本发明涉及一种防蓝光眼镜片。
背景技术
防蓝光眼镜是一种能够预防蓝光刺激眼睛的眼镜，专用防蓝光眼镜能够有效的隔离紫外线与辐射而且能够过滤蓝光，适合在看电脑或者看电视时使用，能够起到很好的保护眼睛作用。
防蓝光眼镜片为了实现防蓝光和其他功能，会设置成多层膜结构，随着结构的复杂，其重量也是渐增的，无法满足轻质化的需求。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供一种防蓝光眼镜片，降低多功能镜片的重量，满足客户轻质化的需求。
为实现上述技术目的，达到上述技术效果，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种防蓝光眼镜片，包括镜片基材，所述镜片基材的内侧设置有内硬涂层且外侧设置有外硬涂层，所述外硬涂层的外侧设置有防蓝光层，所述防蓝光层的外侧顺次设置有增透膜层和耐久顶膜。
优选，所述内硬涂层的内侧设置有抗破裂薄膜层。
优选，所述镜片基材是PC镜片。
优选，所述防蓝光层和增透膜层之间还设置有防紫外线膜层。
优选，所述抗破裂薄膜层的内侧设置有防污膜层。
优选，所述内硬涂层和外硬涂层厚度相同。
本发明的有益效果是：
防蓝光眼镜片采用PC镜片加上防蓝光、硬涂层等涂层，实现防蓝光和其他功能的同时，降低多功能镜片的重量，满足客户轻质化的需求。

如图1所示，一种防蓝光眼镜片，包括镜片基材，一般的，可采用PC镜片2，质量轻且效果好。所述镜片基材的内侧设置有内硬涂层1且外侧设置有外硬涂层3，所述外硬涂层3的外侧设置有防蓝光层4，所述防蓝光层4的外侧顺次设置有增透膜层6和耐久顶膜7。
其中，所述内硬涂层1和外硬涂层3厚度相同，对称设置在镜片基材的两侧提高镜片的强度。
优选，所述内硬涂层1的内侧设置有抗破裂薄膜层5。
最好在所述防蓝光层4和增透膜层6之间还设置有防紫外线膜层，而所述抗破裂薄膜层5的内侧设置有防污膜层。
防蓝光眼镜片采用PC镜片加上防蓝光、硬涂层等涂层，实现防蓝光和其他功能的同时，降低多功能镜片的重量，满足客户轻质化的需求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蓝光眼镜片，其特征在于，所述内硬涂层（1）的内侧设置有抗破裂薄膜层（5）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蓝光眼镜片，其特征在于，所述镜片基材是PC镜片（2）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防蓝光眼镜片，其特征在于，所述防蓝光层（4）和增透膜层（6）之间还设置有防紫外线膜层。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种防蓝光眼镜片，其特征在于，所述抗破裂薄膜层（5）的内侧设置有防污膜层。
