Abstract
本发明公开了一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置。其解决现有金属杂质去除装置存在着裁切效率低、设计复杂、制造成本高的问题。其包括机架、回转设置在机架上的输送带,其还包括裁切机构、横向进给机构、两竖向进给机构和推料机构;其中,裁切机构的两刀轮分别通过刀座、转动支撑件转动支撑裁刀连接臂上;裁刀连接臂带动刀轮在横向进给机构驱动下沿垂直输料方向移动,或在竖向进给机构驱动下进行上下升降;推料机构的推料气缸的活塞杆沿垂直输料方向推拉推料板。本发明具有结构简单、裁切效率高、制造成本低、生产连续性好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及以切割元件作往复运动为特征的贯穿工件的切割装置,尤其是一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置。
背景技术
在炼胶生产中,胶片原料中含有的金属杂质、或者炼胶设备部件磨损产生的金属杂质极易混夹在胶片成品中,使用含有金属杂质的胶片生产的轮胎,其在耐屈挠性、缓冲性、耐磨性等方面均无法满足使用要求。为提高轮胎的产品质量、杜绝产品存在安全隐患,在胶片成品的输送过程中增加针对金属杂质的胶片剔除环节。
例如,2017年02月15日公开CN106393195A中国发明专利申请说明书中就公开了“一种金属杂质去除装置”,其包括固定架、裁切机构和拾取机构,含有金属杂质的胶片经过裁切机构的裁切,在其自身重力作用下落入拾取机构并由拾取机构输送至收集篮中。上述技术方案虽然在一定程度上替代了通过人工方式控制胶片的输送与裁切的方式,但还存在一定的不足:一是,裁切机构需要在含有金属杂质的胶片的两端分别裁切,且两次裁切之间具有较长的时间间隔,其裁切效率低;二是,拾取机构的部件繁多,其设计复杂,制造成本高。
发明内容
为了克服现有金属杂质去除装置存在着裁切效率低、机构设计复杂、制造成本高的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单、裁切效率高、制造成本低的含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置,其包括一机架、一输送带,所述的输送带回转设置在机架上,其特征在于:其还包括一裁切机构、一横向进给机构、两竖向进给机构和一推料机构;其中,
所述的裁切机构包括两对称设置的裁切组件,所述的裁切组件均包括一刀轮、一刀座和一转动支撑件,所述的刀轮装配在刀座上,所述的刀座通过转动支撑件同轴转动支撑在一裁刀连接臂上且所述的刀轮与裁刀连接臂相垂直;
所述的横向进给机构包括一横向进给支架、一横向进给气缸、两横向导轨和两横向滑块,所述的横向进给支架固定连接在机架上,所述的横向进给气缸的缸体铰接在横向进给支架上,所述的横向进给气缸的活塞杆与所述的裁刀连接臂相连接且活塞杆沿垂直输料方向推拉裁刀连接臂;所述的横向滑块分别滑动连接在横向导轨上;所述的横向导轨沿垂直于输料方向分别设置在机架的顶部上;
所述的竖向进给机构均包括一竖向进给支架、一竖向进给气缸、一竖向连接臂、一竖向导轨和一竖向滑块,所述的竖向进给支架分别对应连接在横向滑块上,所述的竖向进给气缸的缸体分别对应连接在竖向进给支架上,所述的竖向滑块分别对应滑动连接在竖向导轨上,所述的竖向导轨分别对应连接在竖向进给支架上,所述的竖向连接臂的一端分别对应连接在竖向滑块上且通过连接杆与竖向进给气缸的活塞杆相连接,所述的竖向连接臂的另一端固定连接在所述的裁刀连接臂上;
所述的推料机构包括一推料气缸、一推料板和两推料导向组件,所述的推料气缸的缸体固定在横向进给支架上,所述的推料板固定连接在推料气缸的活塞杆上且活塞杆沿垂直输料方向推拉推料板,所述的推料导向组件分别设置在推料气缸的两侧。
优选的,所述的转动支撑件包括一支撑转轴、一轴承和一轴承座,所述的轴承装配在轴承座内,所述的轴承座连接在所述的裁刀连接臂上,所述的支撑转轴的一端固定连接在刀座上,所述的支撑转轴的另一端支撑连接在轴承内。
优选的,所述的推料导向组件均包括一推料导向杆和一推料导向套,所述的推料导向套分别固定连接在推料气缸两侧的机架上,所述的推料导向杆分别对应滑动连接在推料导向套内,所述的推料导向杆的一端固定连接在所述的推料板上。
优选的,一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置,其还包括一压料机构,所述的压料机构包括一压料气缸、一压料板和两压料导向组件,所述的压料气缸的缸体竖向固定在机架的顶部上,所述的压料板固定连接在压料气缸的活塞杆上;所述的压料导向组件分别设置在导料气缸的两侧。
优选的,所述的压料导向组件均包括一压料导向杆和一压料导向套,所述的压料导向套分别对应竖向固定连接在压料气缸两侧的机架的顶部上,所述的压料导向杆分别对应滑动连接在压料导向套内,所述的压料导向杆的一端固定连接在所述的压料板上。
优选的,在所述的机架上分别对应刀轮设有裁切砧板。
优选的,在所述的裁切砧板的两侧分别开有引料坡面,在所述的裁切砧板中部对应刀轮开设有过刀槽。
本发明的裁切机构的裁刀连接臂经横向进给机构、竖向进给机构设置在机架上,装配在裁刀连接臂上的刀轮通过横向进给机构、竖向进给机构的驱动下同时对输送带上含有金属杂质的胶片进行裁切,其裁切效率高;推料机构的推料板在推料气缸的驱动下将裁切后的含有金属杂质胶片推出输送带,其结构简单、制造成本低;裁切后的不含有金属杂质的胶片在输送带的带动下继续供料,其生产连续性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置,其包括一机架1、一输送带2,一裁切机构3、一横向进给机构4、两竖向进给机构5和一推料机构6。
输送带2回转设置在机架1上,其带动胶片8平稳通过剔除装置。
裁切机构3用于将含有金属杂质的胶片8成段切下,其包括两对称设置的裁切组件31。如图2所示,每一裁切组件31均包括一刀轮311、一刀座312和一转动支撑件313。其中,刀轮311使用定位螺钉非转动装配在刀座312上,刀座312通过转动支撑件313同轴转动支撑在裁刀连接臂314上,刀轮311与裁刀连接臂314相垂直。
在图2中,本实施例所述的转动支撑件313包括一支撑转轴3131、一轴承3132和一轴承座3133。轴承3132装配在轴承座3133内,轴承座3133连接在裁刀连接臂314上,支撑转轴3131的一端固定连接在刀座312上,另一端支撑连接在轴承3132内。在转动支撑件313支撑下,刀座312带动刀轮311可在裁刀连接臂314上自由转动。
如图1、图3所示,横向进给机构4包括一横向进给支架41、一横向进给气缸42、两横向导轨43和两横向滑块44。其中,横向进给支架41固定连接在机架1上,横向进给气缸42的缸体铰接在横向进给支架41上,横向进给气缸42的活塞杆与裁刀连接臂314相连接,横向滑块44分别滑动连接在横向导轨43上,横向导轨43沿垂直于输料方向分别设置在机架1的顶部上。横向进给气缸42的活塞杆沿垂直输料方向推拉裁刀连接臂314,裁刀连接臂314带动刀轮311将输送带2上含有金属杂质的胶片8成段切下。
竖向进给机构5用于控制刀轮311对胶片8的裁切深度及裁切力度,其对应设置横向滑块44上,如图4所示,每一竖向进给机构5均包括一竖向进给支架51、一竖向进给气缸52、一竖向连接臂53、一竖向导轨54和一竖向滑块55。其中,竖向进给支架51分别对应固定在横向滑块44上,竖向进给气缸52的缸体对应竖向连接在竖向进给支架51上,竖向滑块55分别对应滑动连接在竖向导轨54上,竖向导轨54分别对应连接在竖向进给支架51上,竖向连接臂53的一端分别对应连接在竖向滑块55上,其经连接杆与竖向进给气缸52的活塞杆相连接,竖向连接臂53的另一端固定连接在裁刀连接臂314上。竖向进给气缸52驱动竖向连接臂53经竖向滑块55在竖向导轨54上竖向滑动,竖向连接臂53经裁刀连接臂314带动刀轮311竖向移动。
为使胶片8裁切彻底且不伤及输送带2,在机架1上分别对应刀轮311设有裁切砧板32。在图2中,在裁切砧板32的两侧分别开有引料坡面321,在裁切砧板32中部对应刀轮311开设有过刀槽322。
推料机构6用于将裁切后的胶片8推出输送带2,如图1、图3所示,其包括一推料气缸61、一推料板62和两推料导向组件63。推料气缸61的缸体固定在横向进给支架41上,推料板62固定连接在推料气缸61的活塞杆上,活塞杆沿垂直输料方向推拉推料板62,推料导向组件63分别设置在推料气缸61的两侧。在本实施例中,每一推料导向组件63均包括一推料导向杆631和一推料导向套632,其中,推料导向套632分别固定连接在推料气缸61两侧的机架1上,推料导向杆631分别对应滑动连接在推料导向套632内,推料导向杆631的一端固定连接在推料板62上。在推料导向组件63的导向限位下,推料气缸61的活塞杆伸缩带动推料板62推出或复位。
在图1中,本发明还包括一压料机构7,该压料机构7用于在裁切时压紧胶片8,其包括一压料气缸71、一压料板72和两压料导向组件73。压料气缸71的缸体竖向固定在机架1的顶部上,压料板72固定连接在压料气缸71的活塞杆上,压料导向组件73分别设置在导料气缸的两侧。在本实施例中,每一压料导向组件73均包括一压料导向杆731和一压料导向套732,压料导向套732分别对应竖向固定连接在压料气缸71两侧的机架1的顶部上,压料导向杆731分别对应滑动连接在压料导向套732内,压料导向杆731的一端固定连接在压料板72上。
本发明在使用时,输送带2带动胶片8依次通过机架1,当监测到胶片8内含有金属杂质时,压料气缸71的活塞杆伸出,在压料导向组件73的导向下带动压料板72将胶片8压紧在输送带2上,竖向进给气缸52的活塞杆伸出,在竖向导轨54、竖向滑块55的导向下,竖向连接臂53竖向移动,带动裁切组件31下移;横向进给气缸42的活塞杆伸出,其经裁刀连接臂314推动裁切机构3沿垂直输料方向动作,刀轮311在胶片8上滚压裁切;裁切完成后,压料气缸71、横向进给气缸42、竖向进给气缸52的活塞杆分别回缩,推料气缸61的活塞杆伸出,其带动推料板62沿垂直输料方向将裁切的胶片8推离输送带2后复位。
本发明结构简单、裁切效率高、制造成本低。

1.一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置,其包括一机架、一输送带,所述的的输送带回转设置在机架上,其特征在于:其还包括一裁切机构、一横向进给机构、两竖向进给机构和一推料机构;其中,
所述的裁切机构包括两对称设置的裁切组件,所述的裁切组件均包括一刀轮、一刀座和一转动支撑件,所述的刀轮装配在刀座上,所述的刀座通过转动支撑件同轴转动支撑在一裁刀连接臂上且所述的刀轮与裁刀连接臂相垂直;
所述的横向进给机构包括一横向进给支架、一横向进给气缸、两横向导轨和两横向滑块,所述的横向进给支架固定连接在机架上,所述的横向进给气缸的缸体铰接在横向进给支架上,所述的横向进给气缸的活塞杆与所述的裁刀连接臂相连接且活塞杆沿垂直输料方向推拉裁刀连接臂;所述的横向滑块分别滑动连接在横向导轨上;所述的横向导轨沿垂直于输料方向分别设置在机架的顶部上;
所述的竖向进给机构均包括一竖向进给支架、一竖向进给气缸、一竖向连接臂、一竖向导轨和一竖向滑块,所述的竖向进给支架分别对应连接在横向滑块上,所述的竖向进给气缸的缸体分别对应连接在竖向进给支架上,所述的竖向滑块分别对应滑动连接在竖向导轨上,所述的竖向导轨分别对应连接在竖向进给支架上,所述的竖向连接臂的一端分别对应连接在竖向滑块上且通过连接杆与竖向进给气缸的活塞杆相连接,所述的竖向连接臂的另一端固定连接在所述的裁刀连接臂上;
所述的推料机构包括一推料气缸、一推料板和两推料导向组件,所述的推料气缸的缸体固定在横向进给支架上,所述的推料板固定连接在推料气缸的活塞杆上且活塞杆沿垂直输料方向推拉推料板,所述的推料导向组件分别设置在推料气缸的两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置,其特征在于:所述的转动支撑件包括一支撑转轴、一轴承和一轴承座,所述的轴承装配在轴承座内,所述的轴承座连接在所述的裁刀连接臂上,所述的支撑转轴的一端固定连接在刀座上,所述的支撑转轴的另一端支撑连接在轴承内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置,其特征在于:所述的推料导向组件均包括一推料导向杆和一推料导向套,所述的推料导向套分别固定连接在推料气缸两侧的机架上,所述的推料导向杆分别对应滑动连接在推料导向套内,所述的推料导向杆的一端固定连接在所述的推料板上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置,其特征在于:其还包括一压料机构,所述的压料机构包括一压料气缸、一压料板和两压料导向组件,所述的压料气缸的缸体竖向固定在机架的顶部上,所述的压料板固定连接在压料气缸的活塞杆上;所述的压料导向组件分别设置在导料气缸的两侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置,其特征在于:所述的压料导向组件均包括一压料导向杆和一压料导向套,所述的压料导向套分别对应竖向固定连接在压料气缸两侧的机架的顶部上,所述的压料导向杆分别对应滑动连接在压料导向套内,所述的压料导向杆的一端固定连接在所述的压料板上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置,其特征在于:在所述的机架上分别对应刀轮设有裁切砧板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种含金属杂质的胶片剔除装置,其特征在于:在所述的裁切砧板的两侧分别开有引料坡面,在所述的裁切砧板中部对应刀轮开设有过刀槽。
