Abstract

本发明公开了一种百叶窗式调节机构,包括套管、支架、活塞管、活塞体、若干页轴、若干页片、若干扇形齿轮、齿条、第一磁铁、第二磁铁、滑槽和挡框体,所述套管为外圆内方的栓皮栎软木管,所述所有的页轴由上到下依次排列且两端与套管的内壁可转动连接,所述套管内设有挡框体和支架,所述挡框体的前端设有密封层,所述页轴的下端均设有页片用于将挡框体的前端封闭,最下方的页片除外,其余的所述页片的下端均设有密封体,所述页轴的后端均设有扇形齿轮,所述支架内设有活塞管,与现有技术相比,能够结构简单,操作简易,密闭可靠。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种水量调节机构的技术领域,特别是一种百叶窗式调节机构的技术领域。
【背景技术】
目前的引水部件存在下述不足:
1、缺少简单易行的适用于储水器的水量调节装置;
2、缺少密闭可靠的饮用水储水器引出水量调节机构。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种百叶窗式调节机构,能够结构简单,操作简易,密闭可靠。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种百叶窗式调节机构,包括套管、支架、活塞管、活塞体、若干页轴、若干页片、若干扇形齿轮、齿条、第一磁铁、第二磁铁、滑槽和挡框体,所述套管为外圆内方的栓皮栎软木管,所述所有的页轴由上到下依次排列且两端与套管的内壁可转动连接,所述套管内设有挡框体和支架,所述挡框体的前端设有密封层,所述页轴的下端均设有页片用于将挡框体的前端封闭,最下方的页片除外,其余的所述页片的下端均设有密封体,所述页轴的后端均设有扇形齿轮,所述支架内设有活塞管,所述活塞管内设有活塞体,所述活塞体的前端镶嵌有第一磁铁,所述活塞管的上下两端分别设有伸出套管的连接口,所述支架的前端设有滑槽,所述滑槽内设有可滑动且与所有的扇形齿轮啮合连接的齿条,所述齿条的后端镶嵌有与第一磁铁相对应且相互吸引的第二磁铁,所述挡框体上设有封闭最上方的页轴与挡框体的上边体之间的空隙的封闭板,所述封闭板的下端前部设有密封体,所述密封层的上端与封闭板的下端贴合。
作为优选,所述支架由横截面为矩形的软木材料制成,软木材料的总量中含有0.1%的栓皮栎果壳。
作为优选,所述页片为矩形软木片。
作为优选,所述页轴、扇形齿轮和齿条均采用高强无毒耐磨塑料制成。
作为优选,所述活塞管为封闭高强无毒塑料管。
作为优选,所述密封体的前端设有与页片连接的加强板。
作为优选,所述活塞体为高强无毒耐磨塑料块制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过活塞体带动齿条上下运动,齿条通过扇形齿轮带动页轴转动,页轴带动页片转动,实现套管的开闭;栓皮栎果壳具有抑菌和止咳的功效,对流过的饮用水产生一定保健作用,与现有技术相比,能够结构简单,操作简易,密闭可靠。

参阅图1、图2和图3,本发明一种百叶窗式调节机构,包括套管1、支架2、活塞管3、活塞体4、若干页轴5、若干页片6、若干扇形齿轮7、齿条8、第一磁铁9、第二磁铁10、滑槽11和挡框体12,所述套管1为外圆内方的栓皮栎软木管,所述所有的页轴5由上到下依次排列且两端与套管1的内壁可转动连接,所述套管1内设有挡框体12和支架2,所述挡框体12的前端设有密封层13,所述页轴5的下端均设有页片6用于将挡框体12的前端封闭,最下方的页片6除外,其余的所述页片6的下端均设有密封体15,所述页轴5的后端均设有扇形齿轮7,所述支架2内设有活塞管3,所述活塞管3内设有活塞体4,所述活塞体4的前端镶嵌有第一磁铁9,所述活塞管3的上下两端分别设有伸出套管1的连接口14,所述支架2的前端设有滑槽11,所述滑槽11内设有可滑动且与所有的扇形齿轮7啮合连接的齿条8,所述齿条8的后端镶嵌有与第一磁铁9相对应且相互吸引的第二磁铁10,所述挡框体12上设有封闭最上方的页轴5与挡框体12的上边体之间的空隙的封闭板16,所述封闭板16的下端前部设有密封体15,所述密封层13的上端与封闭板16的下端贴合,所述支架2由横截面为矩形的软木材料制成,软木材料的总量中含有0.1%的栓皮栎果壳,所述页片6为矩形软木片,所述页轴5、扇形齿轮7和齿条8均采用高强无毒耐磨塑料制成,所述活塞管3为封闭高强无毒塑料管,所述密封体15的前端设有与页片6连接的加强板17,所述活塞体4为高强无毒耐磨塑料块制成。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种百叶窗式调节机构在工作过程中,开启操作时,液压介质从上方的连接口14进入推动活塞体4向下运动,活塞体4下方的活塞管3内的液压介质从下方的连接口14排出,活塞体4通过第一磁铁9和第二磁铁10的配合带动齿条8向下运动,齿条8通过扇形齿轮7带动页轴5转动,页轴5带动页片6顺时针转动90度,实现打开。
关闭操作时,液压介质从下方的连接口14进入推动活塞体4向上运动,活塞体4上方的活塞管3内的液压介质从上方的连接口14排出,活塞体4通过第一磁铁9和第二磁铁10的配合带动齿条8向上运动,齿条8通过扇形齿轮7带动页轴5转动,页轴5带动页片6逆时针转动90度,实现关闭。
密封层13用于挡框体12与页轴5和页片6之间的密封。
页轴5与封闭板16和页片6之间通过密封体15密封。
加强板17使密封体15与页轴5和密封层13之间接触紧密,提高密封性。

1.一种百叶窗式调节机构,其特征在于:包括套管(1)、支架(2)、活塞管(3)、活塞体(4)、若干页轴(5)、若干页片(6)、若干扇形齿轮(7)、齿条(8)、第一磁铁(9)、第二磁铁(10)、滑槽(11)和挡框体(12),所述套管(1)为外圆内方的栓皮栎软木管,所述所有的页轴(5)由上到下依次排列且两端与套管(1)的内壁可转动连接,所述套管(1)内设有挡框体(12)和支架(2),所述挡框体(12)的前端设有密封层(13),所述页轴(5)的下端均设有页片(6)用于将挡框体(12)的前端封闭,最下方的页片(6)除外,其余的所述页片(6)的下端均设有密封体(15),所述页轴(5)的后端均设有扇形齿轮(7),所述支架(2)内设有活塞管(3),所述活塞管(3)内设有活塞体(4),所述活塞体(4)的前端镶嵌有第一磁铁(9),所述活塞管(3)的上下两端分别设有伸出套管(1)的连接口(14),所述支架(2)的前端设有滑槽(11),所述滑槽(11)内设有可滑动且与所有的扇形齿轮(7)啮合连接的齿条(8),所述齿条(8)的后端镶嵌有与第一磁铁(9)相对应且相互吸引的第二磁铁(10),所述挡框体(12)上设有封闭最上方的页轴(5)与挡框体(12)的上边体之间的空隙的封闭板(16),所述封闭板(16)的下端前部设有密封体(15),所述密封层(13)的上端与封闭板(16)的下端贴合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种百叶窗式调节机构,其特征在于:所述支架(2)由横截面为矩形的软木材料制成,软木材料的总量中含有0.1%的栓皮栎果壳。

4.如权利要求1所述的一种百叶窗式调节机构,其特征在于:所述页轴(5)、扇形齿轮(7)和齿条(8)均采用高强无毒耐磨塑料制成。

6.如权利要求1所述的一种百叶窗式调节机构,其特征在于:所述密封体(15)的前端设有与页片(6)连接的加强板(17)。
