本发明涉及一种保温墙板。
背景技术
墙板是一种新型的墙面装饰材料,在现代家装中应用广泛。普通的墙板,保温性能较差,墙板之间连接牢固度不够,墙板连接处容易松动导致墙板脱落,缩短墙板的使用寿命,而且拼接繁琐。因此,普通的墙板,墙板连接处容易松动导致墙板脱落,缩短墙板的使用寿命,而且拼接繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供了一种保温墙板。本发明的墙板连接处不容易松动,墙板不会脱落,延长了墙板的使用寿命,拼接简单。
本发明的技术方案:一种保温墙板,包括保温芯板,保温芯板的上表面粘接有实木面板,保温芯板的下表面粘接有实木底板,保温墙板的一侧设置有连接凹槽,连接凹槽的开口端与保温墙板的侧端面齐平,连接凹槽的两侧设置有弹性缓冲部,保温墙板的另一侧设置有连接凸缘,连接凹槽与连接凸缘相配合,弹性缓冲部与连接凸缘的接触面为弧面。
前述的一种保温墙板中,所述连接凹槽为燕尾槽。
前述的一种保温墙板中,所述保温芯板为聚苯乙烯泡沫板。
前述的一种保温墙板中,所述弹性缓冲部的材质为弹性橡胶。
前述的一种保温墙板中,所述实木面板:保温芯板:实木底板的厚度比为2~4:1:2~4。

与现有技术比较,本发明设有保温芯板,保温芯板的两侧设有实木面板和实木底板,使得本发明既具有较好的保温性能,又具有实木的质感。本发明的两侧分别设有连接凸缘和连接凹槽,拼装时,将一块保温墙板的连接凸缘套入另一块保温墙板的连接凹槽,连接凹槽的两侧设置有弹性缓冲部,弹性缓冲部与连接凸缘的接触面为弧面,可避免本发明拼装时发生卡涩,使得保本发明拼装更容易。实木面板:保温芯板:实木底板的厚度比为2~4:1:2~4,使得本发明既具有较好的保温性能,又具有较好的强度。本发明的墙板连接处不容易松动,墙板不会脱落,延长了墙板的使用寿命,拼接简单。

实施例。一种保温墙板,如图1和图2所示,包括保温芯板1,保温芯板1的上表面粘接有实木面板2,保温芯板1的下表面粘接有实木底板3,保温墙板的一侧设置有连接凹槽5,连接凹槽5的开口端与保温墙板的侧端面齐平,连接凹槽5的两侧设置有弹性缓冲部6,保温墙板的另一侧设置有连接凸缘4,连接凹槽5与连接凸缘4相配合,弹性缓冲部6与连接凸缘4的接触面为弧面。

所述保温芯板1为聚苯乙烯泡沫板。
所述弹性缓冲部6的材质为弹性橡胶。
