Description

Mild environment-friendly fruit and vegetable detergent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical products, in particular to a mild environment-friendly fruit and vegetable detergent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the fruits and vegetables are kept fresh after being picked, so that the phenomena of dehydration, aging and even decay of the fruits and vegetables are avoided. The fruit wax is one of several kinds of commonly used antistaling agents, and is usually applied to the surface of the fruits and vegetables by adopting the methods of dipping, smearing, spraying and the like, and a thin transparent film is formed after air drying, so that the aim of inhibiting the respiration of the fruits and vegetables is fulfilled. However, it is difficult to wash away fruit wax. And the pesticide residue in modern fruits or vegetables is always overproof, thus seriously threatening the health and safety of people. In recent years, various chemical cleaning products have been used for removing residual pesticides from fruits and vegetables, and although some residual pesticides can be removed, secondary pollution is generated in the process, and fruit wax is not easy to remove.
Chemical residues of fruit and vegetable detergents may directly or indirectly affect human health. Therefore, the use of the non-toxic and pollution-free green and safe fruit and vegetable detergent which does not harm human bodies and living environment, effectively removes pesticide residues and fruit wax is urgent. At present, the development of detergents in China is relatively slow. With the gradual enhancement of the environmental protection consciousness of people, the future development direction of the detergent is to take an environmental protection green type as the mainstream, and simultaneously, the detergent ensures high detergency, does not hurt hands and does not damage human health.

In the embodiments 2-4, the modified montmorillonite is adopted, so that the washing effect of the mild environment-friendly fruit and vegetable detergent on fruits and vegetables can be remarkably improved. In particular, 2-hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin is adopted as a modifier, so that the effect is better. The reason is probably that cations in montmorillonite are dissolved out in the acidification process, the specific surface area is increased, partial octahedron sheets are subjected to dehydroxylation, the generated broken bonds are favorable for loading a modifier on the montmorillonite, the hydrophilic group 2-hydroxypropyl is introduced, so that the combination stability of the 2-hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin is good, the hydroxyl and carboxyl on the montmorillonite are reacted with the hydroxyl on the 2-hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin to form a stable chiral cavity structure, lone pair electrons of ether bonds in the 2-hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin form coordination bonds with ions, and the washing effect is effectively improved.
