Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present application may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
It is to be noted that, unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by those skilled in the art to which this application belongs.
The following describes a method, a device and a clothes treatment device for generating prompt information according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for generating a prompt message according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
taking the clothes dryer as an example, when the clothes dryer determines that the drying program selected by the user does not include the steam function, the water in the water box is detected to judge whether the water is in the water box. The means for detecting whether water is present in the water box may be any one of the detection methods in the prior art, for example, a liquid level sensor (a float or an electrode, etc.) may be provided in the water box for the above detection. Here, the water tank means a water storage device for supplying water for a steam function.
the first count value is used for representing the accumulated times of the steam function which is not used by the user under the condition that the water box has water. The water cartridge has water and no steam function is selected, indicating that the user does not want to use the steam function or forgets to select the steam function this time, incrementing the first count value, for example, by 1.
The first threshold may be preset at the time of shipment of the dryer or set by a user, for example, the first threshold is set to 5 times. When the first counting value is larger than or equal to the first threshold value, the fact that the user has used the clothes dryer for a plurality of times under the condition that the water box has water but does not select the steam function means indicates that the water in the water box is likely to be stored for a long time and further causes deterioration, so that the clothes dryer device sends prompt information to the user to remind the user of using the water in the water box, draining the water or replacing the water in the water box as soon as possible. In the scheme, the storage time of the water in the water box is estimated by the device through the accumulated use times of the user, only one piece of data is written in the nonvolatile memory element, and the device does not need to be additionally provided with a timing device or continuously provide power for a part of circuits, so that the cost rise of the device and the additional power consumption are avoided.
In some embodiments, after the first count value is greater than or equal to the first threshold, a first hint flag is generated and the first count value is cleared. The first prompt mark is used for determining whether to send first prompt information to the user by checking the first prompt mark when the clothes dryer is used next time when the user starts the clothes dryer. And after the first prompt flag is generated, clearing the first count value. Of course, in some cases, the first prompt message may be issued to the user immediately after the count is greater than or equal to the first threshold.
In some embodiments, the method of generating a prompt further comprises the steps of:
step 104, determining that no water exists in the water box, and controlling a second counting value to increase;
the second count value is used to represent a cumulative number of times the user did not use the steam function without water in the water cartridge. The water box has no water and the steam function is not selected, indicating that the user does not want to use the steam function this time or that it is unclear that the dryer has the steam function, and the second counter value is incremented, for example, by 1.
And 105, generating second prompt information based on the second count value being greater than or equal to the second threshold value.
The second threshold value may also be preset at the time of shipment of the dryer or set by a user, for example, the second threshold value is set to 10 times. When the second counting value is larger than or equal to the second threshold value, the fact that the user may forget the existence of the steam function, the effect of the steam function is unclear or the fact that the clothes dryer has the steam function is unknown is indicated, and recommended to the user, therefore, the clothes dryer device sends prompt information to the user, and in some cases, descriptions such as using methods and effects of the steam function can be provided, so that the user can fully utilize the steam function of the clothes dryer to improve the drying effect.
In some embodiments, once the user uses the steam function, or makes an action of changing the liquid level of the water tank due to adding water to the water tank, changing water, draining water in the water tank, and the like, the user is considered to know and not forget the steam function, and the first count value and/or the second count value are/is cleared at the moment to avoid unnecessary reminding and make the user feel bored. Preferably, an operation key (physical key or virtual key) for turning on/off the reminding function may be provided for the user to turn on or off the reminding function.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to equipment with a steam function, such as a clothes dryer, a dish washer, a washing machine and the like.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another method for generating a prompt message according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
201. starting up the computer;
after the device is started, a user selects one processing program from multiple processing programs of the device through a human-computer interaction interface or other modes or confirms to execute a default processing program, and the device determines the corresponding processing program.
202. Detecting whether a steam function is included, if the steam function is not included, entering step 203, and if the steam function is included, entering step 211;
here, whether counting is required is selected according to whether the processing program includes a steam function.
203. Detecting whether the water box has water, if so, entering step 204, and if not, entering step 207;
here, whether to add 1 to the first count value or the second count value at this time is determined according to whether the water tank has water, and the means for detecting whether the water tank has water may be any one of the detection methods in the related art, for example, a liquid level sensor (float, electrode, or the like) may be provided in the water tank to perform the above detection.
204. Controlling the first counting value to be increased by 1;
205. judging whether the first count value is greater than or equal to 5, if so, entering the step 206, otherwise, entering the step 211;
here, whether to generate the first cue flag is determined according to whether the first count value reaches a threshold value (e.g., 5 times).
206. Generating a first prompt mark;
207. controlling the second counting value to be increased by 1;
208. judging whether the second count value is greater than or equal to 5, if so, entering a step 209, otherwise, entering a step 211;
here, whether to generate the second cue flag is determined according to whether the second count value reaches a threshold value (e.g., 5 times).
209. A second cue marker is generated.
210. Clearing the first count value and/or the second count value;
after the first prompt mark or the second prompt mark is generated, the count value is cleared to prepare for the next counting.
211. Controlling the normal operation of equipment;
here, when the current startup operation is performed so that the count value is greater than the threshold value (that is, the corresponding prompt flag is generated), the prompt information is not immediately generated, but the prompt information is sent to the user according to the generated prompt flag when the next device startup operation is performed.
212. Saving the first count value and the second count value;
here, data of the first count value and the second count value is stored in the nonvolatile memory device.
213. Finishing;
