元件、电缆芯、绕包层、编织加强层和耐磨护套层,所述抗弯折元件包括加强芯和弹性护套,所述加强芯的外侧均匀环绕设置有多个弧形扇片,所述弹性护套套设在加强芯外侧,所述弹性护套外侧面均匀环绕设置有多个分线片,相邻的分线片之间设置有一组电缆芯,所述电缆芯的外侧套设有屏蔽橡胶套,所述屏蔽橡胶套内部填充设置有若干铅珠链,所述电缆芯外侧包裹设置有绕包层,所述绕包层外侧设置有编织加强层,所述编织加强层外侧挤包有耐磨护套层。本发明能够使电缆具有较强的抗弯折形变能力,结构合理,不易弯折破损,使用寿命长,利于推广应用。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及电缆的技术领域,特别是一种耐弯折柔性电缆的技术领域。
【背景技术】
柔性电缆是拖链运动系统中,电力传输材料,信号传递载体的首选电缆,又名:拖链电缆,拖曳电缆,移动电缆,机器人电缆等。柔性电缆的护套多采用低黏性的柔性耐磨材料,以减缓电缆在连续往返移动中的磨损率,柔性电缆在使用过程中经常需要弯折拖动,缆芯及其外护套会不断承受一定范围的扭曲变形,由于没有合适的防护结构,导致柔性电缆在弯折过程极易产生破损、芯线断裂等故障,严重影响使用效果。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种耐弯折柔性电缆,能够使电缆具有较强的抗弯折形变能力,结构合理,不易弯折破损,使用寿命长,利于推广应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种耐弯折柔性电缆,包括自内向外依次分布的抗弯折元件、电缆芯、绕包层、编织加强层和耐磨护套层,所述抗弯折元件包括加强芯和弹性护套,所述加强芯的外侧均匀环绕设置有多个弧形扇片,所述弹性护套套设在加强芯外侧,所述弹性护套外侧面均匀环绕设置有多个分线片,相邻的分线片之间设置有一组电缆芯,所述电缆芯的外侧套设有屏蔽橡胶套,所述屏蔽橡胶套内部填充设置有若干铅珠链,所述电缆芯外侧包裹设置有绕包层,所述绕包层外侧设置有编织加强层,所述编织加强层外侧挤包有耐磨护套层。
作为优选,所述屏蔽橡胶套为隔热弹性橡胶套。
作为优选,所述铅珠链的数量有多条,所述铅珠链均匀环绕分布在屏蔽橡胶套内,所述铅珠链互相交叉设置。
作为优选,所述加强芯为高弹橡胶芯,所述弧形扇片与加强芯为一体式结构。
作为优选,所述分线片的最外端设置有缓冲套管,所述缓冲套管内填充设置有芳纶长丝。
作为优选,所述分线片呈螺旋形环绕设置在弹性护套外侧,所述分线片和弹性护套为一体式结构。
作为优选,所述绕包层为聚乙烯胶带层,所述编织加强层为芳纶编织层。
作为优选,所述耐磨护套层的外侧套设有多个均匀分布的定型环,所述定型环隐藏设置在耐磨护套层内。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将抗弯折元件、电缆芯、绕包层、编织加强层和耐磨护套层结合在一起,经过试验优化,能够使电缆具有较强的抗弯折形变能力,结构合理,不易弯折破损,使用寿命长,利于推广应用。

参阅图1,本发明一种耐弯折柔性电缆,包括自内向外依次分布的抗弯折元件1、电缆芯2、绕包层3、编织加强层4和耐磨护套层5,所述抗弯折元件1包括加强芯6和弹性护套7,所述加强芯6的外侧均匀环绕设置有多个弧形扇片8,所述弹性护套7套设在加强芯6外侧,所述弹性护套7外侧面均匀环绕设置有多个分线片9,相邻的分线片9之间设置有一组电缆芯2,所述电缆芯2的外侧套设有屏蔽橡胶套10,所述屏蔽橡胶套10内部填充设置有若干铅珠链11,所述电缆芯2外侧包裹设置有绕包层3,所述绕包层3外侧设置有编织加强层4,所述编织加强层4外侧挤包有耐磨护套层5,所述屏蔽橡胶套10为隔热弹性橡胶套,所述铅珠链11的数量有多条,所述铅珠链11均匀环绕分布在屏蔽橡胶套10内,所述铅珠链11互相交叉设置,所述加强芯6为高弹橡胶芯,所述弧形扇片8与加强芯6为一体式结构,所述分线片9的最外端设置有缓冲套管12,所述缓冲套管12内填充设置有芳纶长丝13,所述分线片9呈螺旋形环绕设置在弹性护套7外侧,所述分线片9和弹性护套7为一体式结构,所述绕包层3为聚乙烯胶带层,所述编织加强层4为芳纶编织层,所述耐磨护套层5的外侧套设有多个均匀分布的定型环14,所述定型环14隐藏设置在耐磨护套层5内。
本发明通过将抗弯折元件1、电缆芯2、绕包层3、编织加强层4和耐磨护套层5结合在一起,经过试验优化,能够使电缆具有较强的抗弯折形变能力,结构合理,不易弯折破损,使用寿命长,利于推广应用。

1.一种耐弯折柔性电缆,其特征在于:包括自内向外依次分布的抗弯折元件(1)、电缆芯(2)、绕包层(3)、编织加强层(4)和耐磨护套层(5),所述抗弯折元件(1)包括加强芯(6)和弹性护套(7),所述加强芯(6)的外侧均匀环绕设置有多个弧形扇片(8),所述弹性护套(7)套设在加强芯(6)外侧,所述弹性护套(7)外侧面均匀环绕设置有多个分线片(9),相邻的分线片(9)之间设置有一组电缆芯(2),所述电缆芯(2)的外侧套设有屏蔽橡胶套(10),所述屏蔽橡胶套(10)内部填充设置有若干铅珠链(11),所述电缆芯(2)外侧包裹设置有绕包层(3),所述绕包层(3)外侧设置有编织加强层(4),所述编织加强层(4)外侧挤包有耐磨护套层(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐弯折柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽橡胶套(10)为隔热弹性橡胶套。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐弯折柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述铅珠链(11)的数量有多条,所述铅珠链(11)均匀环绕分布在屏蔽橡胶套(10)内,所述铅珠链(11)互相交叉设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种耐弯折柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述加强芯(6)为高弹橡胶芯,所述弧形扇片(8)与加强芯(6)为一体式结构。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种耐弯折柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述分线片(9)的最外端设置有缓冲套管(12),所述缓冲套管(12)内填充设置有芳纶长丝(13)。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种耐弯折柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述分线片(9)呈螺旋形环绕设置在弹性护套(7)外侧,所述分线片(9)和弹性护套(7)为一体式结构。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种耐弯折柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述绕包层(3)为聚乙烯胶带层,所述编织加强层(4)为芳纶编织层。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种耐弯折柔性电缆,其特征在于:所述耐磨护套层(5)的外侧套设有多个均匀分布的定型环(14),所述定型环(14)隐藏设置在耐磨护套层(5)内。
