Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The clothes dryer and the water box water quantity detection method and device thereof according to the embodiment of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method for detecting a water amount in a water tank of a dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for detecting water quantity of water box of clothes dryer of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s1, acquiring the weight of the clothes before drying and the weight of the clothes after drying;
wherein, the weight of the clothes before drying and the weight of the clothes after drying in each drying process can be obtained through a weight detection module such as a weighing sensor.
Specifically, when the dryer performs drying, laundry in the dryer may be dried by the drying device. Thus, the weight of the laundry may be detected as the weight of the laundry before drying before each activation of the control drying apparatus, and the weight of the laundry may be also detected as the weight of the laundry after drying after each activation of the control drying apparatus.
Alternatively, the weight of the laundry may be detected in real time after the drying device is started, in which case, the "weight of the dried laundry" may refer to the weight of the laundry detected in real time after the drying device is started. Alternatively, the weight of the laundry may be detected every preset time after the drying device is started, in which case, the "weight of the laundry after drying" may refer to the weight of the laundry detected every preset time after the drying device is started. Alternatively, the weight of the laundry may be detected when drying is completed, for example, when the drying apparatus is turned off, in which case the "weight of the dried laundry" may refer to the weight of the laundry detected when the drying apparatus is turned off.
S2, obtaining the difference value between the weight of the clothes before drying and the weight of the clothes after drying, and determining the water amount generated in the drying process according to the difference value;
wherein, a difference value between the weight of the laundry before drying and the weight of the laundry after drying can be obtained through a water amount detection module, such as a processor.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the difference between the weight of the laundry before drying and the weight of the laundry after drying may be a difference obtained by subtracting the weight of the laundry after drying from the weight of the laundry before drying.
It can be understood that, in a drying process, the weight of the clothes before drying is G0 and the weight of the clothes after drying is G1 can be obtained through the weight detection module, and the difference between the weight of the clothes before drying G0 and the weight of the clothes after drying G1 is G0-G1 through the water amount detection module, and the difference is used as the water amount generated in the drying process.
It should be added that, in each drying process of the clothes dryer, the amount of water generated in the drying process is determined by calculating a difference between the weight of the clothes before drying and the weight of the clothes after drying.
And S3, accumulating and calculating the water quantity of the water box stored in advance and the water quantity generated in the drying process to obtain the final water quantity of the water box.
After the drying process is finished every time, the clothes dryer can store the water amount generated in the drying process, and the drying process is carried out for N times until the water box is in a full water state.
It can be understood that the amount of water generated in the drying process is mainly determined by the amount of water contained in the laundry to be dried in the drying process, that is, the amount of water stored in the water tank in advance is the sum of the amounts of water generated in each drying process. Therefore, in each drying process, the amount of water generated is recorded, and the amount of water generated in each drying process is cumulatively calculated, so that the final amount of water L1 of the water box is obtained. For example, initially, the water amount in the water box is 0, the clothes dryer starts the first drying operation, and obtains Δ L1 as the water amount generated in the drying process, so that the final water amount L1 of the water box is 0+ Δl 1; when the clothes dryer starts to perform the second drying operation, the water amount generated in the second drying process is acquired to be delta L2, and then the final water amount L1 of the water box is 0 plus delta L1 plus delta L2, and so on.
It should be noted that, when the weight of the dried laundry is obtained in real time or at preset time intervals, the generated water amount and the final water amount of the water box may be calculated each time the weight of the dried laundry is obtained, so as to obtain the final water amount of the water box in real time or at preset time intervals.
From this, can initiatively remind the water yield of user's water box, it is more humanized, promote user's experience. Moreover, the existing weight sensor in the clothes dryer can be used for detecting the water quantity and judging the full water state, a water level detection sensor does not need to be added in a water box, and the cost of the clothes dryer is effectively reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the water quantity reminding message is sent through a display device of the clothes dryer and/or sent through a mobile terminal in communication with the clothes dryer to remind a user of the water quantity in the water tank.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for detecting the amount of water in the water tank of the dryer further comprises: and judging whether the water box is in a full water state or not according to the final water quantity of the water box and the total capacity of the water box.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the water box reaches the full water state according to the final water amount of the water box and the total capacity of the water box includes: and determining that the ratio of the final water volume of the water box to the total volume of the water box is greater than a preset threshold value, and judging that the water box is in a full water state.
It can be understood that the ratio of the final water amount L1 of the water box to the total capacity L of the water box is calculated while the final water amount L1 of the water box is obtained every time, when the ratio of the final water amount L1 of the water box to the total capacity L of the water box is larger than a preset threshold value K, namely L1/L > K, wherein K can be 0.9, the water box can be judged to be in a water full state, at the moment, water amount reminding information is sent out through a display device of the clothes dryer or a mobile terminal communicated with the clothes dryer to remind a user that the water amount in the water box is full, the recorded water amount of the water box is cleared at the same time, and the recorded water amount of the water box is recorded again when the next drying work starts.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the "water cartridge is in the full water state" includes a state where the final amount of water in the water cartridge is close to but does not reach the total capacity L of the water cartridge. In other words, the water cartridge being in the full water state refers to a state in which water in the water cartridge needs to be cleaned, and is not limited to the amount of water in the water cartridge reaching the total capacity L of the water cartridge.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for detecting the amount of water in the water tank of the clothes dryer further includes: if the water box is in a full water state, a display device of the clothes dryer sends out reminding information and/or a mobile terminal which is communicated with the clothes dryer sends out reminding information.
It can be understood that when the water box is in a full water state, the water box can be prompted to be processed by a user through a display device of the clothes dryer such as a display screen and/or a mobile terminal communicating with the clothes dryer such as a mobile phone APP.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for detecting the amount of water in the water tank of the clothes dryer further includes: and if the water box is not in a full water state, storing the water amount generated in the drying process.
It can be understood that when the water box is not in the full water state, the water box treatment is not needed, the next drying process can be continued, whether the final water quantity of the water box is in the full water state in the next drying process or not is detected, and the water quantity generated in the current drying process needs to be stored, so that the calculation of the next drying process is accurate.
Therefore, the user can be actively reminded that the water box is full and needs to be processed, the method is more humanized, and the user experience is improved. Moreover, the existing weight sensor in the clothes dryer can be used for detecting the water quantity and judging the full water state, a water level detection sensor does not need to be added in a water box, and the cost of the clothes dryer is effectively reduced.
As described above, in one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a water amount detection method of a water cartridge of a dryer of the embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
s101, acquiring the weight of clothes before drying and the weight of the clothes after drying.
S102, obtaining a difference value between the weight of the clothes before drying and the weight of the clothes after drying, and determining the water amount generated in the drying process according to the difference value.
And S103, accumulating and calculating the pre-stored water quantity of the water box and the water quantity generated in the drying process to obtain the final water quantity of the water box.
And S104, judging whether the ratio of the final water volume of the water box to the total volume of the water box is larger than a preset threshold value.
If yes, continuing to execute the step S105; if not, step S106 is performed.
And S105, the water box is in a full water state, and the display device of the clothes dryer sends out reminding information and/or the mobile terminal which is communicated with the clothes dryer sends out reminding information.
S106, the water box is not in a full water state, and the water quantity generated in the drying process is stored.
In summary, according to the method for detecting the water amount in the water tank of the clothes dryer provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the weight of the clothes before drying and the weight of the clothes after drying are firstly obtained, and the difference between the weight of the clothes before drying and the weight of the clothes after drying is simultaneously obtained, then the water amount generated in the current drying process is determined according to the difference, and the pre-stored water amount in the water tank and the water amount generated in the current drying process are accumulated to obtain the final water amount in the water tank. Therefore, the method for detecting the water quantity of the water box of the clothes dryer can detect the final water quantity of the water box by detecting the weight of clothes before and after drying, further can actively remind a user of the water quantity in the water box, is more humanized and improves the user experience.
It should be added that when it is determined that the water box is in a full water state, the display device of the clothes dryer sends out a reminding message and/or the mobile terminal communicating with the clothes dryer sends out a reminding message, and meanwhile, the water quantity of the water box stored in advance is emptied, so that the water quantity generated in the drying process is stored again when the next drying operation starts.
