本发明公开了一种房中房隔声装置,包括房体,隔声装置设置于房体内,隔声装置包括隔声房顶、隔声墙体和隔声底板;隔声墙体包括多面隔声墙板,所述的隔声房顶、隔声墙板和隔声底板均采用钢架隔墙结构;钢架隔墙结构包括由若干根方钢管组成的网格状骨架,设置于网格状骨架内侧的镀锌孔板,由内向外依次安装于所述的网格状骨架外侧的石膏板、阻尼垫和岩棉夹芯板;网格状骨架的网格内和方钢管内均填充有吸声棉;本发明在钢架隔墙结构在网格状骨架内侧设有镀锌孔板,网格状骨架外侧由内向外依次安装有石膏板、阻尼垫和岩棉夹芯板,不但强度好,隔音效果优,而且可拆卸,方便拆装。

一种房中房隔声装置
技术领域
本发明涉及降噪技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种房中房隔声装置。
背景技术
工业和生活环境中严重的噪音污染现场比较普遍,常见的噪音污染源包括压缩机、鼓风机、水泵、冷却塔以及录音室、音乐厅、实验室等,对人的身体和心理健康会产生不利影响;解决方法一般是在工业企业环境中搭建隔声房或隔声操作室;隔声房对发出较大声音的生产设备进行消音处理,使得声音在隔声房中进行较大程度的消除;现有生产厂房基本是局部降噪,尚未实行全封闭的隔音设置,而且局部降噪效果不佳,甚至可能影响设备运行;现有的隔声房往往降噪不明显,不能满足消除各频率段噪声的目的;另外目前市面上隔音板都是采用单层设计,而且,由于隔音板本身厚度较薄,所以隔音效果较差,远远还达不到预期效果,无法满足用户对于室内隔墙的隔音需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提出了一种房中房隔声装置,包括房体,所述的隔声装置设置于房体内,所述的隔声装置包括隔声房顶、隔声墙体和隔声底板;所述的隔声墙体包括多面隔声墙板,所述的隔声房顶、隔声墙板和隔声底板均采用钢架隔墙结构;
所述的钢架隔墙结构包括由若干根方钢管组成的网格状骨架,设置于所述的网格状骨架内侧的镀锌孔板,由内向外依次安装于所述的网格状骨架外侧的石膏板、阻尼垫和岩棉夹芯板;所述的网格状骨架的网格内和方钢管内均填充有吸声棉。
优选地,相邻两隔声墙板的方钢管之间通过焊接连接;相邻两隔声墙板的镀锌孔板之间通过L型角连接件相连;相邻两隔声墙板的岩棉夹芯板之间通过呈圆角形状的转角连接件相连。
优选地,所述的镀锌孔板的厚度为0.5-2mm;石膏板的厚度为10-15mm,阻尼垫的厚度为1-3mm,岩棉夹芯板的厚度为100-120mm。
优选地,所述的隔声底板下方设置有减震橡胶垫。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明隔声房顶、隔声墙体和隔声底板创造性采用方钢管为主体的骨架结构,并在骨架内填充吸音棉,相应的网格状骨架内侧设置镀锌孔板,外侧由内向外依次安装有石膏板、阻尼垫和岩棉夹芯板,不但强度好,隔音效果优,而且可拆卸,方便拆装,易于搬运至异地组装,提高隔声房的使用效率,避免重复投资,而且便于后期内部设备需要维修是对内部设置的整体吊装拆卸。
2、整体结构简单,成本低廉,性能可靠,石膏板、镀锌孔板以及吸声棉之间的间隙可以有效地容纳并消除噪音,有效地降低噪声的回弹,进一步降低了噪音对隔声装置内作业的人员的影响。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
一种房中房隔声装置,包括房体1,所述的隔声装置设置于房体内,所述的隔声装置包括隔声房顶21、隔声墙体和隔声底板(未示出);在本实施例中,所述的隔声墙体由两块互相垂直隔声墙板22与房体1的两面墙体25共同组成,所述的隔声房顶21、隔声墙板22和隔声底板均采用钢架隔墙结构220;
所述的钢架隔墙结构220包括由若干根方钢管221组成的网格状骨架,设置于所述的网格状骨架内侧的镀锌孔板222,由内向外依次安装于所述的网格状骨架外侧的石膏板223、阻尼垫224和岩棉夹芯板225;在本实施例中,所述的镀锌孔板的厚度为1mm;石膏板的厚度为12mm,阻尼垫的厚度为2mm,岩棉夹芯板的厚度为100mm;所述的网格状骨架的网格内和方钢管内均填充有吸声棉。
在上述技术方案中,相邻两隔声墙板的镀锌孔板之间通过L型角连接件231相连;相邻两隔声墙板的岩棉夹芯板之间通过呈圆角形状的转角连接件232相连。
在上述技术方案中,所述的隔声底板下方设置有减震橡胶垫。
本实施例的隔声装置可高效的降低噪音,经现场检测,该隔声装置内外噪音相差40分贝,隔声降噪效果明显。

1.一种房中房隔声装置,包括房体,所述的隔声装置设置于房体内,所述的隔声装置包括隔声房顶、隔声墙体和隔声底板;所述的隔声墙体包括多面隔声墙板,其特征在于,所述的隔声房顶、隔声墙板和隔声底板均采用钢架隔墙结构;
所述的钢架隔墙结构包括由若干根方钢管组成的网格状骨架,设置于所述的网格状骨架内侧的镀锌孔板,由内向外依次安装于所述的网格状骨架外侧的石膏板、阻尼垫和岩棉夹芯板;所述的网格状骨架的网格内和方钢管内均填充有吸声棉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种房中房隔声装置,其特征在于,相邻两隔声墙板的方钢管之间通过焊接相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种房中房隔声装置,其特征在于,相邻两隔声墙板的镀锌孔板之间通过L型角连接件相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种房中房隔声装置,其特征在于,相邻两隔声墙板的岩棉夹芯板之间通过呈圆角形状的转角连接件相连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种房中房隔声装置,其特征在于,所述的镀锌孔板的厚度为0.5-2mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种房中房隔声装置,其特征在于,所述的石膏板的厚度为10-15mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种房中房隔声装置,其特征在于,所述的阻尼垫的厚度为1-3mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种房中房隔声装置,其特征在于,所述的岩棉夹芯板的厚度为100-120mm。
